Her full name being Lasiris Fireheart-Stormseeker-Shardspire-Durant-Ficklebrew-Miststeak-Nightspire-Redbinder-Oncre-Furyfoot-McMannus. She ultimately remarries Sogran Stormseeker after many hurdles. Unpacking and organizing my books and rediscovered one I love but dislike the cover art of (and it's an older, ex-library copy so it's got contact paper on the paperback cover that's sort of coming off in places). I'd really like to figure out how to rebind it, but... I do not have this skill or the tools. ïżœïżœïżœ

âSeven Wondersâ from the Musical Catch Me if You Can is such an amazing song. The melody is well written, itâs corny and cheesy, and paints such a beautiful picture. Especially towards the end of the song it turns into a duet, but maybe I will rewrite the words and turn it into a solo.Â

2. Cute Guy
There was a very VERY attractive man on the Subway. He got on the train at the same stop I did, but unfortunately got off at my old stop for work. Had we gotten off at the same stop, I would have said something to him. I have this new found confidence, and I am embracing it. No more âwhat ifs?â

There was the cutest little girl that sat next to me on the Subway. She was wearing an owl hat, so I told her I liked it. She talked on and on about anything and everything. I found out that the adorable owl hat was her sisters, and her sisters red binder doesnât open when itâs closed.Â

About the program |
No todo es fragilidad [Not everything is fragile], introduces a serie of video-performances where women artists try to explore poetic dimension of the body and the female nature. Through the experimentation in different approaches to performance art, these videos reveal the psychological and physical energy of women, not excluding the beauty, breaking the old conventional image of female as a fragile being. Most of the videos show a female body incarnated in intense and obsessive actions, including hard efforts, allegories of resistance against the absurd or confrontations with the physical and social limitations.

Perhaps there can be few people who havenât wished to maintain the peace and stability in their life. If itâs correct so whatâs the exact source of tension, conflict and devastation among the different human communities ? In order to answer this question, we must go to the different aspects of human life in different societies. Certainly strife and wars in human history have been happening for basic needs. But there is a question ! Is war the only way to answer our basic needs or there are other ways to solve our problems in contact with natural resources, the wealth or opinions that provide the context of conflict. To answer this question, we must search between different societies and different entities to understand what create a culture of human society. "Peace on a paper" is outlining the history of a civilization metaphor of human effort, in order to further convergence peace and security on all those conventions, treaties and agreements. (...) M. sensed an opportunity and, because he knows me better sometimes even than I know myself, he didnât let it get away. He niggled and persuaded, âCome on, this was custom-made for you⊠you need to do it,â until I gave in and stepped out from the audience, positioning myself to dance with one of the faceless women. I could not help but notice the similarity of his persistence in eroding my resistance â tension against tension in our coupling of opposing forces, because I felt that I did not need to dive in personally in order to understand what I saw, and he insisted that at least one of us should â was not unlike the taut red cord that choked both dancers in a tug of war of equals by the neck.
Despite the festive atmosphere, the woman I clasped hands with was stiff and unalive. I had not expected that. She did not speak at all, and though we were in an intimate pose, I did not feel I could speak to her. We swayed not like dancers but like zombies, like cadavers. She was performing, making a point. It was not a dance foremost, but a symbol. I found the train of her skirt entwining my legs as we turned slowly in one direction, the red sash that connected her to her âsisterâ twin across the dancefloor also wound around my neck and that of the other new partner.
But were we partners? Or their victims. Or their beards. Or even their pupils. If I had not danced with her myself, I would not have grasped half as much of the symbolism. This was participatory art. To observe it was not enough. You had to engage personally to understand it best.
Two faceless women bound by a cord summoned strangers out of the audience to dance through a song, but never broke their connection to each other, nor revealed their true identities to their partners, not even to each other.
I barely got to experience this, as I was the last one to dance with one of them before the music stopped and they took a final bow. I would not trade that memory for the comfortable security of never having stepped out.
