"Stop. I'm done," you signed.

A chuckle sounded from Sanford's lips as he rubbed your shoulders. "Oh, sweetheart. . . We're never done." He squeezed your shoulder, and you winced.

He laughed again, then walked over and grabbed a pair of pliers. "I'll keep those hands from talking for a while." He positioned the pliers at one of your fingers, then yanked it out of its socket.

You growled at the uncomfortable pressure it caused and bared your teeth at him, making him smile. "Aww, baby. You're adorable!" He gently pinched your cheek, and you snapped at him, making him retract his hand with a grin.

You scootched back, glaring at him. "Fuck you," you signed.

Sanford sighed and crouched down. "You okay sweet stuff?" He put a hand firmly on your face. "I want you to be okay."

😭Tomorrow June 8th will be 2 years since 1 of my aunts passed away. Aunt Ky Van-Truong. She was like a 3rd or 4th grandma to me-their big 2 storey house still living next to Diedrichsen Elementary School & Mendive Middle School (our schools we went to).

Everyday after Cross-Country/Track Practice me, my older sister, & cousins would go over to my aunt's place when we were kids. I miss her a lot still today. 😭Love you! Keep rockin' it in heaven. Still have vivid dreams about her & my grandmas.

1 month after 1 of my aunt's died 2 years ago, 1 of my cats died too.😭2 years ago was an extra hard year. Hope this year will be a better year after all this stress. ❤️

Clase 2

“Acting is behaving truthfully under imaginary circumstances.”

En esta clase aprendí la importancia de la postura en el teatro, ya que al estar parados de una manera “neutral” podremos estar preparados para cualquier situación que llegué a ocurrir en el escenario, como si algo de utilería se llegase a caer y nos veamos en la necesidad de correr. Para tener una postura adecuada tenemos que pararnos derechos; sin estar jorobados o sacando el pecho. Para lograr dicha postura podemos imaginar que tenemos un hilito en la cabeza, el cual nos estira. Sin embargo hay otros puntos a considerar, como el tener nuestras piernas en paralelo (a la altura de la cadera) y un poco flexionadas, y tener los brazos relajados y a los costados. Dicha postura se me hace sencilla de realizar, por lo que siempre que me encuentro parada intento realizarla con la finalidad de que se vuelva más natural y cómoda en mí.

Por otro lado, retomamos un poco el tema de la improvisación que vimos en la clase pasada, como el concepto de vivir en el escenario, las situaciones imaginarias y el que cualquiera puede actuar e improvisar si se lo propone. Entre esos conceptos, se le dio continuidad a la imaginación, en donde aprendimos cómo funciona en cada persona. Para eso, realizamos una pequeña actividad en donde cerrábamos nuestro ojos y visualizamos lo primero que se nos viniera la mente al escuchar una serie de palabras, objetos o situaciones. Al finalizar dicha dinámica, logré ser consciente de cómo mi imaginación mezcla mis recuerdos para crear escenarios o despertar sensaciones; algo que también se presentó con algunos de mis compañeros. Al final, se me hizo muy interesante como funciona la imaginación de acuerdo a las experiencias y recuerdos de las personas.

En cuanto a las actividades, al comienzo de la clase realizamos la misma dinámica de pases con pelotas; la razón seguía siendo para que tanto la maestra, como el resto de la clase, nos aprendiéramos los nombres de cada uno. La única diferencia fue que dicha actividad la realizamos estando sentados en nuestros bancos, específicamente en una posición tipo alerta con nuestras piernas y brazos abiertos. En un comienzo fue algo caótico, ya que algunos compañeros, incluyéndome, tuvimos dificultades para atrapar las pelotas y/o hacer pases sin que esta cayera en otro lugar. Personalmente, considero que no soy muy buena en los juegos con pelotas, pero a medida que avanzaba la dinámica, sentía como era más capaz de seguir el ritmo sin dificultades. 

