Levi and Zeke finding their younger sibling/cousin are dating each other on Valentines while they're on their own respective dates. LevixPetra & ZekexYelena
you've got to be fucking kidding me
rivetra. high school au. 1550 words.
Petra can write a whole novel describing Levi and his character. "Romantic” is not one of the words she would use for him, at least not in the traditional sense. He can’t even hold a smile when the waiter tells them that a table is finally available and leads them to their seats. He just scowls and follows the poor, underpaid service worker, and Petra knows that Levi is going to complain about the wait time as soon as the waiter is out of earshot although he’ll be kind enough to leave a large tip. No, Levi isn’t necessarily the romantic type, but he’s certainly endearing in other ways and Petra loves him for it.
“You didn’t have to book this place, you know,” Petra tells Levi once they’ve taken their seats. She had mentioned off-handedly about how beautiful this café was and how she would try it out if it weren’t for the long wait times. She hadn’t expected Levi to make reservations because he hated waiting in lines at restaurants.
“It’s fine,” Levi replies, although the scowl on his face says otherwise. He picks up a menu and starts flipping through it. “Although I hadn’t expected to wait half an hour after making a reservation weeks ago.”
“They probably hadn’t expected so many people to come in on Valentine’s Day,” Petra says.
“Poor planning on their part,” Levi says dismissively before waving the waiter over to put in their order, a wagyu tagliatelle for him and uni pasta for Petra. He lets the waiter take their menus and is about to lean over and continue his conversation with Petra when an unwelcome guest seats themself at the table beside Levi’s.
“Levi, I hadn’t expected to see you here,” Zeke says. He settles in his seat, steepling his fingers together as he gazes at Levi with amusement. His smile looks more like a smirk and while he claims to have run into them coincidentally, Levi suspects otherwise. Zeke is too damn nefarious for any accidental run-ins.
Petra politely greets Yelena, Zeke’s date, who’s taking her seat across from him. Even though Zeke and Levi have never gotten along well, Petra and Yelena have managed to remain on friendly terms. Even as Levi glowers at Zeke, Yelena just rolls her eyes and Petra has to laugh a bit seeing Yelena’s reaction. Knowing that Zeke’s presence is likely to ruin Levi’s mood for the entire day, Petra tries to placate him as best as she can.
“I heard the pasta here is amazing,” Petra tells Levi, reaching out for his hand. She runs the pad of her thumbs over the knuckles of her boyfriend’s lithe fingers. “They get their seafood fresh every morning.”
“I should hope so at these prices,” Levi says. His eyes flit towards Zeke, a sour expression on his face as if the exorbitant prices at this establishment are Zeke’s doing. He leans back against his seat, assuming a kind of swagger that he wouldn’t care to put up in front of anyone else. “It’s a shame that you couldn’t get here earlier. The view by the window is quite nice.”
Petra tries not to scoff. Levi typically hates sitting by the window. He despises having others walking by and making eye contact with them or having them gawk while he’s eating like he’s some kind of animal at the zoo. She’d try to stop him from antagonizing Zeke, but there’s no stopping him once he gets started. She’s also aware that Zeke does his own share of antagonizing Levi. In the grand scheme of things, it might just be better to leave them to their own devices and not get caught in their crossfires.
“There aren’t any bad seats here with the way they’ve decorated so beautifully,” Zeke says, gesturing at the Rococo-inspired café. “Besides, Yelena and I were lucky to arrive as a table opened. We didn’t have to wait at all. I think you mentioned as we were sitting down that you were not as fortunate.”
Levi scowls in reply. “It gave Petra and me valuable time to converse with each other as we waited,” he snaps.
Yelena shares a knowing look with Petra as their boyfriends bicker. Even when the waiters bring out their food, Zeke and Levi continue to swap thinly veiled insults in between bites. Petra is sure that Levi and Zeke won’t stop until one couple finishes eating and leaves first but Levi suddenly stops speaking without warning.
“I see your wit has run out,” Zeke says with a victorious smile. He looks as if he’s about to continue gloating about his own cleverness when he notices the odd expression on Levi’s face and follows his rival’s gaze to the window. “Is that ...?”
“What the fuck is your brother doing with my cousin?” Levi asks.
“What the fuck is your cousin doing with my brother?” Zeke asks.
Petra and Yelena turn to look at the window and see Mikasa and Eren walking towards the restaurant, their fingers intertwined. The sight makes both Levi and Zeke livid, and they’re angrier than they had been earlier swapping insults with each other. It’s not a secret that Eren and Mikasa have been interested in each other. The two have been friends since middle school and have been dancing around the thought of being in a relationship for nearly as long. Practically the entire school knew they were involved with each other and that their coupling was inevitable.
Yelena turns back in her seat. “I don’t see how any of this is surprising,” she remarks, but Levi and Zeke ignore her.
“Are they coming here? He seriously took her to this restaurant?” Levi asks, watching like a hawk as Eren enters the café with Mikasa.
“What? As if you’re above taking your girlfriend here?” Zeke scoffs. Like Levi, his gaze is fixed on his brother and Mikasa.
Now that their attention is turned toward Eren and Mikasa, their insults are more tied towards their relatives rather than each other. The two watch as Eren struggles to speak with the waiter, trying to get a table despite the crowd. It seems in his nervousness he had forgotten to make a reservation for today.
“Idiot. He should have been more prepared if he was going to go on a date on Valentine’s Day,” Levi mutters. Even as he watches, he tries to remain hidden behind the partition set up to section off different areas of the café.
Zeke shoots a glare at Levi. “Cut the kid some slack. He’s just nervous. Your cousin is lucky my brother is even interested.”
“Interested in a loser like him?” Levi snorts. “Mikasa can do plenty better.”
“Is your pasta any good?” Yelena asks Petra. Trying to stop their boyfriends is completely useless so Yelena has decided to disregard them completely. Yelena has ordered a tagliatelle, but hers is covered with a buttery cream sauce and salmon roe.
“Oh, yes,” Petra says. “The uni is excellent here. It practically melts on my tongue.”
“Hmm, maybe I should try it the next time I come here,” Yelena hums.
The two are startled when both Zeke and Levi jolt back in surprise. Yelena and Petra turn back to where Mikasa and Eren are and realize that Eren has managed to convince the waiter to give them a table. The manager must have taken pity on him because he’s leading Eren and Mikasa to an empty table that just happens to be right behind Levi and Petra’s.
