Books Bringing People Together
Books Bringing People Together…
In a world where neighbors rarely say hello to one another anymore it’s amazing sometimes how books can bring people together. It was an unusually warm, sunny day yesterday, and a perfect day for another successful Free Book Saturday Event at Randie’s Free Library. From sunrise to sunset, there were people of all ages and backgrounds who dropped by with all types…

After having lost his best subject's life, the Lettuce King, in his rage, foolishly sent out the rest of the EEG to murder General Rejimaru. The EEG's members is also famously known as the Haunted Seven.
Their powers were truly astonishing... dark magic has no limits, after all. Although General Ananymous was the strongest, he was the only one who was not able to use dark magic. He was too young to completely sell his soul to the devi- The Lettuce King. That was the price of dark magic.
The rest of the Haunted Seven set off, and lost their lives the next day. They could only gravely wound General Rejimaru. They did not have the ability to end his life... even with the terrifying dark magic, which they have not mastered at the time....If the Lettuce King had waited just a bit more, then perhaps the six that left that day would have been able to successfully, together, end General Rejimaru's life.
But the Lettuce King made the foolish decision to send them out too early, and they could not master their abilities.
General Rejimaru and REK left in victory.

Writing Challenges: Time and Voices
Writing Challenges: Time and Voices
WRITING CHALLENGES: TIME and VOICES…Needless to say, any writer would tell you that procrastination and actually making time to write is one of the greatest challenges of finishing any project. For me, personally, when I don’t feel like typing, I go old school, and I simply jot down a few handwritten notes. When I’m fully energized and motivated again, I would start typing. While writing ‘Monica…

Monica: Classroom Book Talk
MONICA: Classroom Book Talk….I love it when two people have read, seen, or heard the same exact thing, but they each may have a different perception. I appreciate all of the book clubs and school teachers who are using any of my books for discussion. Regarding ‘MONICA a Short Story Collection’, here are a few topics and tips: (1) In RANDIE’S FREE LIBRARY, do you think that the insulin samples are…

Monica: Story Teasers
First of all, I want to thank all of my 3,500 plus followers, friends, and readers from sites such as Readers Hook, etc. To say the least, the past few years have been exceptionally rough. Writing is both therapeutic and a sometimes fun escape for me, and I’m truly grateful for your support. With that said, I like to share with you some brief story teasers from ‘Monica a Short Story Collection’.…

Stories That Heal: Powers of Bibliotherapy
STORIES THAT HEAL…
I’ve always felt at home when visiting the public library. It’s a place where, regardless of your race, ethnicity, bank account or zip code, no one there ever made me feel as though I didn’t belong there. Ever since I heard ‘The Little Engine That Could’ during story time years ago, I felt the power of books and stories. Over the years I learned how bibliotherapy has helped me…

Teachers Need Our Appreciation and Support…I owe a lot to all the teachers in Spotsylvania County, Virginia who all had a hand in shaping me. Miss Kelly, Miss Pritchett, Mr. Harrison. We all remember the teachers who made the classroom and our assignments interesting. Great teachers have the unique ability to make their students want to learn. Great teachers bring their unique personalities and life experiences to the classroom. They are human beings, not robots. It bothers me how more restrictions are being placed on our teachers nowadays, whereby some of these restrictions give the teachers less freedom to inject their own uniqueness into the classroom, which ends up hurting the students. Instead of placing hard guidelines upon our teachers, we need to pay them more, and we need to show them more of our appreciation for all of their hard work and dedication they bring into the classroom. In ‘Coreville Park a reggae novel’, the teacher did nothing wrong, but yet, she was unjustly suspended. We need to stand up for our teachers, as they did in Coreville Park. The paperback edition of Coreville Park is now available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/author/randolphcamp) – Randolph Randy Camp
