I finished Saeyoung’s route and now I feel so empty inside but anyways, here’s what I think he’d be like in an established relationship with MC

- Constantly working from home, yet also. Constantly slacking? Its like he’s always typing away, but he’s also constantly staring at nothing and mindlessly snacking.

- Equal parts “not now, I need to finish this,” and “yeah, let’s bake something time intensive, this can wait.”

- He has an impeccable memory. No doubt he heard MC say something like “oh, I really like mangoes,” and the next day there’s three full boxes of unripe mangoes on the counter with some sticky notes on them. The notes have various recipes for different ways to store and prepare them, so getting sick of the fruit is inevitable.

- Jokester. The jokes have surpassed verbal punchlines and have evolved into physical inside jokes. Zen or Yoosung would come to hang out, just to find them both making odd poses at each other from across the room and cackling.

- An assortment of strange little robots hanging around, but the most cherished one is the little 707 cat.

- They can’t ever get an actual cat, just because the place isn’t as clean as it should be. There’s always screws and odds and ends strewn about, so they both worry that a cat would choke and die. They have resorted to bothering Jumin to please please pleasepleaseplease let them hang out with Ellie. Jumin is not amused, but lets them hang out every blue moon.

- When it’s time for the party to roll around, they both show up and show out. Both MC and Saeyoung are tech people, albeit in different fields, so they rarely get the chance to put on their very best. Saeyoung sees the party as an opportunity to show up in one of his babies (read: the latest and greatest sports car), while he has his gorgeous partner on his arm. He may not admit it, but he does love to rub his relationship in Yoosung and Zen’s faces.

- Frequent guests at Jaehee’s coffee shop. One time, he paid Jaehee and convinced Jumin to give her an extended holiday so he could reserve the place just for him and MC. It was one of the most romantic nights they’ve ever had together. The candles, the music, the soft smell of coffee. He cherishes it as one of his most precious memories.

Saeyoung with a reader who is obsessed with space and is named after a planet!

-Oh man, Saeyoung is EXCITED! He thinks your name is pretty cool and also really likes that you also like space like him! Saeyoung can easily get into your interests but he really loves how both of you have something in common!

-You two love to stargaze so freaking much! It pretty much happens every single night at this point, sometimes you have both slept there under the so so many stars. You two literally won't stop talking about space and facts and so many things related to it and it's a really nice bonding experience between you two, he loves how much you rant!!

-Give him gifts and he is gonna give you like.. ten more back, it's pretty much a battle of gifts between you two! Your shared room is definitely filled with space related objects and other cool things about space, both of you won't throw away anything, really. Everything you give him and everything he gives you? Your shared room it shall stay!

-Chatrooms are usually filled with photos of space and planets and anything like that, sometimes you two spam each other with memes there and while it might be tiring for the other members, they are very glad that you two have so much fun. He sometimes sends very cursed stuff about space that has you two laughing so hard as you watch another member leave the chatroom, it's pretty fun!

-Pretty much you two always ramble about space and even look for new facts and cool stuff! Even your wedding was space themed and well, he didn't lie! He did marry you at the space station! He loves you so much and you two always cuddle as you look for space theme shows and movies. It's chill, fun and you two laugh so much as you share affection through it all.

Saeyoung with an artist reader who draws him a lot!

-Saeyoung is always fascinated by your art skills, even if it doesn't look good for you, he always loves it and supports you all the way. He can watch you forever as you draw, the way your hand moves to add all these details and even simple drawings, he can't get enough of them, he loves them all!

-So when you showed him drawings of HIM, well.. he was honestly speechless! He felt tears on his eyes as he looked at every line and everything you did, he loves it so so much! And of course he blushed so hard since you love him that much. It honestly makes him feel so warm and nice inside, he feels so loved by you, his precious lover.

-He loves to hug you from behind and even have you sit on his lap as you draw, he feels so relaxed to be in your presence and not to mention the small but satisfying to his ears the noises your pencil or anything that you use makes, he sometimes falls asleep on top of you as he has his arms around your waist tightly, it's really cute honestly.

-Saeyoung definitely gives you ideas about drawing him in a maid suit or even Vanderwood in a.. maid costume, this boi definitely has some wild but funny ideas for sure. He literally wouldn't stop giggling when you actually agree to draw it. In the end, you end up giggling uncontrollably like him as you kept hearing him and now as he holds you and you both now are gazing at each other and oh my god you two are wheezing now-

-He really adores how much skill you have and he always showers you in kisses and hugs. He loves you so much and loves to spend time with you like this, he'll never get enough of watching the way you draw and if you feel bad about it, he showers you with praise and even helps you out by looking up good tips and anything you need, he helps you with it! Not without a lot of his affection, of course~!

Han Jumin

He's already known for being quite possessive of you, so him getting jealous is no surprise.