“Oh, this isn’t good,” Petra murmurs, and she watches as Levi and Zeke grow more on edge as Eren and Mikasa approach their tables.
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me,” Levi mutters under his breath.
Eren has a broad smile on his face as he reaches the empty table but his smile slips off his face as soon as he sees Levi and his brother. “Oh my god. What are you guys doing here?”
“Going on a date, what does it look like?” Levi snaps as if Eren had planned for this to happen. His sharp tone makes Eren flinch.
“S-sorry,” Eren stammers.
“Levi,” Mikasa says, giving her cousin a warning glare that Levi ignores.
“Don’t you think you’re being unnecessarily hostile?” Zeke growls at Levi. “God, no wonder Petra is the only person who can stand you.”
It seems the situation is only going to escalate from here. Petra opens her mouth to try to stop it even though she knows diffusing the situation is futile, but then Yelena stands up unexpectedly. Levi and Zeke continue to argue as Eren mumbles incoherently as he tries to defend himself.
“Come on. They look like they’ll take a while. We should have fun by ourselves,” Yelena says to Petra. She takes a few steps and turns back, looking a Mikasa. “Do you want to come too, Mikasa? You can have fun with your boyfriend later.”
Mikasa purses her lips and glances back at her cousin and Zeke still bickering with her boyfriend stuck in the middle. She contemplates staying back to defend Eren and then glances back at Yelena and Petra waiting for her. She hikes the strap of her bag up her shoulder before jogging towards them, leaving her boyfriend to his unfortunate fate. “Let’s go.”

This was supposed to be my entry for @rivetra-week but life just fucked me over and I'm a whole damn week late 😬
Title: Dedicate Your Heart
Rating: M
Pairing: Rivetra | Levi x Petra
Levi's sure that the Scout who kept visiting his tea shop is crazy as fuck. Beautiful, brave, radiant, but absolutely banged up in the head and he thinks it must be a scout thing.
Still, he finds himself always welcoming her back after every expedition.
[Tea Shop Owner Levi x Scout Regiment Soldier Petra]
Main prompt used: Yearning
Supporting prompts: Paranoia, Seasons
-------
She's back again, as usual.
It's been a little over four months since she first came into his tea shop. Sunset hair, cheeky smile, round amber orbs looking around curiously before lighting up when she found something interesting on the menu.
"What can I get for you?" He approaches her with what he thinks is the same disinterested look he usually gives his other customers. His mom used to tease him that he'll go out of business soon if Levi won't warm up a little bit.
However, there must be something about this girl for him to actually stutter a bit with his question.
"What's your bestseller?"
"Tea latte," he tries to avoid scoffing at that. He's not entirely fond of adding milk in tea but well, they do sell well. He can keep his personal preferences to himself.
The woman hums in acknowledgement. "Anything else?"
He blinks. This is the first time a young woman like her didn't jump into just ordering tea latte.

Rivetra Week Day 3 : Proposal
Part of Meet The Ackermans Series : FF AO3
@rivetra-week
882 words
It was their wedding anniversary.
Levi imagined a passionate night. The two cockblockers settled away in their grandpop’s or Gran-gran Kuchel’s. He even bought her a new lingerie. It feels too fucking long since the last time he has any serious super intense night with his lovely wife, not just a hurried quickie in the mornings. And of course without any interruption from those two little devils.
Petra imagined a simple, but romantic night. Her husband was a little allergic to the world ‘romantic’, though. But what she wanted was not some sappy candle light dinner or anything like that! She imagined them, laying on the rooftop of the apartment (and of course under them was a blanket, he was such a clean freak, after all). They would just lay there in silence, staring at the constellations. Comfortable silence lingered around them, sometimes she would break it with some light conversation.
But the night was not quite like they imagined.
First, Grandpop and Gran-gran Kuchel was not available.
“Sorry, Petra. I have a business trip that night. But, I wish you and Levi have a happy anniversary!” -Grandpop Ral
“Hoo, I know what you mean, Lev. But I already booked a flight to visit Isabel, baby” -Gran gran Kuchel
Passionate night : failed.
Second, it was raining. Heavily.
Stargazing : failed.
Last (and worst), both of the boys are sick. It’s not that bad, just a little fever, but enough to make them more cranky. And to keep their mom worried and busy she hadn’t cook dinner.
So instead of a romantic dinner, they went to a simple diner on the ground floor of their apartment. Despite being siblings, the boys had a very different respond of being sick. Leo was still his active self, - he even become more active – while Liam was being more clingy and enervate. He refused to get off of his mother even though she already told him ‘you’re already gotten so big and heavy’.
They sat around a simple wooden table. The diner is quite busy, they got a table near the window where they can hear and watch the rain . Petra sat with Liam in her lap, she was trying to convince the 3 years old toddler to eat . On the other side was Leo and Levi – who was busy telling his first son to eat cleanly, don’t make a mess.
“Quit stirring your fu-food, Leo. It’s spilling everywhere!” Levi gritted his teeth, he almost swear in front of the kids, and he’s pretty sure if he does his wife will scold him and growled, “Language!” It hurts his pride in front of his boys. And he fucking hated it. A dad have to look cool all the time. Especially him. Especially when his kids are shitty smartasses that could always point out his mistakes.
“But daddy, you can’t tell me what to do! I’m already six now! I’m a grown up!”
“You just turned six yesterday! You’re not grown up yet.”
“Then Daddy’s not grown up to! Daddy’s so small compared to Uncle Erwin!”
Okay that’s it. Levi ‘tch’ed, realizing there’s no point to keep arguing with this annoying and uncontested (but still his) brat. Instead he called a waiter and asked him for some napkins. The spilled soup annoyed him to no end. He really should’ve been in the clean bed with Petra.
Meanwhile, finally Petra succeed making Liam eat his first food. He was chewing the food lazily while leaning to his mother’s chest. Suddenly, something caught his eyes from outside the window. He know he can’t talk and eat at the same time, so he patted his mother’s thigh and pointed to the weird sight.
“What is it, honey?” She looked up, wondering what caught the boy’s attention.
There, in the middle of the heavy rain, not far from the diner’s window ; a man kneel in front of a woman. His hand was holding something, and the woman covered her face, then nodded vigorously.
“I think that man’s proposing the woman” Leo answered with much confidence.
Now Liam already swallowed his food, “Why?”
His brother answered again, he looked as if he was some kind of professor who performed a great research about it, “It’s because he love her and want to life with her forever.”
