I love shipping Sakura with traumatized boys because slap me if I'm wrong but she's the therapist of the anime. Literally.

She also healed on her own. In the beginning of the anime, she was concealing her true self and faking her persona, storing all of her real emotions inside and that's inner Sakura that we see in the beginning. But later in shippuden, we notice that inner Sakura no longer exists which means she learned to embrace her true self and nature which I honestly love her a lot for. Sakura Haruno, congratulations for being the best girl in my life.

Considering the fact that she built a mental health clinic after the war, I think it's beyond any shadows of doubt that she knows how to deal with mental health issues and would help said boys in healing from their trauma step by step and while giving all her support. It's also worth mentioning that Sakura is a very supportive friend (again, best girl shit). She supported Naruto in becoming a hokage even when she herself doubted he can (in the beginning only, later on she saw his abilities) and in the last movie we see her supporting hinata and Naruto (which broke my narusaku and hinasaku heart but meh life goes on) and she's the original girl's girl.

"The beauty of the cherry blossoms color the world! And the will of the girls brings victory."/"Didn't you know? Women have to be strong in order to survive." is what the queen said. Love her. She encouraged hinata to be more bold, supported ino in medical ninjutsu and joined tenten in missions. What I'm trying to say is that she's a good friend, she's supportive, understanding and observant.

So please instead of writing fanfiction of her getting impacted by someone's mental issues, start making her an active element in their healing journey.

Hello old man enjoyer! Just had to check my archive for October 2022 and it turns out I really didn't talk much about TotJ, though I certainly did blog a little about it

So to catch up on that: yeah! I enjoyed the Dooku episodes! His new character model was at times more off-putting than the one from TCW, but the content itself was good. I like that they confirmed he was a principled and just person who got carried away with bad methods. How it started on a small scale and how it snowballed. Especially the pattern of him setting out to confront some injustice or another and causing harm in the end is neat, I think. It's a microcosm of Dooku's whole existence, really, because this whole process repeats and the stakes get higher until he's hurting the entire fucking galaxy in his pursuit of "justice". It's amazing. From a conflict in a small town to a war spanning all of civilization... nice hustle, sir. What a unique talent you have for making people shoot each other.

There are some bones I have to pick with his TotJ episodes and I think he should've been given more time, but I'm happy with what we got. It feels respectful and true to the character painted across the Prequels/TCW. Too bad they can't retcon him to have more of a presence in TPM, he would've been a great addition 😔

I live on the ground floor, and my brother and sister in law live two floors up, so sometimes we drop in on each other for some reason or other.

Our building also has an elevator. I don't use it, because I don't like it. I hate it. It's small and cramped and there's weird noises even though it's brand new, and I am convinced it's poorly built.

I take the stairs. But the neighbors usually use the elevator, so if I happen to start heading upstairs at the same time that a neighbor comes into the building, I take great pleasure in climbing the stairs at the most geriatric pace possible and still beat them to my destination, especially if we're headed to the same floor.

Like, sometimes I reach the second floor so quickly that I have to deliberately slow down so they see me as they step out of the elevator and know that the weirdo with the creaky knees is faster going up two flights of stairs than they are using the untrustworthy moving box.

Is my rivalry with the elevator as an entity just a bit unhinged? Am I just making a very unnecessary power move? Yes.

I'm still faster than that fucker, though.