However, Jumin keeps a very professional front when he sees one of the guests trying their shots at you, and while he trusts that you wouldn't try to betray him... he still feels a bit insecure.

For the most part, you being absolutely oblivious to every one of their attempts chiseled a snort from him, before he decides to step in and greet you politely, smirking discreetly at the flirter when you place a sweet kiss on Jumin's cheek.

If he notices that you, as per usual, don't seem to pick up on the act of the flirter, and become visibly uncomfortable, he'll swoop in and save the day, placing a hand on your shoulder and pulling you slightly back against his chest, firmly greeting this creep with a stiff and slightly forced smile with a dark glint in his eyes, enough to scare off the flirter.

Kiss him at the end of the day to make him feel better. <3

Choi Saeyoung (707)

He visibly gets pouty and whiny, clinging near you more than usual. However, he's more lighthearted than Jumin's possessiveness.

As insecure as he may be about himself, he trusts you more that you'll choose him over that flirter any day, and that he knows you got his back as he got yours.

"S/o~ That guy was flirting with you, ya know? Don't make me jealous!" he jokes, as he smirks at your visible confusion. Heh, you only know when he's flirting with you unlike the other guy, his ego's boost just a tad bit with this fact. Obviously the "Space Station" pick-up lines always work! (Jk jk, I love you Seven, even without the cheesy pick-up lines and puns<33)

On the other hand, is Saeyoung sees you getting visibly uncomfortable with the flirter disrupting your personal space, clearly not buying any of their attempts, you'll find storming through to your way is a rare, serious Saeyoung who grasps your hand gently but firmly, bowing his head politely in contrary to his prominent glare before striding you out of the way, far from them.

"Are you okay?" he would ask worriedly. You smiled, "Of course I am, now that you're here." He smiles back. <3

Kang Jaehee

OOHH JAEHEE PROTECTING S/O HEHEHEHEHE- I'M SIMPINGGGGDHFGFDS

Jaehee doesn't get jealous easily simply because she has a lot of trust in you and doubts you would cheat on her for some random flirter.

Even then, she can be a bit protective over you, and she would visibly frown a little when she sees them trying to flirt with you from across the room. Of course, all their attempts failed, and you still remain polite and professional with the vivacious guest. She smiles reassuringly as she caters to all the other guests.

Unlike the other two men, when Jaehee sees that you get uncomfortable with the flirter, she'll walk over with a stern expression, before holding your hand and looking towards that guest with a firm look on her face. "I'm sorry to intrude, but I couldn't help that see that one of my members were starting to get a bit uneased with your behavior. Please do not make our staff uncomfortable."

She walks away with you, giving one last glare at the flirter before she pulls you two to a secluded area. "S/o? Did they do anything weird to you? Are you okay?" "It's okay Jaehee, I'm fine now. You were really like Zen in those movies where he acted as the knight and shining armor."

SAEYOUNG browses Netflix on the couch while he waits for you to make the popcorn. It's a warm summer night and you have agreed that he will choose the movie while you take care of the snacks. Soon, you discover you are out of Dr Pepper, so you promptly return to the living room to ask him if he wants you to take a quick trip to the store or if he prefers to have one of your soda cans.

The small pops begin echoing in the kitchen, but you don't move from your spot as you observe your lover, dressed in grey shorts and a black tank top. His amber eyes are set on the screen, soft humming leaving his lips as he carefully goes over the different options for tonight.

However, the thing that catches your attention, what made you stop your racks in the first place, is the small chub on his stomach. The fabric of his clothes strains a bit around it, almost as if it doesn't fit anymore, and you wonder how you didn't notice it before, given you've been sharing a bed for a year now.

Slowly, your eyes start tracing the rest of his body. The new rosy tint that dusts his now fuller cheeks. The defined lines that used to run across his biceps, barely noticeable, now replaced by soft skin. The added plush of his thighs, almost inviting, on display thanks to his shorts riling up.

He's healing, you think. Without the crushing weight of being an agent and the need to be able to escape at any time, he can finally rest. He's done with running away, constantly pushing his body to the limit, and eating just enough to see another day.

You walk towards him before you can register and, in a matter of seconds, you've found a place on his lap, your face buried in the crook of his neck as you envelop him with a hug. His chuckle makes his chest gently jump, and you snuggle even closer.

"Hey," he smiles, leaving the remote on the side and returning your hug, just as tight. "Everything okay?"

"Yeah," you hum. You take a deep breath, inhaling the scent of his shampoo for a few seconds before you pull yourself away. The moment his eyes meet yours, a smile draws upon your face. "I just love seeing you happy."

He doesn't reply. He knows your words carry more meaning than you're letting on, so he prefers not to ask, even if he appreciates the sentiment behind them. He knows you're right, after all. The last twenty years of his life have felt like fifty, and this long year still feels like a summer vacation that will eventually end.