Liam furrowed his little brows, thinking with such concentration,
“Can I propose mommy, then?” he asked thoughtfully.
And suddenly Petra feels like the luckiest woman alive.
Happiness warmed her from within her heart she felt like she was floating. She embraced her youngest as tight as she can, while kissing the top of his head. There’s no more any trace of her disappointment of messed up anniversary night. Really. Liam was waay better than Levi anyway. At least he said sweet things.
“Aww, you’re soo sweet! Mommy loves you soo much!”
On the other side of the table, both Leo and Levi has a frown on their faces. Leo was in deep thought, “That’s right, can Liam propose mommy?”
“No he can’t. Nobody can propose her.” Levi stated solemnly.
The 3 years old toddler (who was struggling to get off his mother’s grip) protested, “Why? I love mommy!”
“Because I did it first.”
“Really? I don’t see it.”
“OFCOURSE YOU DON’T”
“Why?”
I don't know how to end a story haha

His mood probably couldn’t get gloomier now that he had finished all the tasks -most likely meant to distract him from his dejection now he thought about it- that Miche had assigned to him since morning.
He was sitting on the steps leading to the porch, a glass of iced-tea from the bowl he had freshly prepared in hand. On the surface his face showed all the usual signs of annoyance and boredom that seemed to be his signature expression but, if you could get a closer look, melancholy tinged his features quite unexpectedly as he scrolled on his phone.
Levi frowned, squinting his eyes in the sun and gluing them to the screen. His heart sank when he saw Petra’s latest post on Instagram, a picture of Nifa and herself, all smiles as they drank some fruity cocktail from a ridiculously huge coconut through colorful straws. A nasty surge of jealousy stung him when he noticed the lustful glances a bunch of guys sitting with them around a restaurant table cast her way.
“The fuck that means,” he mumbled under his breath.
They were supposed to drink stupid cocktails from stupid coconuts together and they were supposed to bask in the sun on this stupid white sand beach together and they were supposed to soak in this stupid warm lagoon water together. But she had gone on vacation with Nifa instead, arguing she needed time. And space. To find herself, to recharge. To think about them.
Yeah, they were on a break. Yeah, she had decided this one-sidedly. Yeah, she had urged him to pack some of his stuff and stay at his best friend’s for a while. Yeah, he didn’t understand the fuck why she wanted this but he had obliged. Yeah, he would oblige again and again. And fucking yeah, he would do anything she asked if it meant he could win her back.
But dammit! Seeing her having a good time away from him, seeing her smiling as he was still stuck in anger and sadness after four weeks apart, imagining other men ogling her perfect curves, flirting with her, or even laying their dirty hands on her was tearing his heart apart.
A firm yet friendly pat on his shoulder snapped Levi off his stupor. He glanced sideways at Erwin as he sat down next to him.
“No point in hurting yourself over something you can’t control, Levi,” his best friend said, a hint of concern in his soft tone. A faint but incredibly fond smile appeared on Erwin’s face. “Get rid of your phone for now and go freshen up. You wouldn’t want Miche to scold you in front of the guests, would you?”
“As if I gave two shits about what that blond titan thinks!” Levi replied, rolling his eyes. He got up and pocketed his phone nonetheless, heading to his bedroom to change clothes.
Tumblr media
He was pouring a refreshing drink for Nanaba, casually catching up with her, when a boisterous exclamation caught their attention. Everybody raised their heads and glasses, cheering the guest of honor as they waved frantically from the driveway where they were stepping out of their car.
“Oh my God! I can’t believe you all came! I’m so happy!” Hange shrieked, eyes sparkling with excitement and a huge smile on their face.
They laughed heartily as their step-brother picked them up in his arms and spun them around as if they weighed nothing.
“Happy birthday, Nerdling,” Miche whispered in their ear, his mustache tickling their skin when he pecked their cheek.
He loosened his embrace and let Hange go. Their gaze wandered around the garden to greet their guests, their radiant smile growing wider and reaching their eyes as they finally fell on their best friend.
“Happy birthday Hans!” she said, her arms wrapping around them. They held each other tight for a while until Hange peeked past Nanaba’s shoulder and recognised the short man standing next to the iced-tea bowl, his pouring gesture frozen in the air.
Hange’s eyes widened. “Holy Walls! Grumpy Pants, is that you?!”
“Tch… No shit, Four-Eyes,” he deadpanned, still gripping Nanaba’s glass by the rim.
“Still so handsome behind the scowl, right Shorty?” They chuckled and winked at him before turning to another guest.
For some reason his stomach churned.
A rhetorical question. Obviously.
Tumblr media
The festive afternoon was drawing to a close. The birthday cake was nothing more than a few forgotten crumbs on a plate by now, the opened gifts had been thrown haphazardly on Hange’s car backseat, and the last guests had said their goodbyes a while ago.
Trash bags in hand, Miche, Erwin and Nanaba busied themselves around the garden and the terrace to throw paper plates and plastic cups away.
Levi had found the party more pleasant than expected. And definitely more pleasant than he would ever admit.
After flitting from one friend to the next, Hange had finally pulled out a chair to sit across from him in his favourite corner of the garden, near a bush of fragrant roses that always reminded him of his mother’s perfume.
They hadn’t met since the graduation ceremony a few years ago. They had caught up on what they had both been doing since then, inadvertently -and frankly, as an afterthought, much to his relief- dodging the matters of the heart.
He knew from Miche that they had been studying abroad in a prestigious university in Hizuru and had recently come back to work in a renowned research company in Trost, dragging their all-time lab partner Moblit -the fuck was this name by the way?- along with them. They had asked him a lot of questions about his work as an architect and his accomplishments in his hobbies. MMA techniques seemed to fascinate them by the way.
Levi's mind had been at ease listening to Hange’s enthusiastic babbling for hours, taking in their lively face and their bright, beautiful brown eyes behind their stained glasses. He had forgotten his worries for a while, lulled into a blissful daze by their voice, his heart almost soothed by their cheerful presence.
As the sun slowly set behind a hill, the gate creaked open to reveal a tall blond man with a well-trimmed beard and a pair of golden round glasses. Levi looked up at the newcomer who gestured to him to remain silent while he smoothly joined them, careful not to crunch the gravel under his feet.
Sensing something was off when their eyes fell on Levi’s face, Hange stopped their rant about whatever toxic plant they were blabbering about.
“Shorty? Something’s wrong? You’re as white as Moblit’s asscheeks all of a sudden!” they asked in a worried tone.
