better for specific scenarios e.g waking up in the morning. Sweet, cute and affectionate but not one of his favourite.

Small pecks on the cheek: 6.5/10

they’re very cute coming from you, but they don’t last long enough. Simple and nice, and he’ll be more flustered if he’s the receiver of the kiss.

it’s like the fine red wine of kisses (basic but nice) he does enjoy these but there are other kisses he prefers more.

they’re his go to kiss. He enjoys forehead kisses partly because he knows you like them but they’re just really affectionate (despite its simplicity)

it’s quite courteous especially when he does the action for you. He loves when he kneels himself down to one knee whilst you extend your hand ready for him to kiss. He does hand kisses a little less often (all the more to enjoy them) and might give you one either when you’ve arrived to meet him or are leaving to go somewhere else.

he finds them really adorable and affectionate, he loves feeling the tickle of your eyelashes against his, and he’ll definitely blush whether he’s the one giving or receiving the kiss.

These kisses are incredibly affectionate and loving. You make him melt on the inside, and his cheeks will definitely flush red. He doesn’t mind the length- whether they’re short pecks on the neck or longer, more sensual kisses he will adore them.

he’s a pretty standard swap nightmare, i think! he’s cynical and stand-offish, but craves connection with people. he’s just been dealt enough bad hands that he assumes the worst of everyone around him, so he doesn’t bother trying to form meaningful relationships. he does want to help people though, if only to feel useful and hold onto a glimmer of hope that maybe someone will like him. despite that, he takes his job as the guardian of negativity very seriously and tries his best to uphold the balance— even if his brother is constantly expanding his territory and eos is vastly outnumbered by his followers. this of course comes into conflict with his want to help people, as upholding the balance means often spreading negativity. so a lottttt of AUs consider him a menace/bad omen and he’s generally treated rather poorly. 😔 but hey, at least he has one friend (aka killer, who followed him one day and never left him alone)

there’s lots more to him and his brother but i want to expand on that in a fic someday so perhaps i will keep it secret for nowwwwwwww

Groundhog Day the Musical. It takes the original movie, which was already a wonderful Time Loop Experience™, and (in my opinion) improves upon it in every conceivable way. If you like musicals, then I wholeheartedly recommend you check this one out!

Chonny’s Charming Chaos Compendium. We’ve talked about it at length here, but to quickly summarize, it’s an album about a person who, due to his negative mental state, keeps splitting himself into his Heart, Mind, & Soul, feeling better & becoming Whole again, then repeating the cycle. TW for mentions of suicide in the songs & flashing lights in the videos.

Exit Strategy. It’s a 15 minute short-film on YouTube about two brothers in a time loop trying to stop a fire. I don’t want to say much more about it to prevent spoilers, you can watch it here if you’re interested :)

i’m curious do u have any headcanons abt wayne and raj… they are the characters ever

their fullnames are raj kapoor & wayne graham (the most candian name ever for the most candian character ever).

wayne was always way taller than raj growing up, but now they're roughly around the same height. it's just not obvious to most people since wayne wears boots and raj sticks with his trusty converse. raj is just pushing 5'10 and wayne's a little over 5'11.

raj has two younger siblings who are twin brother and sister and are much younger than he is. wayne is an only child, but their families are so intertwined that they basically consider him their older brother too.

they're juniors in high school (assuming that's how it works in canada, too lazy to google it rn) and are about seventeen. they don't look or act super young, but they still got the "when i'm older" type of vibe that most people who are right about to graduate don't really have.

they've been best friends for a while, but not quite childhood best friends. i think they met during gym class of sixth grade and just instantly hit it off due to their shared interests in sports and humor.

raj's parents are first generation immigrants so they're not completely fluent in english and have a bit of an accent when they talk. since his moms raised him to be the most highly of gentlemen, wayne asked raj to teach him a bit of telugu so he could make polite conversation with them whenever he came over without all the pressure being on them. that was his first step to almost being immediately adopted by them.

this actually caused them to both realize they really enjoy studying languages. they continued studying telugu together, with raj tutoring wayne. wayne also decided to take up french classes early, and raj had his parents sign him up to learn the basics of other southern indian languages they knew. they both view this as a helpful skill for when they're international hockey stars, of course.

