Birmingham-based Industrial Washing Machines (IWM) has renewed its commitment to serve the local community. Alongside this, helping to offer support to those less fortunate. 變頻器的維修原理及安全注意事項

　　1、 確定變頻器的故障範圍在實際經驗檢修中，一般在沒有變頻器電路原理圖情況下，變頻器多由主電路電力電子元件的損壞造成。對於主回路部分首先應判斷故障範圍，給變頻器上電，測量直安川變頻器流母線電壓值是否等於輸入電壓有效值的1、35倍。若電壓正常可分判斷逆變部分故障，否則可能是整流功率元件、預充電回路或濾波電容等元件損壞。 　　對於少數內部有接觸器的變頻器，接觸器是直流母線預充電部分，其啟動是由變頻器上電後，自檢測無故障報警信號和給定“啟動”信號後才啟動接觸器。接觸器如果不啟動沒有直流母線電壓，就無法判斷故障範圍。首先，模擬給定逆變部分“無故障”反饋信號和外部啟動信號，人為讓接觸器吸合，可測量到直流母線電壓，根據直流電壓大小判斷故障範圍，方法同上。注意啟動預充電接觸器前，給定的信號有時是脈衝觸發信號而不是電平信號。 　　2、整流單元靜態檢測判斷整流部分某個功率元件損壞方法是利用整流元件的單向導電安川伺服馬達性，在靜態下正、反阻值正常時應不同，具體方法如下： 　　整流部分的三相橋式整流電路可能是二極管整流、可控硅半控整流、可控硅全控整流或是igbt整流。不管是哪種方式，三相整流電路是對稱的，則靜態測試阻值結果應符合對稱原則，即在靜態下三相輸入或輸出端相對直流母線正、負極正反測試值應是對稱的。選擇萬用表的“二極管”檔。 　　(1) 第一步，將紅表筆接直流母線正極，黑表筆分別接電源輸入三相接線端處，3個測試值應該是相同的。再反過來，將黑表筆接直流母線正極， 紅表筆分別接輸入電源三相接線處，3個測試值也應該是相同的。若采用二極管整流橋進行整流導通時萬用表顯示0、4~0、6v，反向截止時顯示無窮大。如果三相測量值偏差較大，或是某相正反測量值相近或相同，則此二極管元件損壞。 　　(2)第二步，將紅表筆接直流母線負極，黑表筆分別接輸入電源三相接線處，3個測試值應該是相同的。再反過來，將黑表筆接直流母線負極，紅表筆分別接輸入電源三相接線處，3個測試值也應該是相同的，對於預充電回路設計在整流橋後的，這樣操作就可同樣判斷整流橋負半周3個整流元件的好壞(對於12脈波整流橋測試方法同上)。 　　注意:對於預充電回路設計在整流回路之前的，是采用可控硅半控或全控橋整流東元變頻器，測試結果應有一相與其他兩相正反電阻測試值不相同，也就是說有一相實際是測試的二極管預充電回路的電阻值。 　　3、 逆變單元靜態檢測 　　對於6脈波觸發的三相逆變橋原理也是利用每個逆變igbt模塊內都並聯一個續流二極管，靜態下存在單向導電性，測量方法同整流橋檢測方法相同，就是直流母線正、負極對三相輸出點的測試值進行比較，應三相測試值相同。元件單相導通時萬用表顯示0、3~0、4v，反向截止時顯示無窮大。主回路短路故障也有可能是保護功率元件的壓敏電阻異常所致，造成經常損壞功率元件。 　　4、 控制電路檢測 　　控制電路的檢測方法以acs800-04東元變頻器為例，變頻器加電後觀察aint主板、上信號燈v204亮綠燈表示+5v正常、v309亮紅燈表示防誤起保護處於on狀態、v310亮綠燈表示igbt門極驅動正常，rmio 外部信號接口板上紅燈亮表示故障、綠燈亮表示電源+24v正常。 最後用示波器檢測每個功率元件的觸發極是否有觸發信號，一般正常有5v電壓觸發。沒有信號燈的電路板(rint主電路接口板、rrfc濾波板、rvar壓敏電阻板等)可以靜態測試可能損壞元件的阻值，進行粗略判斷，也不防換塊同型號電路板試試。通常情況下，控制板上應該是綠燈正常，亮紅燈表示有故障。
