Emperor Joseph II with Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo of Tuscany
Artist: Pompeo Batoni  (Italian, 1708–1787)
Title: : Portrait of Emperor Joseph II (right) and his younger brother Grand Duke Leopold of Tuscany (left), who would later become Holy Roman Emperor as Leopold II.
Genre: Portrait
Date: 1769
Medium: Oil on Canvas
Collection: Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, Austria
Emperor Joseph II and Emperor Leopold II were both Habsburg rulers of the Holy Roman Empire, with Joseph II being the older brother who implemented sweeping reforms during his reign, while Leopold II succeeded him after Joseph's death and largely focused on maintaining stability by partially rolling back some of his brother's more radical changes, while still upholding certain progressive aspects like religious tolerance.

Polish actor Krzysztof Świłpa as Władysław III of Poland (31 October 1424 – 10 November 1444), also known as Władysław (Ladislaus) III Jagiellon/Władysław of Varna – King of Poland, Hungary and Croatia as well as Supreme Duke of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania
"[...] it was from his reign that the thinking of Poland as the “bulwark of Christianity” started to develop, so popular later in the 16th and 17th century. In the 15th century, during the reign of Władysław III, the term “bulwark” referred rather to Hungary, threatened by the progressing Turkish expansion, but it was precisely for this purpose that the young king of Poland accepted the Hungarian crown – in order to fight for defending the Kingdom of Hungary. Military successes during the so-called “long campaign” (1443/1444) resulted in the fact that he individually became to be referred to as a “bulwark of the entire Christian Commonwealth” – and not by somebody else but by Francesco Filelfo, one of the greatest snobs, but also the most outstanding erudite humanist of the Italian Renaissance, who was sought after by the most outstanding people of the time, including monarchs and even the pope. Prof. Janusz Tazbir correctly notices that it was at that time that the term antemurale Christianitatis – already widespread in Europe – was for the first time used towards the Polish ruler (!) and not the Kingdom of Poland. For the achieved victories, Władysław III as the first Polish ruler received from the Pope a blessed sword – a special distinction for rulers who distinguished themselves in fighting for the defence of Christian faith". As the others filed out to the back yard, Roman glanced over at the dining room table where Wanda had sat only minutes before and frowned. He’d heard her ideas more than once, both about synths as well as how Arkhelios could be improved. It was an impossible topic to avoid when she constantly debated Salem about it. Roman knew that the argument they’d been having in the study earlier was an old one, just with new words. Wanda wanted more regulations and programs that would protect and serve minorities, including synths, who she considered essentially human.
Grandfather, of course, fell on the opposite end of this argument. He and Abraham Helios had founded the town with the idea of freedom, above all else. Roman knew that his grandfather believed Abraham had taken it too far in the end though. Why, Roman hadn’t been told, only that there was a greater rift between the two patriarchs in town than Salem would ever admit to.
Nonetheless, Salem and Wanda stood on opposing sides of this argument every time she brought it up (and she was always the one who brought it up). Wanda claimed to want to help those who had less, and Salem believed that it would only impede their own progress, and affect the freedom of everyone else. He still firmly believed in the same concepts of self reliance and self-mediation being a cornerstone to what their freedom was based on.

Do you ever think about the fact that the opera "Il pomo d'oro" was composed for the wedding of Leopold I and Margaret Theresa, but it was rescheduled for Margaret's birthday.
And that the summary of the opera was the judgment of Paris, and Jupiter gives the golden apple to the empress to solve the confusion between the goddesses.

I think I've explained this before, but in my au Starscream is a youngest child.pdf in a large family. Like, the only reason they're considered the prince of Vos is because the other siblings either up and died, mysteriously went missing, or were disinherited for other reasons. Why am I mentioning this?
Imagine the 'Bots and 'Cons meeting one of Star's older siblings. Imagine the reunion, the chaos, petty petty fighting, perhaps some sibling rivalry Mufasa and Scar style?
