i can’t take the criticism that eras tour is not taylor’s greatest tour to date seriously. after album announcements, video premieres and mayhem inducing costume changes & mashups, she has now also completely revamped the show midway through the tour. i feel bad for the future swifties that will have grasp all this without ever having been there. meanwhile the only times she ever did anything chaotic and unexpected on rep tour were “happy national snake day! my favorite day of the year!” and singing our song and wildest dreams acapella when the delicate lift broke

unpopular opinion maybe but i kinda hate taylors tour costumes that are just like….form-fitting bodysuits….its like go girl give us nothing…

I need to get out of my own head and ask someone this so someone would either say I'm insane or not insane. I don't like most of what I've seen of the Eras tour so far (video clips). Like...at all, except a few outfits (some. Some others are heinous imo). Am I insane? Am I a bad person? Asking this on anon for pretty obvious reasons. As a casual fan I'm not looking to get hated and canceled and told how I'm jealous or I "hate Taylor" and am a "fake fan". I do not hate Taylor, at all, I think she's brilliant and wonderful and by far the best thing about Eras tour is how happy Taylor is, which at the end of the day is more important than any of my opinions. However I'm disappointed, yeah. Thoughts?

Listen, you're not insane or a bad person or a "fake fan" because you don't like every artistic choice Taylor makes!!! I promise it's not that deep, it's all a matter of taste after all, you don't have to like everything! I know many people who don't like her costumes. There are some tour outfits I don't like either, like the 1989 outfit... 😶 And you've only seen the tour through videos, I don't think it does it justice!

my dad is slowly prepping for the taylor concert in june and he came across an article the other day that was like “see the outfits taylor swift wears on stage at the eras tour!” and he said he clicked on it to read thinking it would be like 2 or 3 outfits and was just flabbergasted that the list just kept going and going and going. outfit after outfit after outfit 😭

As you guys know, this world is cruel and I'd do anything to make her the happiest, but I've failed to do it.
