THE CW | Nancy Drew returned to 420,000 total viewers and a 0.1 demo rating, improving on its average Season 3 audience (360K, airing Fridays opposite Magnum P.I., 20/20 and such); TVLine readers gave the final season premiere a grade of “A”; read post mortem. Riverdale (283K/0.1) in turn hit a season high in audience and also ticked up in the demo.

Sounds like most cw shows are getting a boost with most other shows having already wrapped their seasons

I'm glad to see Nancy Drew improved their numbers! Though, I imagine for all the CW shows airing right now, that's not entirely hard when you're the only new drama on each night.

As for Nielsen... I'm guessing it's just summer break and they probably have employees taking vacations. The numbers were really slow to come in around winter break as well. A bit of a delay isn't going to hurt, particularly because I think the CW already knows what they want to have happen with the remaining shows, it's just a matter of negotiating the right price (or waiting to cancel the remaining shows until they've finished airing - though I don't know why AA: H is still outstanding).

If 06/23/23 is the last day for filming then about what day do you think they ( Riverdale ) will start filming the last episode?

They've been block-shooting all season, meaning more than one episode at a time; and filming episodes out of order as well. So the last day on set won't necessarily (and probably won't) be the final scene from the final episode. That said, it takes about a week and a half or so to film an episode, so assume after June 14 or so you'll definitely start to see the bulk of the cast wrapping for good leading up to June 23.
