Completed 20* 20 with Beast mode ON : Move2Feed/ DAY 20: 20 km for 20 days. Finished the last day ie day 20th day of Run2feed cause. 55th half marathon of this year. 501kms for this month. Many thanks to all the organizers of this Nobel cause specifically Dharmendra for adding me Gurudev Nagaraja, Santhosh C Padmanabhan, the 20 fellow runners, and other Bangalore runners group members for all the coordination and background work. Thanking my wife at the most for taking care of me beautifully and strongly to complete this task in such a crucial time. Thanks to this ever inspiring universe to let this happen. Gratitude for unfolding a new story every day for all of us. Thanks to the magic board for letting words become a reality I need to write more and stay committed. Thanks to myself for the unshaken trust, believe and self love to cross in spite of several barriers. May there be fun, happiness, and laughter all around. Let it prevail. Several lessons learned during this journey, some of them are : 1. Our body is the most precious and ever-evolving machine ever created, love it 2. There are high moments and low moments, our brain perceives it like that. The moments are only MOMENTS. Running is the only constant moment. Enjoy it. 3. In the high moments, u become a superman and u can get what u want. This moment is actually not a big challenge. The challenge is the low moment or 0 moments. 4. Don't ever try to fight the low moments. Let it be as it is. Accept and surrender. Low moments are 0 moments. Embrace 0 i.e. meditate 5. Remain in action. The action only will keep altering the moments and keep changing its definition 6. Rest occasionally and thoroughly. 8. Set targets and keep achieving them even if they are small ones 9. Celebrate it. 10. Move on. GUYS, PLEASE SUPPORT THIS TEAM EFFORT OF 20 GUYS WHO ALL ARE RUNNING every day.
