To answer your question, I'm going to give it a resounding yes!

Why are you asking me? Put that Aries gung-ho attitude to work! Ekko and his Aries are the type of couple to Get. Shit. Done.

To be Ekko's Aries means never being bored, really. Ekko's always got the next step, the next something to do, the next date idea, fresh at the forefront of his mind-- and with an Aries (Who, in my experience are always looking for something to do with those they love) has the passion and energy to keep up with him.

Ekko can seem lax and nonchalant in comparison to his Aries partner, but it's a nice balance! He mellows out the fire of an Aries, and Ekko would absolutely be drawn to the typically-blunt nature of the fire sign.

Evidently, I may be a little biased... I've always been fond of Aries!

your writing is always SUCH a treat and i smile every time i see your name in my inbox!!! <3 i'm super intrigued by the background you created for the reader in dreamer's envy. i've been stewing on it but i haven't come up with anything specific (yet!). do you have any details you'd like to share? maybe something you really wished you could've found a place for in the fic, but it ended up being cut?

oh man anon!! there's so much lore and meat to dreamer's envy reader that i wanted to include!! to be real, i burned out on the story a bit near the end, and barely managed to get in your final convo with dh that revealed any of your lore at all!! there is definitely more to dear reader and reader/dh than what made it into the fic :3c

reader is kinda like. the rizz of the Express during this era LOL. it's not intentional!! they are just charming (when they do not look half dead from exhaustion) and comfortable to be around. charisma proficiency if you will. you do use the unintentional charm to the express's advantage on more than one occasion!!

you being like... that much of a people magnet DOES get dh like. upset on some level LOL. early on in your time at the express, dh doesn't know... why?? it upsets him to see how quickly others cozy up to you, and how receptive you are to it. but don't get it TWISTED he is not jealous. he wouldn't be. he is not jealous--

this is some dh lore... but he is like. kinda lizard!! kinda dragon. he sleeps on the archives floor because it is the warmest part of the express... his little basking stone.

reader's origins are very vague to me!! they mention it in the fic, but the kin of sacha are mystics or laborers. in the case of being used for labor, they're usually hired in groups by like... a third party. think contracted labor purchased by scummy parties looking to do something quickly. there's the perception that the kin of sacha are tireless, rather than just sleepless. however, as reader shows, they DO get tired, and even if they can work around the clock, they will slow considerably even if they like... never fail or die from exhaustion. because of this, parties of the kin of sacha are typically used for short projects, laid off quickly, or discarded in anger.

i like to think reader was hired as a solo employee for some type of tireless labor, and was then discarded from whatever ship they were working on, hence ending up at that rest stop. they're pretty defeated at that point. the express came just in time!!

Jinx would get along with a lot of typical Aquarius traits-- bold, spontaneous, quick-witted and progressive. She'd genuinely always want to hear what her intuitive little Aquarius has to say, especially in regards to her art and inventions!

I just know if her Aquarius planned a spontaneous date, even something as small as a rooftop picnic, she'd be jumping for joy. The spontaneity and boldness of her Aquarius would definitely bring out her inner Powder. And that takes a lot of trust.

Admittedly, though any relationship with Jinx is going to be... Well, bumpy. She doesn't intend to cause problems or make her partner feel bad-- but Jinx has a long, long history of issues that would need to be dealt with with lots of patience and love.

I think a big conflict between Jinx and her Aquarius would start with the naturally private part of their nature. Jinx's Libra personality really shows through in how delicate her social balance is-- to be frank, she doesn't enjoy being alone. It gives her mind time to wander, to imagine, to worry. Unfortunately, I've never met an Aquarius that doesn't need to tap out every now and again to recharge.

Jinx might see this as a personal attack, and respond by self-isolating. Really, though, as long as her Aquarius is a good, kind communicator, things can go smoothly!

21. “Not exactly what I expected.”

Jake stands in the doorway to the bedroom, rooted to the spot by the scene that’s in front of him. Sacha is standing in the middle of the room, showing off his best sunshine smile. He’s wearing a pair of dungarees but no top, and there are paint splatters on his arms and clothes, even in his hair.

“Jakey! That was fast,” Sacha says. He makes a big step over a paint bucket, almost slipping on the plastic tarp that’s laid out all over the floor. He stops in front of Jake, getting on his tiptoes to press a kiss to Jake’s lips. The Brit is still too stunned to react much to it.

“What’s wrong? You look like you saw a ghost.”

