The funniest thing about being a writer is that sometimes you end up having to do research and you fall down a rabbithole and come out the other side with just enough understanding of a new subject to sound like you know what you're talking about to a layperson and sound absolutely insane to an expert.

Writing Room Updates

For the month of December, my plan is mostly centered around prep work for 2024, including editing, outlining, and various other forms of scheming. I'm finally going at writing more "seriously," and less as a side hobby while I do other, admittedly important, things, so part of the planning is laying groundwork to try and start up an official writing career! 

There are. so many details to consider.

I might be overthinking (everything), but, hey, someone's gotta do it, right?

I've also been trying to edit Terrarium Lights more thoroughly instead of letting it lapse as I focus on twenty different things at once, as well as sprinkling in subtle worldbuilding elements. Ideally without it getting too cluttered or raising too many questions, or being too unnoticeable so that it makes random things confusing.

It has been helping me flesh things out across my other projects involved in this same world, which has been fun to watch develop.

The #1 thing I��ve learned in sds/cse is that you can make any claim, no matter how outrageous, as long as you say it with a thoughtful/concerned inflection

one thing i still don’t get abt cindy is how she can make clothes. i mean i know. understand. that her webbing is very similar to silk hence the name etc etc etc. and i get how she made her own silk suit previously like when she just got out. but it was clearly webbing. So how is she getting the color for the clothes. like. what’s up with that. like here. How.

im so over craving deep friendships and being known/understood and shit like its so annoying hearing myself talk or confiding in people.. last time i saw a friend he talked for 4hours non stop and asked me a grand total of 1question and i had SUCH a good time just listening and hearing him and not speaking about me just answering his stories

BEHOLD: THE HYDRATINATOR!!

One of the biggest issues I have at festivals is that even if I put like six new pockets in my costume, I still gotta hold onto my beverage, and frequently managed to put down and lose it anyway.

With THE HYDRATINATOR, I now have a suitably sized cupholder that can be clipped to BUNNI'S backpack or body harness so I can keep my drink on me and stay hydrated.