Moblit's assch-, what? Taken aback, Levi didn’t have time enough to retort.
Hange squealed when the man slid his hands over their waist from behind, but tilted their head back to look at him and flashed a beaming smile. He kissed their lips, lingering a bit too much to Levi’s liking, forcing him to avert his gaze in a burst of decency.
“By the Walls Zeke, I missed you so much!” Hange asked between kisses. “I’ve been waiting for you all day! Where have you been?”
Levi felt more and more like a creep, staring at the couple.
“Yelena missed her train to her parents' town so I gave her a drive there. Thought you wouldn’t mind, Honey!”
“Oh, Yelena… Of course I don’t mind!” Their voice faltered uncharacteristically.
Levi’s chest tightened as he noticed the way Hange’s face fell with their half-assed reply. How could someone be oblivious or careless enough to let down someone as kind as Hange on their own birthday? How could someone be cruel enough and bear to swipe Hange’s bright smile off their face?
That monkey could, of course.
Hange’s smile quickly came back to enlighten their face though. They got up, fidgeting with the paper napkin they still held in their hands. They tittered and gestured between both men.
“Oh, I'm sorry! Let me introduce you, guys!” they blurted out. “Zeke Darling, this is Levi Ackerman, Erwin’s best friend. Shorty, this is my fiancé Zeke Jaeger.”
Levi got up, gritting his teeth as he extended his hand and shook Zeke’s in a tight grip.
“What are the odds! You’re both renowned architects now I think about it!” Hange exclaimed cheerfully.
“Oh but your friend and I have already met before Honey!” The blond man smirked. “I won the Trost Finance Center building project over him!”
Zeke let go of Levi’s hand.
“Nice to see you again Ackerman,” he added with a feigned joviality.
He snaked his arm around Hange’s waist to pull them closer.
“Let’s go Honey! It’s getting late and I’d like to make it up to you tonight,” he said in a disgusting husky voice, shamelessly kissing his fiancée’s skin under their ear until they blushed and gasped like a shy teenager. Levi clenched his fists.
Hange stuttered as they bid him goodbye, promising to meet again soon over a cup of coffee, and waved to their hosts and best friend before heading to their car. They giggled when Zeke slid his hand down the small of their back and over their ass, whispering something in their ear as they walked down the driveway.
Levi’s eyes followed the rear lights until the car turned left at the end of the street, leaving a hollow feeling in his guts.
A friendly arm wrapped around his shoulder and Nanaba dragged him towards the house.
“C’mon Munchkin, let’s grab a beer and order a pizza!”
She pecked him on the cheek.
“So fucking gross Nana, I can’t stand wet kisses,” he grumbled.
“Of course you can’t sweetie.”
But he couldn’t help but smile when she pulled him closer to kiss him again and burst out laughing when he swiftly wiped his cheek.

Levi relished in the cool sensation of the breeze over his skin and the comforting warmth of his tea. The chirping of crickets nearby was lulling him into a peaceful slumber. He felt his stiff shoulders, his clenched jaw, his tense nape finally relax.
“So, Hange…” Erwin started once Nanaba had left and Miche had gone to bed.
“The fuck are you talking ‘bout Four-Eyes?” he replied, all the tension washing back over him.
Erwin raised his hands in a gesture of appeasement. “You seemed to get along well today, is all.”
Here we go, you blond bastard.
Erwin’s speech was only getting started and pain already throbbed in his head. Levi pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed.
“Yeah, ‘twas nice to catch up after all those years. They’re not so bad to talk to.” He paused.  “Distracted me from this shitty life of mine for a bit.”
“I could tell.” Erwin took a sip of coffee and placed the cup back on the saucer. “You didn’t seem to enjoy Zeke’s company though.”
“That monkey? Hell no! You know how dirty he played with the Finance Tower project and fucked me over! How could I ever want to see this shithead again, you dumbass?”
Erwin knew better than to reply yet.
“How this brainiac is engaged to such a jerk is beyond me! Like, it’s their birthday and he shows up when the party's over, with all his lovey-dovey shit to cover up how he spent the afternoon with someone else instead… Disrespectful at the very least ‘f you ask me!”
Erwin smirked at his friend’s rant.
“What’s with the smirk, moron?”
“Nothing really.” Erwin’s gaze softened. “I don’t remember hearing you say so many words in one go. Ever. I wonder what got into you.” He chuckled.
Levi clicked his tongue. “Nothing special. We were having a nice little talk with Four-Eyes and I started to forget the crap piling up in my life at the moment and that fucking monkey ruined it all.”
Silence settled for a few minutes between both men.
“Seemed to do you good talking with someone else. You’re gonna hang with them again? I mean Hange.” Erwin asked after a while.
“Er yeah I guess… They mentioned a cup of coffee or shit some day soon.”
“Good! We’re your friends and we’re all worried about you, Levi. But, as you won't talk to us then talk with Hange. Anything that makes you feel better.”
Levi facepalmed to soothe the increasing pounding in his head and sighed.
“Could you mind your own fucking business for once, Blondie?” he hissed, rubbing his temples in a circle. “You’re giving me a headache.”
Erwin stood up, put a hand on Levi’s shoulder and squeezed it.
“Well, I’ll leave you alone then.”
He scooped his coffee cup off the table and took a few steps towards the door before turning around.
“Try to sleep tonight. You need to get some rest.”
Levi remained silent.
Erwin’s steps echoed in the evening darkness and he stopped briefly when gripping the handle.
“Good night Levi. See you tomorrow.”
As the door softly clicked shut, Levi let out a sharp breath he was holding for some time.
Yeah. Another day full of crap. The sparkle Hange had briefly brought in his otherwise dull life today was at least something he supposed.
“Shit! Life sucks, huh Four-Eyes?” he muttered to himself. His day couldn’t get any shittier than it already was, right?
Something vibrated in his back pocket. He fished his phone and answered without even thinking.
“Levi?” Petra’s voice. His body stiffened.
“Uhm yeah…” He ran his fingers through his hair to try and shut down his nervousness.
“We need to talk.”

Levi and Petra's son arrives two weeks early, born on Valentines day. Modern AU
thanks :)
two weeks more
rivetra. modern au. 1072 words.
“I’m going in there,” Levi says for the tenth time that hour. It’s the twelfth hour, and he’s said the same thing at least ten times each hour. He must have repeated it over a hundred times by now, but he clings to it like a mantra even though he’s been barred from entering after the first time he had caused a scene.