La segunda actividad realizamos fue una que practiqué mucho el semestre pasado, está siendo ¿Puedo? Ven. Dicho juego consiste en formar un círculo; una persona comienza apuntando a otra mientras pregunta “¿Puedo?” y si esta está de acuerdo, le responde con un “Ven”. Una vez dicho, el primer participante camina hacia el segundo, el cual deberá repetir los pasos del jugador 1, con otro participante, y así sucesivamente. Un aspecto importante durante el juego es que se debe utilizar la mano izquierda para apuntar y hacer la pregunta, y la derecha para aceptar.  Retomando la experiencia grupal, como la mayoría del salón había cursado teatro el semestre pasado, estábamos muy familiarizados y tranquilos, por lo que la maestra decidió subir la dificultad del juego hasta el punto de solamente utilizar la mirada para comunicarnos; algo que me llegó a desorientar un poco, ya que en algunas ocasiones, llegué a perder el enfoque de la persona que tomaba el rol de escoger con quien cambiar de lugar.

Por otra parte, volvimos a jugar gatito pide esquina. En esta ocasión intenté cambiar de lugar las más veces posibles sin que el gatito me ganara el hueco; esto hasta el punto de que casi me caigo en el salon. Solo fue una ocasión donde quise regresar a mi lugar, pero como mi compañera se encontraba corriendo hacia a mi tuve que acelerar mi paso y llegar sin que el gatito me ganara. Dicha situación la llegué a ver con otros de mis compañeros. Fue una actividad muy divertida.

Nice Guys Finish Last - what do your f/o(s) do when you "run out of gas" emotionally and/or socially? what do you do for your f/o(s) when they feel that way too?

when bite runs out of energy, sanford will do what he can to get it out of whatever situation it's stuck in. this often happens in the way of him getting bite a blanket and something to bite if it's like... dealing with negative energy from being burnt out. if it's just tired, sanford will hold it until it catches up on energy and starts to feel better.

in the event sanford runs out of gas, though, bite will usually try to keep his attention on it, mainly to make sure nobody gets snapped at, or, in the case of being tired, it will literally lay on top of him. partner quiet time.

on the other hand, when bite runs out of gas around doc, he'll usually get it to a quiet area and make sure it's hydrated. that's usually like his first plan of action and he goes from there depending on the situation.

when doc runs out of energy, bite also tries to get him to a quiet area and will kind of. stand guard to make sure nobody bothers him while he's recuperating. i hope that makes sense <3

Redundant - who says "I love you" first and how? (just in spoken words, using actions, writing it down in a letter, etc etc) who says it more often? do either of you struggle with saying it to each other?

with sanford, bite absolutely said it first. the two of them are pretty equal in how often they say it to each other, and i think between the two of them, bite struggles a little more with saying it.

okay so i've already kind of gone over this with doc in another post (you can find that here) for the "who said it first and how" but. to kind of go over the other part of the question. bite *definitely* says it more often. i see doc as being very awkward about saying it verbally but he definitely has little signs and ways to say it that aren't verbal. very similar to a thing my spouse and i do (we have a little hand motion we do) so i think it's more like that rather than spoken word from him. god i hope that makes sense.

Scattered - do you and your f/o(s) have any sort of scrapbook with pictures and memories with each other? if you don't, is there anything else you have to keep track of all your memories together? (i.e. a digital photo album, pictures in each other's wallets, love letters to each other, etc)

sanford definitely has like. a picture in his wallet of him, deimos, and bite. they're a triad okay. it's very important to me that people understand this.

edit. they both have this picture in their wallets, okay? it's vital that you know this <3

doc and bite have more of a digital photo album saved to their technology that they both use. each photo has a date attached and a note somewhere to go with it.

Uptight - do you and your f/o(s) stay up late together? or does one of you stay up and the other ends up falling asleep/going to bed early? what sorts of things do you do for each other if you can't sleep?

sanford usually goes to bed earlier, i think he has more of a military sleep schedule somehow. bite stays up super late. usually until around the time sanford wakes up and sanford is always like "why the fuck do you do this. please. sleep like a normal person". if one of them can't sleep, cuddles become mandatory.

doc's incredibly guilty of like. rarely sleeping. so he and bite will stay awake together until one of them falls asleep. if sleep is necessary for one or both of them, they'll like. find a nice cozy little spot to cuddle and likely fall asleep in.