However, whenever those thoughts come, he pulls you close, just like he's doing now, and focuses on the beating of your heart. More than slow breathing, more than a cold shower, your sole presence always manages to calm him down.

It means you're here. It means it's over.

It's finally over.

Saeyoung - The Day He Realized He Wanted to Marry You

There were 3 moments for him. The first 2 were times when he, out of nowhere, just quoted a meme reference and without missing a beat you responded. 

But there was a moment he vividly remembered. 

It was at a party. They had decided to increase the capacity of the guest list, and though you never expressed it, there was a bit of pressure on your part as the planner. He tried his best to help but he was occupied with work and his brother settling in. 

You took it like a champ, but the nerves really set in on the morning of the party. 

He watched you that day clean, moisturize, and exfoliate every inch of your skin. Saeyoung didn’t dare bother you during the ritual. 

Finally, the party came. Normally, Saeyoung would drive you to the venue, but since his brother wouldn’t be attending, he wanted to make sure everything was in order before he left him. And so, you headed to the venue earlier.

When he arrived, the party was already well underway. 

His eyes searched the crowd for your familiar stature with a half-jesting apology already forming on his lips. 

He spotted you by one of the tables speaking to the owner of a small jewelry business. The woman seemed to enjoy your company. She was inviting you to the new store they opened in the mall. It was their first expansion and you looked just as elated as she did.

A younger woman was beside her. Immediately, your demeanor shifted. You were a bit cheerier, a bit less formal. She was talking to you about a dating sim you both played. You laughed at something she said. Something about tragic backstories and how writers knew how to hurt their readers.

And he found himself pausing at the sight… at the normalcy of the scene.

His midnight thoughts crept up in his moment of hesitation.

Perhaps this is what you really needed. Normalcy. Idle chatter about going to the mall. Playing video games to pass the time. It should be this and not…

Arms snaked around his waist. His fight or flight instinct flared up. He fists clenched but before he could do anything else, a voice halted the torrent of his thoughts.

“Caught you!” you yelled with a giggle. 

He turned his head as you rested your chin on his shoulder. “H-h…hey,” he answered in a low voice. You smiled at him. His heart slowed at the sight of your face. “You look beautiful.”

Your eyes narrowed in a jesting glare. “If you think flattering me will get you out of trouble you’ve got another thing coming, mister. Don’t think I didn’t see you running away while I dealt with Mr. Dokgo. That was seriously cruel.”

His hands reached up to touch the arms holding him in place. “Sorry. I didn’t think you needed me.”

“And where did you get that idea? I’ll always need you and because of that,” your glare became sharper and your voice dropped an octave, “I will always find you.”

Something in those words and the jokingly ominous manner you phrased it unlatched something in his chest. And with it, a warmth washed over his stature and he felt his mouth spread to a grin. Then, catching onto your jest, he faked a sob. “There will be no escape for me. This is my life now. Trapped and helpless.”

“I’m glad you understand your unfortunate circumstances. As punishment, you are sentenced to feeding me honey buddha chips while we watch the best or arguably worst bollywood film I can find.”

He chuckled. “Okay.”

“And… and you have to buy me and Saeran our favorite ice cream flavors.”

“Roger that.”

“We each get one pint.”

“Hm. You’re really milking this aren’t you?”

“Oh! And you’re taking me to a cat cafe as soon as you’re available.”

He nodded with equal parts of sincerity and resignation. “Yes, ma’am.”

The two of you paused when you heard a sigh. In front of you, Zen stood with a bored expression. “I mean, I know you guys are in love but really? In front of the guests?”

A blush coated your cheeks. A real one. Not the kind that your makeup gave you. You released him immediately and the urge to distance himself has all but dissipated.

“It’s time for your speech,” Zen informed.

You gave Zen a mock salute before walking off. “Hey, I’ll catch you later, okay?”

He smiled. Softly. Knowingly. This was his life. It's you and him against everything. And he wants it for the rest of time. So he yields to his fate and answered, “I’ll be waiting.”

A card with a sweet note telling you how much he appreciates and loves you.

Will play music and dance around with you in your front room.

And if you get him something in return, he’d softly smile, telling you just how wonderful you truly are.

Lunch at a quaint cafe, ordering sweet treats for the two of you, definitely trying out their valentines special.

He’d take you to the cinemas or a theatre to watch something, obviously romantic, maybe a rom-com.

When you come home, he’d run you a nice warm bath with scented candles and bubbles.

He treats you like royalty the whole day.

But he gives you a stuffed toy and a valentines card at first, and then for the rest of the day?

If you get him something, he will be jumping up and down in glee.

If you’re a gamer like him, he’d probably set up some games for you to play, and sets up a nice date night there.

It’s super sweet, he carries you in any game you two play, trying to make sure to enjoy your time.