“You can’t go in there,” Farlan says, something he’s also repeated as many times as Levi has repeated his own words. He grips Levi’s arm with one hand, ready to restrain his friend like he’s done so many times before today. Like Levi, there are dark circles under his eyes after being up for the past twelve hours. “The doctor kicked you out after you made a fuss bringing Petra here.”
“How does anyone expect me to sit still when there’s a whole child coming out of my wife?” Levi asks. He lurches forward, but Farlan pushes him back down against the chair. He snarls at Farlan, “Let me go!”
“Do you want to be kicked out of the hospital?” Farlan hisses, glancing at Petra’s hospital room. A cry comes from the room and Farlan grunts as he pushes Levi back against the chair once more. “Levi, sit the fuck down! Isabel is with her. It’s going to be fine!”
“Why is it taking so long? It shouldn’t be taking this long,” Levi protests. He tries to lunge out of his chair once more, but Farlan holds him down firmly. Levi glares at Hanji who is calmly flipping through a magazine beside him. “Hanji, help me!”
“Help you what?” Hanji asks. They turn another page, not bothering to look up at Levi’s outraged face. They only look up every once and a while when hearing Petra’s pained cries, but otherwise they seem unbothered. “Do you really think it’ll help if you’re in there screaming at the doctor and nurses? They’re professionals, Levi. Just leave them to their jobs. It’s natural for the first labor to be the hardest.”
“See? Listen to Hanji,” Farlan says through gritted teeth, still firmly holding Levi back against the chair because he doesn’t trust Levi not to escape at the earliest opportunity.
“Two weeks early? The baby is two weeks early,” Levi reminds them. He’s been constantly reminding of this fact the entire time they’ve been at the hospital. He had memorized the exact date that their baby should have been born: February 28. It was a complete surprise when Petra’s contractions had started two weeks prior to the date their obstetrician had given them. They had planned to celebrate their last childless Valentine’s Day together when the contractions started late last night only a little after they had gone to bed.
“Yes, the baby is two weeks early. We know, we know,” Hanji says with a nod. They fling an arm around Levi’s shoulders. “Shouldn’t this be, you know, the best day of your life? You’re going to be a father, you know.”
“This is the worst fucking day I’ve ever had,” Levi replies. He turns his head so quickly at the sound of Petra’s cry that his neck nearly snaps.
“I’d say Petra’s day is infinitely worse. She’s the one being ripped in half, after all,” Hanji comments.
At Hanji’s words, Levi makes another attempt to escape from Farlan’s grasp but his friend tackles him back into the chair.
“Hanji, you’re not helping,” Farlan hisses. It’s taking all of his strength to hold Levi against the chair, but he’s not sure how long he can keep holding Levi back after restraining him for several hours.
“If you don’t let me go right now, I will kill you,” Levi growls, but Farlan continues to hold him back. Levi feels his panic rise when he hears Petra cry again behind the delivery room doors. He struggles against Farlan’s hold, trying his best to break free. It takes him a while to realize that Hanji is shushing him.
“Do you hear that?” Hanji asks. They place a finger to their lips, finally abandoning their magazine on a side table. It’s the first time they’ve expressed any interest in what was happening in the delivery room. They lean forward, a smile on their face as they hear the sound of a baby crying replacing Petra’s earlier cries.
Isabel bursts through the doors just then, two nurses following closely behind her. “Levi!” she says, but she hardly finishes calling his name when Levi pushes past her, unable to stand being away from his wife any longer.
When he enters the delivery room, Petra is laying in the hospital bed exhausted. She’s damp with sweat, but she’s as radiant as ever. In her arms is a babe wrapped in a bundle of blankets, red-faced and crying even as he’s being comforted by his mother. When Petra sees Levi, she gives him a tired smile.
“Are you okay?” she asks.
“I should be the one asking you that,” Levi laughs weakly, unable to take his eyes off their newborn son. The baby is so small, but somehow the his presence has shifted his entire world.
Petra shushes the baby, but it continues to fuss and cry despite her best efforts. She smiles a little sheepishly at Levi. “He was so impatient that he came two weeks early, but it seems he’s still upset even after being born.”
Levi can only watch wordlessly as Petra comforts the babe, speaking to him lowly as he cries and cries and the nurses fuss around them. Eventually, he asks, “Can I hold him?”
“Of course,” Petra laughs and gently hands the newborn to her husband.
Levi cradles his son in his arms, holding him as if he were made of glass. He doesn’t even dare to breathe as he holds their son. As he takes the baby in his arms, the baby begins to quiet down, comforted by his father’s touch.
“All this time, we were wondering why he came so early,” Petra says with a smile. She reaches out to touch their son’s forehead, stroking the little wisp of black hair. “It looks like he wanted to meet us as soon as possible.”
“Lucky us,” Levi says as he gazes down lovingly at their son. Only a few minutes ago he had been in complete agony, but now he feels nothing but blessed as he holds his newborn with his wife beside him.

A Castle for Christmas
Summary: Petra and Levi have HQ to themselves for Christmas
Pairing: Levi Ackerman x Petra Ral | Rivetra
Notes: This is for Rei's 'Happy Birthday Levi' event.
Taglist: @lunar-rainclouds @captain-natey @1wholeheartedly-nii
December 25th 847. The heart of a winter significantly better than the last; when thousands of families were grieving the loss of over 249, 800 people and picking themselves up again after a deplorable harvest. Two years have passed since the fall of Wall Maria. People are looking forward to a better Christmas this year after an improved harvest and “generous” donations from the government, as though they hoped presents could make people forget. But Christmas is a time for turning perspectives inward and holding loved ones close.
As per tradition, most of the Scout regiment have gone home for a couple of weeks. Some years, Petra may have gone too but her parents are visiting friends in Mitras and Petra would rather spend her time off back at HQ with the captain anyway. Especially once she learned that they would have the old castle to themselves for a week. In the New Year, they would be relocating back to Trost for their main base so the opportunity to enjoy the castle alone with Levi is too irresistible. It’s also totally disconnected that this is her and Levi’s first Christmas as more than just captain and subordinate.
————————-
Warmth and the caress of slender fingers are what Petra wakes up to that Christmas morning. With a comfortable hum, snuggling back into the firm body wrapped around her, she lifts her head back in a sleepy smile. “Happy birthday,” she whispers.
