for sasuke my answer will come as no surprise, it’s how people say he’s misogynistic because he doesn’t want to date a girl 💀 there’s a lot of misogyny in kishimotos writing, but sasuke is not it. i also have to mention how people say he has no love and is full of hatred.. okay tobirama

for itachi this is probably sooooo silly but i hateeee when people are like “sasuke looks like mikoto and itachi looks like fugaku” ???? where ? they literally both look just like mikoto. yes sasuke looks a bit more like mikoto than itachi does, but he definitely doesn’t look like fugaku 😭 y’all are just saying that cause fugaku has jowls and itachi has eyebags so they both have extra lines on their face 😭

25. common fandom complaint you’re sick of hearing

that sasuke was cruel/a killer…. like how? sasuke only killed a handful of people and they were all righteous kills OR in pure self defence (the samurai). sasuke only killed orochimaru (his groomer), itachi (his groomer), danzou (his brothers groomer), samurai (self defence). he literally repeatedly tells team taka and specifically suigetsu not to kill random people and to just knock them out. truly i will never comprehend this take.

for itachi this is actually a little hard cause often times if it’s a complaint against itachi i agree, but if it’s praise about him i don’t ✋😂 mmmm…. i guess altho i do have my problems with it i am a bit sick of hearing that itachi shouldn’t have been edo tensei’ed in the war arc. there are things i dislike about it but i also absolutely believe considering everyone else that got edo tensei’ed it absolutely should be and there are parts about it i certainly like

OC RAMBLE ASK!!!!

do they have a playlist? does that playlist reflect their music tastes or their storyline/story arcs/personality. Are your music tastes comparable to your characters?? What would they listen to?

Alas! I have not assembled a single playlist. I don't use Spotify but I could use another platform if I ever get it off the backburner.

That said, any prospective playlist would be a mixture of both narrative themes and music tastes. Urudu's would be made up primarily metal-adjacent tracks, only to be blindsided by Eye of the Tiger of Survivor fame. This is because I can, you see. Fenfaxi is a hellish cocktail of bardcore and dark folk with a smattering of the dreaded dark remix. Heavy on the instrumentals and light on lyrics, especially in English. Atrocious.

My own preferences include those and most everything else. Eclectic, that's the word. It may be that I lack taste entirely.

As for the characters, they live in a world where music has changed little since 1910, maybe for the better. Fenfaxi himself is a musician (Näcken,) though, definitely for the worse.

1. Are you named after anyone? ... unfortunately yes. queen elizabeth. my mum's family has been naming their kids that way for like 3 generations and the name aside from that has a lot of importance to me so i kept it

2. When was the last time you cried? i don't know, probably last week?

3. Do you have kids? no but i consider my pets my children (not in the annoying "i know what parenthood is like! i have a dog" thing but bc i love them very very much and i feel strongly like a mum to them etc)

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot? not super i think?? i mostly tag along if someone uses sarcasm but i sometimes do myself. i prefer when sarcasm is either obvious in that it's suuuuper clearly exaggerated or when it's just completely nonsensical and probably only funny to me so i dont do it much organically

5. What sports do you play/have played? i never like, got on a team for anything, or did anything outside of gym glass, but i liked badminton. oh and in grade 4 i went to my school district's like cross country running thingy and i got in 101st place. one of the only non seizure/basically toxic shock syndrome related times i've fainted was next year's tryouts when it was too hot with a jacket but too cold without and i ran with a jacket on. oh and um i've played bloodbowl a couple times but also was never in a league but like i was gonna be

6. What’s the first thing you notice about people? their fashion probably

9. Any special talents? i'm like, really good at controlling my experiences while high. i can write pretty good stories and shit. i can make any outfit work

I DO i love to talk about them. lentug is my beautiful snake daughter, she is a ball python, she is about a year old now but i celebrate my pets' birthdays as the day i got them and it hasnt been that long yet. shes so sweet and loves getting water poured on her and shes SUCH a good eater. then theres gawi, my precious guinea pig daughter who is a sweet little angel baby with me and licks instead of biting and has Big Feelings and Issues and Particularities but she is a bully to the others just a little bit. then dr pepper, who just turned a year old recently also and is a weird little freak of a guinea pig. she's a himalayan rex so she's albino, colorpoint, and has weird curly/frizzy fur and she bites to maim and she's SO fucking tiny even though she was the biggest of the litter and from two of the biggest guinea pig breeds. then there's my new little beasts: bobo, my old lady guinea pig who is all rumpled and so sweet and soft and loves her cuddly houses, and caramel, my even weirder freak naked beast of a guinea pig, whose ears slap when she shakes her head.

14. Favorite subject in school? english til high school then nothing bc i hated being there

Dream job? if i could publish my books and get like crazy famous without having to jeopardize my odsp til i'm solidly able to keep myself afloat for the indefinite future/at least longer than a few months so i can get back on odsp if needed... and i can use my money to travel across north america to write about weird little towns in different places... and to other places in the world to try all sorts of regional fruits and vegetables and snacks and do youtube videos about them. yeah that's it

A future scene in Lofi Beats to Capture Children to way in the future when Gregory goes on his decommission spree.

Moon doesn’t care too much about Roxy or Monty, but Chica was one of the few animatronics who was always nice to him starting out and aside from DJMM (and Vanessa but more on her later) are really his only friends. 

Even while being woefully corrupted, this was one of the times he was in more in control of his actions, and it’s to show concern and anger for his hurt friend. 

I didn’t want to draw this and save the surprise but the DLC teaser and seeing withered Glamrock Chica tipped my hand.

i will not count kishimotos writing of women in this bc within that is the obvious answer…. hmm……. ok i lied cause i can’t think of anything that doesn’t tie into kishimotos awful writing of women.. my least favourite thing about her is that boiled down she is only about the men (yahiko and nagato) in her life. she has no motives other than theirs, she has no motivation or drive outside of them, she has no backstory other than the boys. she’s incredibly strong, has an amazing sense of justice and is simply one of the best characters but everything she is is about the boys… i could say so much more about her just ‘being for the boys’ but i shant get into it rn.

3. How did you choose their name? 

Listen I am actually the worst about committing to names for my ✨️most specialest✨️ OCs so I invented some lore reasons to get around it. Insert some True Name BS here and I don't actually know what their real names are! Most of my characters go by by-names, or aliases to fit within the frame of my avoidance-style worldbuilding. That said:

Urudu is just an Ancient Sumerian word for copper (roughly translates to "the shining one" if I recall,) because...he's a copper spirit who emerged in that time and location and that's as much energy as I spent on that decision.

Fenfaxi is Norse for "bog mane" after ye olde horse naming convention. This is his individual moniker, but more often he is referred to as Nykr, or some regional variant thereof. This is a Proto-Indo-European word for a water monster (or "bather,") from which a shocking amount of folklore and mythology can trace origins and etymology back to. For him this is more of a collective name that can refer to any of his spawn, and to use is the equivalent of introducing oneself as "human." Real shady behaviour.

TL;DR I do a lot of research only to pick out something literal. This is my method.

7. Is there any significance behind their height? 

For Fen no, that was simply logistics of making him digitigrade. However, there is a long-running joke that he can only date people at least a head taller than himself and so Urudu continues that trend. Size difference. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

14. If you had to narrow it down to 2 things that you MUST keep in mind while working with your OC, what would those things be? 

I'll do one each. Fen's primary conflict is one of despair and knowing how that influences his choices is what I keep at the forefront. Working with Urudu as a POV character takes a special dance, as he cannot see the world as a human being experiences it. Literally, he has arthropod eyeballs. Everything has to be described using different senses or it's not true to character.