they live in a decently smaller-sized town, so despite not being neighbors, they still find a way to be at each other's house every other day. they switch off depending on what they're feeling, and their parents learned to accept that they're a package deal that comes and goes whenever they please.

since his parents discovered he was gay through the show rather than raj actually coming out to him, they — along with wayne's moms — thought it would be funny to turn his coming home party from the show into a coming out party as well. raj realized this when he cut into the cake and it was rainbow inside.

his family was very adamant about showing raj how supportive they are. he wasn't sure why, as their best friends were a lesbian couple and his best friend was the son of said couple, but they still repeatedly told him how proud of him they were and how much they loved him. the only pushback he received was his nani complaining about how he wasn't allowed to date until he was thirty and that this bowie boy was ruining that.

teacher hate these two. they never shut up in class, will ditch their assigned partners to work with each other, never get their work done, and yet still manage to have good grades (because they know they won't be able to play otherwise). no one understands how they do it.

they always have the most over-the-top cartoony outfits for spirit weeks. even the asb and student council kids find it embarrassing how much school spirit they have.

besides their accidental menace behavior, they never actually get into any real trouble at school. the only time they've ever gotten suspended was when wayne wanted to test his new padding gear and rammed himself into the lockers at full force and nearly killed himself while raj recorded.

because of their ridiculous stunts they like to post, wayne has a bit of a following on social media. he doesn't really do it to be an influencer or for attention or anything, he just likes being able to look back on all the fun moments he and rajie have together. that's one of the reasons they were so eager to be on total drama, to showcase their awesome friendship and have the tapes of all their fun challenges together.

they work part-time at the local ice rink, where they were able to land jobs due to their skills on the ice. they even work the same shift most of the time since they have the same availability hours, although they switch off between standing behind the counter and supervising on the ice. sometimes they both get to help out with the little league hockey teams, though, which they both really enjoy.

you’re in a dangerous zone- once you ask me you’re not going to hear the end of it. So… do you want me to ramble on with many paragraphs about Cyno?

Well you asked for it so….

I’ve mentioned before that Cyno is like a marshmallow - he’s all hard on the outside but soft and gooey in the inside. Saying that he needs a partner that will understand him- that won’t make him feel like he’s not a human, that won’t act differently around him, that isn’t scared of him or looks at him in fright every time he speaks. He needs someone to act normally around him- to make him feel normal, human. As if he isn’t an outcast.

But you see, once Cyno starts to know you and care for you he WILL care for you. He will protect you, he will make sure you’re ok- not in a controlling way. He’ll hug you tightly , whisper in your ear, kiss you, protect you, take you away from harm. No-one would dare mess with the general mahamatra-no-one would dare provoke you because they know Cyno’s right beside you.

but when he’s with you- when the ice begins to melt and the water shows he’s the absolute sweetest person you’ve ever seen. It will take a while to gain his trust though, beware.

when he’s together it’s the small things that make you squeal and blush inside because.

he’ll hold your hands during a stressful situation-squeezing them in his, making sure you know he’s there for you- right beside you. His hands are rough and hard against your soft skin- as the hard, cruel, desert sands have left them feeling like rocks against your hands

he’ll smile in between a kiss- because he can’t help it, you brighten his day, he can’t help but smile when he feels your lips brush against his, as he stares into your eyes shining brightly.

And in the morning when you wake up he’ll surprise you with a few forehead kisses before promptly going to work and waving you goodbye (I mean he’s a busy man but makes sure to save some time each day for you)

He’ll whisper 'i love you'' in-between kisses- because he so very much does.

he’ll put his hand to your chest, feeling your heartbeat against his hand.

And when you’re eating he’ll hold your hand from underneath the table- before you tell him you’re unable to eat if he keeps holding your hand.

and in those long nights, where Cyno returns late- tired and destroyed as he sits next to you in the sofa (couch) you’ll stroke his hair as you watch him close his eyes, smiling gently knowing you’re there as he drifts into sleep- his head on your shoulder.