“Season’s greetings,” her lover’s chuckle comes out as a huff but his lips find Petra’s anyway and touch them with a light, loving caress. He follows it up with another kiss, one hand sliding up her shoulder to cup her cheek, holding her face as he bestows kiss after kiss.
“You could just say Merry Christmas,” Petra chuckles, nuzzling his nose.
“It’s too early for that level of spirit,” he murmurs against her lips, drawing her into another kiss.
Petra relaxes into it with a breathy chuckle and a contented sigh. This time Levi holds her closer, prolonging the contact. His other arm moves around her chest, tucking her further into his body, legs entwining with hers. The heat of their embrace sends small soporific waves through Petra but she resists them. This is too perfect right now.
“Merry Christmas,” Levi whispers against her shoulder. Petra lifts a hand so she can run her fingers through his thin strands of raven hair.
“Merry Christmas,” she tells him back, kissing his temple. “Mmmm,” she mumbles, turning her face forward again, “this is so cozy.”
“Mmm,” Levi’s agreement rumbles through her shoulder. Petra gathers more covers towards them and feels Levi’s expression shift against her skin. “You cold?” he asks. His hands move around hers and tug more of the quilt over them.
“No,” Petra assures him, “but you can never be too cozy.”
“I wouldn’t know.”
“Clearly we need to put that to the test for you today,” Petra smiles and rolls over so she can wrap her arms around Levi as well as the quilt.
His arms secure the covers around them both then settle around her shoulders, giving her the perfect opportunity to lay her head over his heart. Her body melts against his as his hands move to rub her back, pressing the cloth of her night shirt into her skin. Those motions invite more of the same sleepy sensations that she has to fight. Bringing one hand to her mouth, she covers her yawn.
“Go back to sleep,” Levi urges before kissing her temple. “I’ll still be here.”
“No,” Petra shakes her head. “I’m okay. I’d like to stay awake.” She runs her hands over his loose shirt, leaning in to kiss his lips. “It is Christmas after all.”
Another quiet puff of amusement. “You sound like a child,” he teases.
Petra inhales, puffing out her cheeks in a way that makes Levi’s lips twitch, and then releases her breath. “One of us should have the Christmas spirit and I have enough for both of us,” she chides him.
“You can say that again.” His lips are shifting like he’s trying to suppress himself.
Amber eyes gleam knowingly. “We better get you a cup of tea soon, Grumpy.”
“Tch. I’m always grumpy.”
“You can say that again,” she retorts and is met with raised eyebrow.
“Are you sassing me, Ral?”
“I am indeed, Captain.” She giggles and enjoys the slight colour tint that appears in his cheeks and ears. There’s a spark of surprise, brightening up his grey-blue eyes.
It fades quickly as he leans in towards her, his stare lowering to her plump, smiling lips before he captures them with his own. He swallows the squeak of surprise and Petra literally feels him smirk as the noise turns to a moan instead. She surrenders to his deepened kiss, angling her head to meet the movements of his lips better.
;Levi’s fingers tangle in her hair, stroking it with his knuckles brushing up against her scalp which only draws more little moans from her.
With one arm guiding her waist, Petra is adjusted until she’s lying over his stomach. It’s her turn to smile against his mouth before she pulls back.
“Ready for your first present?” she grins, reaching one hand to the hem of her shirt.
His eyes are so much darker between the desire burning within them and the dim lighting of the room. His hand moves to stop hers. “I’ll unwrap it,” he murmurs.
Petra’s chuckle is muffled under his next kiss.
————————
Levi’s “present” rapidly turns into “presents”, followed by a subsequent shower, after which, he sets off for the kitchens to prepare some tea and breakfast.
Petra would have objected to him being the one to do that today had this not presented her with a good opportunity to fetch her gifts for him as well as prepare the room. She quickly set off to fetch the gifts, hugging herself against the chill as she darted along the nearest hallways, grateful that her room was fairly close to his quarters.
These days, the castle’s temperatures have fallen so low that the fireplace in Levi’s office needs to be lit immediately. Several logs are thrown on the fire and gradually the room fills with warmth. Pale light fills up the space once the curtains are open and there’s a quiet stillness to the room. She lays out the three parcels on the low table beside the sofa after brushing off any dust and dirt from them. She drapes a blanket across the back of the sofa as well.
Levi nudges the door open with his foot some time later, maintaining excellent balance of the breakfast tray in his hand. He nods towards his desk and Petra pulls out his chair so he can set everything down and take his seat. Steam wafts out of the tea pot, filling Petra’s nostrils with the familiar aroma of Levi’s favourite black tea. Levi lifts two plates that are covering two others. On each plate a small roll of bread has been cut in half with a little butter drizzled on each piece. Petra is grateful that her stomach doesn’t noisily rumble at the sight of it.
She moves to close the door, containing the heat inside the room. When she returns to the desk, she smiles upon seeing Levi dragging her chair to sit besides his. He sets to pouring the tea as she joins him. A small plate of plain biscuits sits between their cups. She picks one up and bites into it.
“Tch, you’re supposed to have your bread first.”
“Guess I’m a rebel,” she remarks with a smile and takes another defiant bite, cupping her hand under her chin to catch any crumbs.
Levi’s lips curve as he lifts his cup to his lips to blow on the tea. “Sure you are,” he murmurs. “You make all the Underground shits look like pansies,” he quips.
She chuckles and swallows, finishing off her biscuit and turning her eyes on the view of the grounds. Thick whiteness has blanketed the ground for many days now. It shows no sign of easing. If anything, the snow clinging to the trees has grown thicker. She observes it all with a happy smile. There’s something so comforting about snow in the countryside, far from cities where it all gets trampled away too easily. She finishes off her biscuit as she stares.
“Oi,” Levi chides, nudging her with his elbow, “your bread will go cold.”
Petra plucks one of her halves off the plate and bites into it with an approving hum. The bread is still lovingly warm which pairs well with the rising heat of the room and the view of the frozen world outside. It’s a comfortable silence that fills up the room as they eat and drink their tea. The biscuits Levi has chosen are mostly plain with a touch of sweetness about them but they serve very well with the tea.
Both plates are soon cleared and put aside for now. As Levi refills their tea, Petra retrieves the parcels and brings them over, balancing them on her lap once she’s sat.
“Happy birthday,” she tells him with heated cheeks, handing him the topmost parcel which is a dark box with a blue ribbon wrapped neatly around it.
