The Last Straw Part #3 Angry, that despite ROBERT BEING INTOXICATED, WITH ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL DRUGS IN THE APARTMENT AND IN HIS SYSTEM, PLUS A LOADED (UNREGISTERED?)  WEAPON IN HIS POSSESION I (the victim) WAS THE ONE FORCED TO LEAVE OVERNIGHT.  AND BRYAN WAS THERE TO BACK UP MY STORY TOO. ANYWHERE ELSE HE WOULDA BEEN HAULED AWAY.I gave all my local friends keys to the apartment and had them stop in at random times daily to check on me. Robert feared more than ANYTHING letting others see how nasty, mean and monstrous he could be. The remote possibility that ANYONE might catch him off guard, without his "public" mask on.... kept him in check.  He moved out about 1/2 weeks later without notifying me or management.On his way out he smashed my laptop with a 50lb solid steel/iron barbell and heaped bits of broken glass (some from a neon sign he had) all over my bed,I  floor, around MY CAT'S FOOD AND WATER DISHES! It is one thing to target me, but also UNECCESSARILY ENDANGERED THE LIFE OF MY CAT. AN INNOCENT ANIMAL. The glass was finely crushed, she could have easily ingested it or got it into her eyes, mouth or paw pads. Unforgiveable!!!! My friend and then-manager, Eric, moved in right after and remained with me until I agreed to relinquish the apartment June,1, 2017 (provided I was refunded my security deposit, rent for any lost tenancy "time",  and utility payments for his portion of WPS, water, and internet. Also, I was to be taken off the lease. as well. Having Eric there made me feel safe and secure since I feared Robert my try to come back and trash the place......again. Alexis, I know you probably didn't know all this back then.....but hopefully you'll find out  now. Does knowing this change your perspective looking back on your memories? Does it leave you with a sour taste in your mouth knowing he treated another human being like they were even unworthy of dirt.....not just once or twice BUT REPEATEDLY AND CONSISTENTLY OVER A 7 YEAR PERIOD?  Behavior like that hides, but only under miraculously rare circumstances does it genuinely absolve or reform. #@lexx.n.wonderland #ProctorandGamble #RGLHoldings #RobertMuller #AlexisMuller #AlexisHemmerich (at Allouez, Wisconsin)

Part #2 of THE LAST STRAW The fight escalated towards the kitchen where I was choked again. He is fortunate the knives were not within my reach. I would have 0 qualms about forcefully defending myself. Once Robert felt I was effectively "subdued" he stormed off the his bedroom and locked himself in with his cat Fuu. His bedroom was the smaller one with the back entrance and cement patio facing the river. I sat there shell-shocked, stunned sobbing deep from the pit of my stomach for 10 minutes at least. I didn't know how to react.I called my step-dad who told me to come by their apartment for safety and then we could discuss calling the police. I called my dear friend Bryan, to accompany me back to the apartment so I could grab some overnight neccessities, pertinent valuables and my newly adopted cat. He was so erratic, irrational, and intoxicated with  a potentially loaded sawed off shotgun in his possesion and tons of ammo on hand. I feared for my cat's safety, and didn't trust him to destroy my stuff out of childish drunken spite. Bryan tried negotiating with Robert civilly to no avail. I called the police. The entire time until they arrived Robert kept taunting me, " If you press charges and send me to jail you'll lose the apartment because you can't afford it. etc.." I should off pressed charges. I don't remember why I didn't. Probably because I feared getting slapped with any drug charges due to Robert's 1/4 ounce. bag of marijuana and multiplle pipes with THC resin in them. Since I resided there too I could potentially be charged as well. Guilty by association. Back in 2010. the laws and attitudes around pot were just beginning to change. It's not like how it is now in 2017. We made lots of progress in 7 years. I was entering nursing school at that time.  A charge like that would RUIN my career before it had a chance to begin!  My #1 regret in my life. #@lexx.n.wonderland (Apparently, she never read the books. Wonderland is a terrifying acid trip gone straight sour. NOT A playful, harmless Willy Wonka-esque paradise.)
