Rebekah had definitely been with a few women over the years, girl cannot live over a thousand years and not be taking her fair share of the mix.

When she saw you though? Oh she just couldn’t help but introduce herself, you were the prettiest person she had ever seen, she knew just what style of dresses would suit you, what colour would go well with your hair.

You were all too eager to reciprocate her attention, quickly becoming friends and hanging out on a regular basis.

It was easy to develop a crush on her, the way she would insist on helping you get changed for the events she threw only made it harder. Her soft fingers would slide up your back as she did the zip on your dress up

Her hands would be in your hair as she styled it just perfectly, her face only a few inches away form yours as she applied your mascara ‘not that you need it, just to add to what you’re already giving me’ she would remind you

She always reminds you of how perfect you are, both looks and personality ‘i could look into your eyes forever’ ‘your figure is so beautiful’ ‘if i had half the personality you did…’

Often you would playfully suggest that you two should dance together, despite it being the 21st century two women dancing together at a traditional like ball isn’t exactly expected. That did not stop you though and although her siblings could be moody and unfair they too were happy to see their sister so full of joy as she clung to you

Rebekah always gave you expensive extravagant gifts like century old jewellery or those far too expensive boots that you accidentally briefly mentioned you liked.

And so you decided to treat Bekah by showing her new things, she had been daggered for a while after all so opening her up to new experiences was always fun.

A few times you two would go away on holiday, seeing her in a little bikini always had you blushing and nervous, not that she noticed too much because she was also gawking over you.

Eventually after far too many months you kissed her. Right in-front of everyone after you had witnessed a man try to flirt with her. Shock was evident throughout the bar as you pulled away with an embarrassed expression but she didn’t let you remain that way for long before she pulled you right back to her moulding her lips with yours

That was the start of a very happy Rebekah Mikaelson

Kol gives you what you crave, weather it be healthy or junk food, he loves to hear you giggle and thank him and when ever he comes over he opens his arms and watches you waddle over "I got you fs".

After Klaus returns home he brings you gifts and promises to never leave you again (lie) and he takes you on a walk in the garden while you speak about names and how you imagine it will be like.

But nothing goes as planned.

The birth was hard and none of the witchs could help you, klaus wasn't there he was dealing with the salvatores and he doesn't even know that you went into labor, the only people there were a few witchs, Rebecca and Elijah they tried calming you down but the pain was too much, your vision kept coming and going and you were having sortness of breath.

When it was finally done and the little girl was in Elijah's arms klaus burst into the room he was angry that no one told him but that stopped once he heard your pained whimper "she's not going to make it" he growled at the thought before biting his wrist and made you drink, he was not about to lose you especially leaving him alone with hope, he couldn't be left alone not after you helped him so much.

His eyes flutter away from hers, the smile on his lips falling a bit as he catches my gaze from across the room, his eyes trailing down the expanse of my body. The blonde beside him giggles and places a hand on his shoulder, his eyes snapping back to her as he puts a smile on his handsome face.

We haven't seen each other in years, he probably didn't even remember me. Almost five hundred years can impair someone's memory and judgement and it's safe to say I'm not the same person that I was when he originally met me.

I recognize the girl beside him from Elijah's stories, Caroline, who's apparently been the awe of Klaus's life as of recently. I heard about their on and off, toxic, bizarre relationship from not only Elijah, but Rebecca, who wanted nothing more than Caroline to be rid of her life.

He moves swiftly across the room, leaving the blonde with Elijah who sends me a subtle wave, my cheeks warming as Klaus approaches me. "I'm taking your persistent staring as flattering, love."  Your fingers shook as they traced the raised skin of your newly marked leg. Even without looking you could make out the words engraved onto it, ‘To the Mikaelsons, from your number one fan.’ It was like the gift tag to some twisted present. Only you were sure there was something much more sinister behind this gift than your simple loss of freedom.

   “And you saw nothing of the person who dropped you on our doorstep like some battered animal?” Klaus pressed, his temper invading his voice.

    You shrank back at it fearful. In all honesty, you had no idea who purchased you, let alone who would want to threaten the most powerful vampires in existence. Hell, you only discovered the existence of vampires, when some vampire kidnapped you from a college party two years ago.

“Calm yourself, Niklaus. You’re scaring the poor girl-look at her, she’s shaking.” Rebekah Mikaelson spoke up, flickering to your side. A small squeak escaped you as she tucked a piece of hair behind your ear. “Whoever did this must’ve traumatized you, poor dove.”

    “That or made her obedient.” Kol spoke up, earning a sharp look from his sister and older brother Elijah. He simply shrugged, looking at you like a cat that ate the canary. It was a look you knew far too well. “I think we all know that despite our efforts there’s still a black market on humans for vampires. Especially pretty ones like her. So, I vote we do as the tat says and keep her- I mean it would be rude to refuse a gift.”

     “We are not enslaving her, Kol. We are not monsters.” Elijah interrupted.

   Out of all the Mikaelsons, he was the one who made you the most nervous. With Klaus or Kol, you had at least an inkling of what to expect in way of treatment. Both were volatile, violent, and lacked compassion, one wrong move and you would be undoubtedly dead. While Rebekah wore her heart/emotions on her sleeve, making it easy to decipher moods. Elijah however was a wild card.  He seemed calmed, well-mannered, and compassionate, but you heard rumors of him being as ruthless as Klaus.

   “Well, we need to do something!” Klaus roared, pointing at you. “Cause this, this is obviously a threat, brother. A bloody bruised up slave being left on our doorstep with that message tattooed on her. Someone is saying that we are weak.”