Levi puts his tea aside and his careful fingers untie the ribbon. “Thank you,” he tells her quietly, his eyes lifting to hers for a moment before he lifts the lid and peers into the box. He rises to his feet and brings the soft black material out of the box, holding it up against him, eyes growing as he takes it in. “Petra,” he pauses, “you really didn’t have to,” he murmurs as he marvels at the coat and slips his arms into the sleeves. The fabric hugs him well and Petra’s own cheeks warm up as she watches him button it up and hold out his arms to stretch out the material. “It’s a perfect fit too,” Levi realizes. His eyes find hers again while he unbuttons the coat. “How did you…?”
Petra blushes. “Um, well, uh…” she gives an uneasy laugh and turns away from him,  back to her new cup of tea. “I measured yours while you were in a meeting. I was cleaning your office anyway and so it was a good opportunity.”
A small huff of laughter accompanies the press of her lover’s hand on the back of her head. “Sneaky. If that was anyone else but you…” Levi warns, rubbing her head. “But…” he brings his hand away so he can remove the coat and fold it, “this is incredibly generous on its own. You didn’t have to get me anything else.”
“I wanted to,” Petra insists, waiting for him to put the box aside on the low table. Once he’s returned, she hands him a smaller box, this one beige with brown trimming. “This is also a birthday present.”
Levi quietly admires the black and white woolen scarf (knitted by Petra’s mother, as Petra insists that she had all the knitting prowess of a titan) and the sleek black gloves that accompanied them. Once they are back in the box, his hands find Petra’s waist and he draws her in for a kiss.
Reaching up to cup his face, Petra returns the kiss, her eyes slowly closing as she melts into his arms, pulling him gently into another kiss before he can pull away. She sighs against his mouth as he caresses her hair with one hand and the back of her neck with the other.
The need to breathe wins out and Petra, still dazed from said kiss, is slow in reaching for the third parcel. As a result, she is halted by the appearance of a thin green box, with a black lid and thin ribbon, under her nose.
Levi leans in to kiss her forehead. “Happy Christmas, Petra.” He nudges her nose with his, drawing another smile out of her.
It takes more than a few seconds for her to refocus on the present but when she manages to, her fingers lift the lid and she goes very still at the sight of the ticket lying inside. The title across it reads RIVERSIDE SECRETS. A play currently running in Stohess about an undercover group working to save the monarchy from corrupt advisors. Back home her friends have teased her interest in such a thing yet here is Levi actually giving her the chance to see it. Her vision begins to water.
“Hey.” Levi’s hands touch her wrist. “You okay?”
“More than,” Petra smiles up at him. “I can’t believe you got me this. This is… I never thought…” Speech just will not cooperate. “Thank you.”
Levi leans in so his forehead touches hers then his lips find hers again briefly. “You should go and enjoy such things while you can, Petra.” He nuzzles her nose again. “I bought a ticket myself… if you don’t object to me joining you.”
Petra pecks his lips. “Of course I don’t object. I’d love to go with you.”
“It sounds interesting,” Levi muses “Not like those romances everyone in Mitras goes on about; kings having affairs with stable girls or some shit like that.”
“I’ve read the book it’s based on,” Petra remarks. “It’s really thrilling. Apparently they took some liberties so I’d be interested in seeing what they do differently.”
“As long as they don’t turn it into a trashy romance, I don’t care what they do.”
Petra giggles and kisses him again. “Thank you.” She reaches, once more, for his final present but instead Levi presses another present into her hand, a small, soft green bag. She raises her eyes to him. “I’m sure the ticket cost enough! You didn’t have to-” Her objection is swiftly cut off by Levi’s slender finger pressing on her lips.
“You’re one to talk with my new clothes,” he points out with a nod to the third parcel. “Anyway, this is just a little thing.” He withdraws to pick up his tea.
Petra withdraws a green, delicate hair clip. It’s shaped like a bird taking off, wings and neck outstretched, like it’s headed for something far greater. Petra strokes the wings softly. “That’s lovely,” she murmurs.
Levi looks away although his cheeks are a little flushed. “Thought that might look nice when we go to the theatre,” he mutters.
The temptation was there to tease him and Petra consider trying her luck but she decides to be kind. She tucks the clip back in the bag and puts it aside. “Thank you,” she tells him once again. “I can’t wait to wear it.”
She picks up his final present. This final box is significantly larger than the one containing the gloves and a similar size to the coat’s box.
Levi lowers his cup with a slightly incredulous look. “What the hell have you bought me?” he gently scoffs, taking the box to his side of the desk.
;Petra retrieves her own cup again. “Just take a look,” she tells him with a grin. “And Merry Christmas,” she adds.
It’s Levi’s turn to go still once he opens the box and takes a look inside. He runs his hand along the beautifully crafted wooden box with a glass cover so he can gaze down at the jars of various coloured liquids securely separated in wooden squares. “Are these… cleaning liquids?” he asks with a reverence that would probably seem strange to those who didn’t know him.
“Yeah. The set is from this family business in Ehrmich. Some friends of my dad recommended it. They had all kinds of scents. I tried to choose the ones I knew you’d like but if you like these, I’ll give you the address. You can customize your own set.”
Levi continues to gaze upon the box and his lips do more than twitch into a curve this time. They shift into a satisfied smile. “They look very promising, Petra, thank you,” he says, at last moving his gaze from the present to her. “You’ve been more than generous.” He places the box aside and reaches for one of her hands, which she gladly slides into his. “I appreciate it.”
“I’m only giving you what you deserve,” she assures him, squeezing his fingers and bringing their clasped hands to her lips. “And you can’t convince me otherwise,” she adds with a defiant raise of her chin.
Levi lets his fingers stroke her lips. “I can see that.”
————————
There is a little more snowfall late morning but by the time early afternoon comes round, the weather has settled down. The wind has disappeared and there is a delicate feel to the air as Levi and Petra venture outside. The quiet is disconcerting, Petra thinks as she tucks her peach coat around her. One of her hands, dressed in a cream glove, is firmly clutched in Levi’s dark glove.
The absence of their comrades and superior officers allows them the liberty for such open contact outside Levi’s quarters. Although they’ve broken no rules with their relationship, Levi is a private man and Petra couldn’t care much less for creating gossip. She would rather avoid accusations as to why the captain really chose her to join his squad last January. There would always be at least one person wondering that. Has it really been nearly a year since the Special Operations Squad was formed? she muses as she and Levi leave the stone path circling the castle and venture towards the woods instead.
