I need a fic set after Quagmire where Mulder stops by Scully's motel room and realizes she wasn't as unaffected as she pretended to be about what happened to poor Queequeg. She tries not to let it show that she's upset that her adorable little dog is gone, but he catches her red-rimmed eyes and comforts her.

Even though he wasn't the biggest Queequeg fan, I imagine he'd be so sweet to her if she was mourning the loss.

As far as characters I just like seeing around me, I'd have to say Kirby and Link. But if it was overall throughout my life, for sure Snoopy

I feel like Nessie is real, like water is always a little scary and unknown and some form of Nessie is actually lurking around.

46. favorite holiday film?

All the Rankin & Bass stop motion ones, but probably The Year Without Santa Claus the most.

I love Heathmael as much as all of y'all but you gotta see how funny this ship is now after Canto V.

Ishmael all her life believing herself to be an exclusive woman lover with her undying love of Queequeg and the sparks of obsession with Ahab (she had the smallest crush on Ahab when she first boarded the Pequod, you cannot convince me otherwise).

And then she has her bisexual awakening in Canto V.

Imagine the sheer hilarious anguish she's feeling as she realizes that fucking Heathcliff is her bi awakening.

Heathcliff, who's always bickered and fought with her from day 1.

That very same Heathcliff who saved her just like what Queequeg did all those years back.

"Do I like men?" Ishmael thinks to herself one night.

"No. I just like Heathcliff." She retorts to herself before SCREAMING into her pillow. She refuses to think about this thought further but she knows that Heathcliff awakened something in her and she hates it.

Binah loves it if you're physically soft. it's such a contrast from her own cold, toned body, and a wonderful one in her eyes. softness makes you warm and comfortable, all that much better to hug and pull close to her chest. she can still pick you up no matter what. being an ex-Arbiter doesn't mean she's weak by any means. she enjoys lightly squishing or laying on top of you, using you as a soft pillow, or tugging you onto her lap and idly kneading her hands against your shoulders. softness is something Binah has little of, so she loves that you're the way that you are, no matter what, as you already bring such light and happiness to her life.

One thing about canto VI is like. I see so many people predicting it'll be about Fighting Evil Wife or Breaking Codependent Toxic Relationship and I just kinda think that would suck? If the major theme isn't grief AND love and the way both are seen as like Kinda Weird/inappropriate in the setting of the city. Then I'll be very sad.
