The cops chased after him and do you know what they did when they finally cornered him? They beat him so badly that he died from his injuries later at the hospital. So yeah I got reasons not to like cops. This guy seems to consider everyone who brakes a law as nothing more than scum in his eyes and god do I want to claw them out of his skull.”

“Another American in this tournament? I’ve actually seen this one before at gatherings shadowing the ambassador and Evelyn. A lot of the females there were flirting with him but he just ignored them. I wouldn't hold my breath on finding her alive at least. For people who disappear and aren't found in the first couple of hours The chances of finding them alive are pretty slim. Plot: Tosu Tetsuo never expected his daughter,Reika, to be a victim of domestic violence. Suspecting that her boyfriend, Matori Nobuto, is the perpetrator, Tetsuo decides to investigate him. But as he searches for evidence at Reika's apartment, he learns that his daughter is not the first victim and that a worse fate awaits her. When he is discovered by Nobuto, Tetsuo ends up killing him in the ensuing fight.

Assisted by his wife, Tetsuo hides the body in fear of retaliation from the yakuza. To add to the misfortune of the Tosu family, Nobuto happens to be the son of the mafia's head. Considered to be prime suspects behind Nobuto's disappearance, Tetsuo and his wife will have to deploy all their ingenuity to protect their daughter from the yakuza and their ruthless investigation.

Kuranosuke Sasaki, Kyohei Takahashi, & Asuka Saito are cast in TBS drama series “My Home Hero” and movie version “My Home Hero.”

The drama series and movie is based on manga series “My Home Hero” by Naoki Yamakawa. The screenplay for the drama series and movie will have Kuranosuke Sasaki play Tetsuo Tosu. He is an ordinary husband who likes to write mystery novels as a hobby. His adult aged daughter gets involved with an unscrupulous man affiliated with a crime organization. This leads Tetsuo Tosu to make a shocking and impulsive decision to save his daughter.

“My Home Hero” will first air October 24, 2023 and the movie version will be released spring, 2024.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Tetsuo Tosu (Kuranosuke Sasaki) is an ordinary married man. His hobby is writing mystery novels. He lives with his with wife Kasen (Tae Kimura) and they have a daughter Reika (Asuka Saito) who has moved out of his home.

On his 47th birthday, he expects his daughter Reika to visit him and celebrate his birthday. When he sees her, he is stunned to see she has a bruise on her face.

Tetsuo Tosu repeatedly asks what is going on with her, but she doesn’t give an answer. He is deeply worried about his daughter and decides to visit her apartment without telling her.

At that time Reika’s boyfriend Nobuto Matori (Shuichiro Naito) arrives at Reika’s apartment. Tetsuo Tosu hides in a closet there. He learns that Nobuto Matori previously beat his ex-girlfriend to death and he now harms Reika. Tetsuo Tosu, who has never broken any laws in his life, impulsively decides to take action for his daughter. He kills Nobuto Matori. Soon after that, Tetsuo Tosu is chased by a crime organization, which Nobuto Matori was a member of, and by the police.

I dunno if I should celebrate or start crying… I mean, hopefully, this Kyler guy is here to take the ambassador out of the competition and back home to their own country for a bit. But if they’re planning to team up… Man, it’s going to be rough.”

“Hey, I recognize that name. When I first started to go to uh… Places, to gamble with you-know-who, people started to compare me with this guy. His name eventually faded from everyone’s mouth as time went by, but it’s nice to know who I was being contrasted with. Never expected to see him as a homicide detective though… What kind of life has he led up to get to this point I wonder?”

NIGHT HEAD 2041 TV Anime Gets Stage Play in Japan in July

  NIGHT HEAD 2014, a 2021 TV anime based on the 1992 TV drama about a pair of psychically-gifted brothers fleeing persecution in a dystopic near-future world, is being adapted into a stage play that will run in Tokyo in July of 2022. Back when I was still consolidating my control over all of Shizuoka a gang from Kanazawa thought it would be easy to cause some trouble. That is where things went wrong for that gang. Sasaki at the time was preparing to enter Shizuoka to apprehend them. I sent him a “little gift” before he could enter. A duffle bag filled with the severed heads of the gang he was chasing seemed appropriate.” Sakura cocks back her head laughing. “I wish I could've seen their fucking  faces when they opened that up. Ever since Sasaki has had it out for me but thankfully I have Shizuoka Police in my back pocket so they don't let him in.”

“As Reika has mentioned I've seen him before at gatherings she drags me to. He looks extremely out of place there but granted so do I. Lately, I've been hearing rumors that he’s trying to go after “The Commission”. I’m going to question if he's brain-dead or just plain stupid. Those fuckers well all I can say is that Kanon would fit right on in with them. The only difference between them is that Kanon doesn't take pleasure in torturing people she’s more about advancing her research. I wish him the best of luck against them. He's going to need it if he wants to come out alive.”

“Okay, I know who this guy is. I’ve seen him before in one of the gambling dens I operate. It was him and another person there at the ring. The only reason I remember is that this guy kept winning against some of the other patrons. They didn't like the fact that some kid was beating them. He was chased into an alleyway where he was cornered and beaten up pretty badly. The only reason I know this is because I came to see what the noise was about. I fired a bullet into one of their shoulders and told them to leave before I fired the next one between their eyes. The kid was so badly beaten that I took pity on him and told some of my men to take him to a hospital. That was the last I ever saw of him until now.”

“Lovely we gotta worry about this group giving us hell. Not like the other divisions don't have a bone to pick with us already.” Sakura grumbles before taking a more serious posture. “If what they're saying is true that a bunch of serial killers entered the D.R.B. It just made this tournament that more dangerous. Am I worried? Not really It's just a team that has a bit more in common with us than the others.”