    “We don’t know that Niklaus-“

    “The hell we don’t. I agree with Nik, we should be tearing the town apart searching for this bastard. Not laying about like a bunch of-of humans!” Kol snapped, before turning towards you with a smile. “No offense love. Though given your current situation I think you might agree with me.”

     “Fuck off.” You managed to say glaringly.

     Kol pulled a face clearly not expecting any back talk. To be fair though you were surprised yourself. Perhaps there was still some hope for you yet. Or so you thought until Klaus flickered in front of you, his hand cupping your chin as he scanned your features. Instinctively you pulled away curling up into a ball. 

 Klaus smirked. “Seems as if there’s still a bit of fire in our little mouse. Not much, but just enough to make things fun.”

     “Niklaus, I don’t you think she has had enough already? To put her through anymore would be inhumane.” Elijah protested.

  The smile on Klaus’s face only grew. “Well it’s a good thing I am not human then isn’t? Besides it’s rude to throw away a gift.”

New Homes and New Beginnings

Hurrying into Rebecca’s room you had come up with the perfect way to tell the original and you knew you better had done it soon because soon you knew he would be able to hear the baby’s heartbeat. 

The idea was wonderful you and Rebecca had decided to look at some new homes something nice but not fancy and tell Elijah that there is where you were gonna spend with your new family. 

You also decided to also decorate and make it homey. You hopped overlooked the fact you picked a house without him. 

You both loved the compound but Klaus Hailey and Hope lived there with the occasional siblings you wanted something that was just the two of you shared where you could create your own memories together. 

You and Rebecca left the house very quickly to avoid being asked a million questions because everyone was so overprotective. You saw some homes alone you liked where you saw online with Rebecca. 

You didn’t want a big mansion something more homier. There was a perfect place just outside the quarter with the white picket fence and a huge backyard and you were still in walking distance knowing you couldn’t venture out too far. 

A couple hours later went by and Rebecca came back with the real estate agent and next thing you knew it was completely yours.

It was a bit run down but that was the fun in it you could make it up to be your own and how you wanted it. 

After refreshing the home a bit you had went home to shower and get ready for the nights evenings.  Rebecca said something about going to see Marcel and whatever thing they had going on that night. 

You entered the compound and the first thing you saw was a laughing baby hope on the floor with Klaus and Hailey sitting on the floor with nothing but admiration in their eyes. And you smiled to yourself finally going to know what the feeling.  

You hurried up the stairs not wanting to ruin their moment together and saw Elijah in his study. You walked in and pushed whatever he was doing on the floor and sat up promptly on the desk leaning over and kissing Elijah rather hard and he quickly reciprocated the motions. 

You both pulled away for air and Elijah had his signature smirk on his face 

“What was that all about not that i mind.” he asked looking down at your lips and then back at your eyes. 

“Nothing just wanted to see if you wanted to go out tonight we hadn’t been out in ages together and we could use the alone time.”

“I do apologize for that and it seems it has been an awful long time since we enjoyed each other’s company.” he said to you and taking your hand and kissing it. 

“Well let me go get ready then gotta prepare.” You said getting up and hurrying to the bathroom.

After your long nice shower you went to the bedroom and started doing your makeup and Elijah was watching you from the bed with a smile on his face. 

While you was doing that he changed from his casual suit to his fancier one and you laughed to yourself even though he looked damn good in a suit you wondered what he would look like with something else on. 

You shook the idea away and went over the closet and pulled out the little black dress that Elijah liked and you knew it drove him wild. Two seconds later you felt his hand on your back and pulled your hair out the way and slowly zipped it up. 

“I do it’s not entirely two damaged after tonight's events.” He said seductively  in your ear 

“Even if it you do owe me a brand new one and i intend to collect.” You said turning around and smiling up at him

As much as you rather get things going early you knew how important the night was. 

Elijah took your hand and you two walked down and out the compound and into his jaguar. It was his favorite date night look. 

You laughed because once he got in he realized he had no idea where he was going.  You took out your phone and typed the house’s gps into your phone.

“Here follow these it’s somewhere special i wanna take you.” you said to the original and he nodded following your directions you could see confusion all over his face and he wanted to ask but he knew you wouldn’t ruin it.

The two of you reached the house rather quickly and he was vamped speed over to your side and had his hand out waiting for you. 

You took his hand and walked him up to the house and you two walked in together. 

He smiled at the lights and flowers that were scattered everywhere. 

“I bet your wondering why were here.” you said to him

“Very much so i am rather curious.”  He said his eyes looking at the present bag that was sitting on the table. 

You walked over and handed him the gift and told him to open it. 

He did what was   instructed and pulled out the mason jar filled with the pregnancy test. Confusion was written all over his face. 

You walked over and put your hand on top of his. 

“Surprise remember that green stuff i made you drink where it was a procreation spell that I used where it actually worked were gonna have a baby together.” 

His eyes were filled with tears and he smiled so huge that you never seen that before 

He quickly embraced you and held tight onto you and rubbed soothing circles on your back. 

“Are you serious is this really happening.” He said his tears streaming down his face. 

“Yeah it’s really happening after all this time i finally figured it out. your gonna be such a great dad.”

He took his hand and gently placed it on your stomach even though there wasn't even a bump yet.

“After all these years a 1000 years i don’t ever think I've ever had the great pleasure of being so truly happy and complete.” 

“ I love you Elijah your my life my partner and i’m so great full we truly get to a family here is this house i thought we needed our own place with our own memories. So what do you say wanna move in with me.?”

“It will be one of my greatest honors. I guess that explains what were doing here.” He chuckled and you laughed yeah i thought we would have a brand new life here,
