This is so random but I came across the post about your shance vibe dying. I've been having that feeling too but it's probably because it feels like I've been creating content on my own. But visiting your blog made me found so much shance content I missed (more active on twitter now) so thank you for reblogging at least!

Yeah, I get that... there honestly hasn’t been much new Shance content lately (in terms of fan art), so when I see your content I feel very refreshed, haha. The two least favorite things for me with fixing ponies (other than getting a pony I can’t fix) are rustbutt remediation and deflocking.

Deflocking is just unpleasant. It deals with hot-hot water, chemicals, lots of gooey glue, icky icky.

Fixing rustbutts, honestly, not so bad as long as the heads come off easily.

When they don’t it’s kind of hell, honestly. The pressure the ears and nose put on my palm hurt more than it should, and with Bridal Beauty, there was a small open space so every time I put pressure to try to get the head off, a puff of air would FOOF out of the body into my face.

I can taste the rustdust.

I don’t like it.

I’m also all sweaty and have blisters. It took over half an hour to get her head off.

Other than that it’s just a scalding risk (every damn time...) but the rest of the process isn’t bad at all.
