“Why do you keep looking at me like that?”

You were too busy nipping at your pasta with your fork, poking at the soft rounded shell whilst your eyes flickered up to meet those of your husband’s, who seemed far too distracted by you to even pick up his fork.

“Oh, you only just caught on?” He cocks a brow at you with a smile, tearing his gaze away from you for the first time this whole night.

How oblivious you were to his eyes was almost amusing. Taehyung had been giving you sneaky little glances all day; from the moment you woke up, to now, sitting in a crowded restaurant, the heat of his gaze surrounding your body.

“Why do you think I can’t keep my eyes off of you, love?”

His question left you silent. You couldn’t tell if he was being serious or if the question was rhetoric. Either way, you didn’t know how to respond.

“Is it my dress?”

You wouldn’t be surprised if it was. It wasn’t exactly the most modest dress to wear at such a fancy restaurant, but no, the dress was not Taehyung’s issue.

“Absolutely not, I think you look gorgeous in that dress. You go ahead and continue sitting pretty. I’ll watch..” He gives you a slight nod, resting his elbow on the table and sitting his palm under his chin.

Now how the hell do you act normal after that?

Taehyung couldn’t explain it, but your being, your presence, you exuded something he could only describe as sensuous.

There was something so.. so sexy about you. Something so heated yet desirable about you.

His gaze continued to burn into your body, and from the way his dark pupils had expande, you could tell exactly what that look meant, and you had to force yourself not to giggle.

“Come sit closer to me, baby..” he pats the empty space on the table next to him, “I want you next to me.”

You don’t hesitate to oblige, moving your chair closer to him and ditching your plate full of food. The moment you’d sat down, Taehyung wrapped his arm around your waist, pulling you closer to his side, enough for him to whisper in your ear.

“Don’t.. do anything I wouldn’t do.”

That was just an invitation for you to do everything.

“Yeah? Like what?” you quip, your voice barely above a whisper as you trace the pad of your index finger under his jaw, following the sharp line to his chin then down to his chest, loosening his tie a little. “All those times you threatened to do me in public.. but you never really followed through, huh?”

Now you were just provoking him.

And that’s where all the fun was.

Taehyung chuckled dryly, almost mocking you in a way as he grabbed your wrist and set it down on his lap, “What? You want me to fuck you right here? You really have no shame, do you?”

You yank your wrist out of his hold, your hands now having a mind of its own and softly tracing up and down his thigh. “Maybe if you didn’t look so good, I wouldn’t feel the need to do this,” you start, your palm sitting perfectly above his growing bulge as you squeeze him over his crème pants, never missing the way his breath hitches in his throat.

If you weren’t so pretty, Taehyung would’ve handled you in his own way. Fuck, this is exactly what he meant; a little minx desperate to break him down.

Both of you had disregarded the people around you, too immersed in each other to stop whatever was about to happen.

you're not too late kiri!!! 💗 i’m still working on the details and the title itself. i’m still not 100% sure if i wanna go with taehyung or jungkook, it's an age gap fic (he is early 20s and y/n is 30s) and he's trying to woo her but she's apprehensive because of the age difference.

a lot of it is still only half-baked lol, but tae is a successful artist and they meet by chance and he is too whipped to leave her alone while y/n is also lowkey whipped but refuses to admit it. he’s very charming and super smitten in this fic and i think i want to have him completely court her. it’ll be romance for sure and mayhaps some smut somewhere and probably some angst in there somewhere. i’m still plotting after scrapping an earlier idea for it but i’m mostly sure this is what it’ll turn into once it’s written!
