For just $419.00 Cardinal Red 1956 Motorola 56CS4A Tube AM Clock Retro Radio DESCRIPTION: This vintage tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by Motorola in 1956 is in excellent+ working and physical condition. This antique radio features a bi-level clock and radio design. The clock is uniquely cantilevered off to the left at a slightly higher level than the radio section. This is reminiscent of euro architecture and furniture designs from the late fifties and early sixties. Post-modernist proportions with bright period hues that bespeak of technological and economic optimism and American confidence pf the period. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet is in excellent condition. No cracks. No chips. No major scratches. Original factory molded urea plastic in bright red color. No repaint. No over spray. No touch up. This radio is over 50 years old! Motorola label on front speaker grill is in excellent condition. The knobs are in good condition with some pitting and discoloration. Please see the photo close-up. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on clock dial lettering. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time for a mechanical analog design. The alarm works. The buzzer works. The clock and alarm set function work. The sleep function works. The clock motor is quiet on this one. There is a appliance timer function in back. The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. Backing board is in good condition with crisp square corn...

[RESENHA] As Horas Vermelhas, de Leni Zumas. . Os temas abordados são realmente polêmicos e estão muito em alta, sobretudo com a vitória de Trump à presidência dos EUA, pois o aborto voltou a ser pauta de várias propostas naquele país. Mas acredito que a narrativa excessivamente  fragmentada, ao meu ver, prejudicou muito o fluxo do enredo. Tornou-se cansativa, chata, maçante. O fato é que em As Horas Vermelhas temos uma estória essencialmente contada por mulheres, e acompanharemos cinco personagens que estão vivendo seus dramas pessoais, tendo que lidar com decisões difíceis, com o passar o tempo e com as novas leis americanas onde é proibido mulheres solteiras adotarem crianças, onde é proibido abortar e onde tentar inseminação artificial também se tornou crime. Essas personagens: A Biografa (Ro), A Reparadora (Gin Percival), A Filha (Mattie), A Esposa (Susan) e Eivor (exploradora polar) estão passando por fases completamente diferentes, mas por serem mulheres essas diferenças também se assemelham. O livro pareceu-me extremamente pessimista quando nos colocou diante de personagens onde nenhuma está satisfeita com suas vidas e, embora, saiba que é impossível a felicidade de forma integral, mas é assustador como essas personagens não ficam felizes com nada e isso me deixou absolutamente devastada, principalmente por ser mulher: Será que não existe felicidade para o sexo feminino? Achei pessimista demais, no entanto, sei que essa pode ser a intenção da autora, nos chocar com uma possível realidade. Mas, simplesmente não consegui gostar de As Horas Vermelhas e o livro se tornou um empecilho para mim, no sentido de que eu encalhei e fiquei adiando a leitura, de forma que, atrasou todas as possíveis leituras que eu deveria fazer durante o mês. Hey when i was little i had the spirit animal books and CDs. I don't remember much but could you summarize the series? If that's too much work it's okay

Hey so thank you for asking me this. Basically the four summon are spirit animals and proceeded to fight with the Greencloaks against the conquerors for the first series. Then in the second Arc they fight the wyrm because the evertree was damage. This is when the redclocks come into play. The third are they fight the oathbound as well as the greencloaks are taken prisoner in Greenhaven the redclocks are also in this series helping them throughout the way.

Also I love your Greek mythology stuff. (•‿•)