It’s been an interesting year, she thinks, smiling sideways at the captain as he stares ahead although his gaze sometimes flicks up to the trees with the heaviest snow gathered on them. Whenever he and Petra’s path wanders close to coming underneath one of them, he steers them away. The protective instinct only invites Petra to smile more. Her free hand clasps his arm and his attention snaps to her, alarm in his eyes just for a millisecond.
She leans her head against his shoulder, giving him a smile. She can feel some of the tension leaves him but her heart aches for him. To be so alert all the time must be so exhausting for him and yet he still has his sleep troubles. When will the world give him a break? Why doesn’t he get to have fun and forget about things for a while?
His free hand moves to cover hers and she snuggles into his arm all the more. Her gaze drops behind them, where their footsteps have broken through the pure snow.
“Oi, watch where you’re walking,” Levi tells her, giving her arm a squeeze.
Petra chuckles, reminded of how often her mother would say the thing to her as a child whenever she tried to watch their footsteps behind them. Moments later, she and her cousin Nifa would break out into a snowball fight. Peaceful, uninterrupted snowy walks were a rare thing in their family. But they were pretty fun though.
She stops in her tracks, inviting another concerned look from her captain.
“What is it now?”
Petra withdraws her hands from his with a thoughtful look. “This walk just won’t do. It needs livening up and there’s no one else around.”
“I’m not freezing my fucking balls off doing that out here, Petra.”
Crimson colours her face at once. “Not that!” Although it does bring to mind certain images from this morning and she has to push them out of her head at once. She steps backwards once then again, lowering to the ground to grab a handful of snow in her hands.
Realization settles over Levi’s face and his brows furrow. “Don’t you fucking dare. You’re not getting shitty snow over this new coat.”
“It’s not shitty snow!” Petra complains as she pats the snow into a ball. “And I bought you cleaning supplies too!”
“Tch, you want me to use some of them up on the first day?” Levi scowls and is walking backwards, away from her. “Good luck trying to hit me.”
Petra grins as she begins her pursuit. “Oh well I like a challenge.” She calls back to him, arm swinging back to take aim.
However, despite her aim, his movements don’t speed up that much. He takes longer strides, moving behind the trees whenever Petra moves into a position where she has a straight shot. Not to be deterred, she quickens her own pace but Levi is far more agile with his turns and shielding himself behind trees and bushes even without increasing his speed. Yet she’s dashing about trying to find an opening that he’s closing before she can lob the ball. They venture further and further into the forest.
“Having trouble?” he taunts after about ten minutes of this cat and mouse. By which point the snowball is weakening in her hand.
“Don’t be like this,” Petra pants, leaning against a tree, her expression pinched with frustration. “You can clean your coat. I’m giving you something fun to do.”
“I shouldn’t need to clean it after three hours, Petra.” Although she can practically hear his eye-roll, she can also hear some amusement within his voice. “Although, maybe I’ve got nothing to worry about with the success you’re clearly enjoying.” Petra exhales and glares four or five trees ahead where he’s now leaning against a trunk, lips playing up in a smirk.
She huffs. “Try and get me then. Even the score.”
“Evening the score implies that you’re the one enjoying victory here,” her lover muses. “Unless you’ve achieved great heights of delusion, you know otherwise.”
Petra grumbles and tosses the snowball anyway.
As predicted, Levi moves into a low crouch and the snowball crashed into the side of the tree instead. However the spray of snow flies in most directions and Petra hears a familiar hiss. The kind of distaste that usually only comes when the captain’s come across some pretty shoddy cleaning work.
“Right,” Levi speaks slowly, “if you insist on dancing this dance then commit and have no regrets about it,” he announces, stepping out from behind the tree. Some of the snow has ended up on his shoulder.
Despite his warning tone, Petra giggles. Her laughter dies out when she sees the snowball in Levi’s hand. Shit.
“You brought this on yourself, Petra,” Levi declares.
It’s her turn to run. Although she doesn’t make it past the sixth tree before Levi’s snowball hits her in the ass. She stumbles forward and uses the momentum to grab some snow off the ground and begin packing it together. By which time, another snowball is hitting her in the side. She yelps and darts behind a tree. Still, a third snowball flies into her chest and she looks up to see Levi’s dark hair whip away ahead of her.
He barely gives her any time to try and refuel. Snowball after snowball decorate her coat over the next ten minutes. In all that time, she’s landed no full hits on him.
Crouching down behind a tree, she starts on making multiple snowballs rapidly. All the while glancing over her shoulder, wondering when Levi’s next one will hit.
Nothing happens.
Of course that only heightens her nerves as she stands up with her new collection of snowballs. She walks among the trees but Levi is nowhere to be seen in any direction. She lowers her gaze to the ground, following the footsteps in the last direction she saw him in. His tracks lead away from the others left by their game. However it’s only after a few minutes when the tracks suddenly end and the truth begins to sink down on her.
Oh damn.
Cold hits the back of her head and Petra yelps, dropping one of her snowballs, just as another one hits, and then a third. Spinning round, she’s met with a blur of black as Levi leaps down from the tree and knocks the rest of her snowballs out of her hands.
“As your captain, I should be concerned that you walked right into that,” he remarked with a raised eyebrow.
“You-” Petra’s answer cuts short as Levi’s hands take her hips and bring her into a kiss.
Soft but cold lips move against hers, chasing the competitiveness away and luring her into the minimal warmth of his embrace and the heat of his mouth. Her hands slide up his arms. If he minds her getting slow on the sleeves, he shows no response, kissing her harder instead.
As her hands reach his shoulders, Petra recognizes one little victory for her at least. Levi’s arms don’t feel as tense now and she swears she can feel him smiling or smirking against her lips. Not such shitty snow after all then, eh?
When the need to breathe returns, he pulls away just enough to take in breaths, his nose nudging against Petra’s.
“You’re kinda scary with snowballs, Captain,” she mock-pouts. Even so, she slides her arms fully around his neck. “You seemed to like that though.”
“It wasn’t bad. You’re still going to have to help clean the coat. Since it’s your fault it got soiled.”
“Soiled? Hardly any of it went on you!”
He nods down to his arms and Petra is reminded of the trail she just left there. “Okay, okay,” she agrees, leaning up to kiss his lips once more which he returns. “Later though?” she suggests, lifting her eyes to the bright afternoon light. “Maybe we could walk a little more first?”
“Sure,” he smiled and pulled her into a tight embrace.
Petra happily snuggled into him. “Happy birthday, Levi.”

Rivetra Week ❤ Day 6 - Affair