Jinx - how clingy are you and your f/o(s) with each other? who's the clingier one in your relationship and in what way? (physically, emotionally, socially, etc)

with sanford, bite's more physically clingy i think. also probably emotionally and socially tbh. sanford's kind of physically clingy with it but not nearly quite as much, and rarely lets it out of his sight in social settings? if that makes sense for this. i have no idea if it does <3 oh well

bite's INCREDIBLY clingy with doc, in nearly every sense of the word and it's probably clingier than doc. doc is a little clingy with it as well, but in more of a sense of worry? i hope that also makes sense but oh well if it doesn't /lh

whenever hank first found out about your incredible ability, it was as if his love for you skyrocketed on the spot.

although hank is quiet, he finds pleasure in watching you bake. he'll hover over you, sit on the counter, whatever grants him a better view.

it's a different story whenever hank tried your cakes for the first time.

he described it as "the best thing above hotdogs" which is actually his top favorite food.

if you offer to teach him or ask him to help you, hank will be hesitant at first because he's never really baked anything before.

but when he agrees he's satisfied with you guiding him along. hank also loves listening to you talk, it's an instant remedy to calm him down.

show him anything that blends and hank will do grabby hands, he gets child-like excitement if you let him mix.

i like to think sanford has decent baking skills, so he was rather pleased in discovering his partner took the same interests.

it's a great bonding experience for you two, both of you working together to tackle different things in the kitchen.

sanford doesn't mind just watching you too, he finds you even more peaceful when you're working.

he'd probably be the type to get slightly messy, but nothing impossible to clean. and he'd clean up his own mess anyways.

he's pretty much a workaholic, so doc never really gives himself time to do any different hobbies.

he was highly intrigued when you told him about your baking.

doc would be the type to ask many questions about what you do, displaying genuine interest with each answer.

unless it's an emergency on his end he will drop whatever he's doing to watch you.

he may or may not take notes in a notepad because honestly, it's doc.

gets irritated when somebody tries to interrupt you. he'll either shoo them off or pull out the rolled up newspaper.

he'll help you out wherever he can, doc isn't much of a baker so his knowledge is limited. he won't label himself as entirely useless however!

The chip digs into your skin, it's painful and clearly not meant for you. Despite this the chip makes you more relaxed. Even if your genetic makeup was not meant for the device.

"There we go! I've chased you through so many dimensions just to find you. I know this device isn't meant for you, as you're not a Morty, but it'll be fine."

You flinch away when he brushes a finger against the chip on your neck. You hated how its tech dug into you, attaching to your nervous system. It sent a chemical into your brain to get you to obey him, at least that's what you understood.

"This keeps you docile and unable to run away until I remove it. Which I don't plan on anytime soon."

You give him a fearful look and shake your head.

"No, please, I need to go home-"

"Your home is with me now. According to this chip, you're registered as mine."

He teases you, ruffling your hair.

"Just look at you! You're perfect! Better than any Morty I could've caught...."

"You're insane and delusional-"

"Too bad the chip doesn't affect your speech... although-"

He grins at you, his behavior seems malicious.

"You'll listen to any command I give you. For example... follow me."

The Rick walks away from you, you stay put. Until the chip in the back of your neck blinks and buzzes. You feel pain in your neck and cry out before following Rick's movement. Anything to get the pain to stop....

"See? You're as obedient as a pet! Cute, too."

"Shut up...."

"We really need to work on your sass."

"Would you rather I use harsher words?"

"Sit."

The chip buzzes and blinks again, forcing you to your knees in front of the Rick. You groan, staying on the ground just to get the pain to stop. You hated this.

You had essentially been kidnapped, chipped with a device to make you behave, and treated as less than human. He took you everywhere. People could clearly see you weren't a Morty, yet they never commented.

"Wow, I'm going to have fun with this."

The Rick smiles at you, trying to appear as warm and welcoming. He wasn't, not with that getup and him forcing you to do tasks. You're happy he hasn't forced you to fight, at least....

"Alright. Get up and stay close. We got other dimensions to go to."

Anticipating the chip acting up, you get up on your feet and follow the Rick. You aren't that close to him, much to his annoyance.

"Closer, (Y/N)."

The chip buzzes and you're right next to him. You try to keep calm when you feel his arm around your waist, encouraging you closer.

"Can't have you getting lost, someone may take you."

You hate how close he forces you to his chest while you walk. A portal is summoned by him and he turns to you. The look in his eyes is dark and you feel him tap the chip again.

A reminder of how helpless you were.

"Won't you be a good pet for me?"

It's then he drags you through the green portal, against your will. You doubt you'll ever see your home again.... Not until he's caught by the authorities, at least.