“Yeah, well obviously not. But mate, that’s not…”

“Not what?”

“Not exactly what I expected. You know, when you texted me if I wanted to do dirty things in the bedroom with you,” Jake says. There’s a mischievous glint in Sacha’s eyes at that and Jake gets the feeling the wording of the message was on purpose.

“I figured you would take way longer to get here if I asked if you wanted to paint the bedroom with me.” Sacha turns around and picks up one of the unused brushes.

“C’mon, I’ve already started but if we’re fast enough we can also paint the gaming room. I haven’t cleared out the gaming room yet but I’m sure it’s done fast with four hands.” Sacha holds out the paint brush and Jake takes it, sighing. It takes a second for the words to sink in.

“Wait, the gaming room too?!”

“Yes! It’s gonna be so much fun. I’ve painted my friend’s place with him back home and honestly? Most fun I’ve had in a while.”

Without much talking, Sacha grabs his own brush again, a bigger roll he dips into the dark blue paint. Jake watches his boyfriend for a moment before, how he hums the tune to a song that seems to be stuck in his head while he spreads the paint over the wall. And while he came to Sacha’s place with a different expectation, he doesn’t mind the change of plans much. Jake kicks his shoes off and pulls off his socks, throwing them into the hallway before he goes for the paint. The things he does for his little ray of sunshine.

Well of course he's jealous

Your co-star is just getting really close and a little too friendly and, in his eyes, you're not doing much to stop them from doing anything

Of course, without him noticing you're telling them that you are not interested and that you are taken anyway

Now he does end up lashing out and making a complete ass of himself and ends up pissing you off as well

You even went as far as going to a friend to just cool off, they understood why and let you stay as long as you needed

The next day he goes to your friends house and asks to talk to you

When you eventually come out, he is immediately apologizing 

He even starts to get pissed again, but at himself this time

Eventually you end up forgiving hIM and you both go home

When you get there, the house is spotless, and he even cooked dinner in hopes his apology would bring you home

Of course, this is better than anything you could've expected 

He is attending to your needs all night long 

He is such a gentleman that he even goes as far as carrying you to bed and getting a bath ready for you

After the bath though things start to get heated

He's kissing you and caressing your body in all the right ways

Not even missing a spot on your body

His eyes piercing yours as he kisses down your body and begins to worship you in all the best ways

Let's just say that the night was dedicated to you and he made a promise to make you feel loved and cared for and he fulfilled that promise ten hold

There's also The Librarian, who doesn't have real name yet (and may not ever) but is nevertheless important and the Highking's seneschal, who is referred to only by his title.

I've restricted this to characters that actually appear in some portion of my actually written draft, so there's definitely going to be more, but this is what I have so far.

Okay so since the premise involves the apocalypse the answer is. Way too many. But if we go with things I've actually written on the page so far, I think only Trip and Lya have actually sustained injuries?

Trip: sprained knee, dislocated shoulder, implied concussion, stabbed

Lya: cut hands, implied broken arm (oh and technically hearing loss caused by unspecified illness?)

And of course there has been plenty of emotional damage...

You don’t have to publicly publish this if you don’t wanna, just bc of how long and gushy it is, but: I just binge-read part 1 & 2 of your campervan AU over the course of like 4 days, which, tbh, wasn’t my original intention? I really wanted to savor and really take my time with both of them just bc the amount of passion you have for the au is obvious, even by just reading through your inbox answers on here.

But, similar to my reaction to Spyfall, I got to the end of Part 1 and couldn’t bare to wait and see what happens next. The way you were able to take the story beats and dialogue from the episodes and transform them into something entirely new while still maintaining the show’s energy just had me completely hooked until I saw the words “End of Part 2.”

Side note: I’ve gotta give you props how you handled “O”’s comeuppance. Your careful threading of the needle between making him despicable and unsettling, yet simultaneously sympathetic was, pardon the pun, masterful (which, you could the same thing about Sacha’s portrayal, actually), and really helps get across why The Doc’s has such complex emotions towards him. That said, I may have gotten a touch too excited about his various injuries and eventual apprehension by the Judoon, if only as payback everything he put The Doctor and Fam through and to see his arrogant attitude, even just momentarily, taken back a peg.

Also writing the Master as both The Worst but also a compelling and somewhat sympathetic character is literally my favourite thing to explore and write, so I'm so so happy that you think I managed to strike the balance right! It can be tricky to do, but it's what makes him such an interesting character to me.
