चैतन्य भारत न्यूज भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) ने बुधवार को श्रीहरिकोटा के सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से पीएसएलवी-सी 46 (PSLVC46) का सफल लॉन्चिंग किया। पीएसएलवी-सी 46 के साथ इसरो ने भारत के हर मौसम के रडार पृथ्वी अवलोकन उपग्रह ‘रीसैट-2बी (RISAT)’ को भी सफलतापूर्वक पृथ्‍वी की निचली कक्षा में प्रक्षेपण कर दिया। बता दें यह पीएसएलवी की 48वीं उड़ान है और साथ ही रीसैट सैटेलाइट सीरीज का यह चौथा सैटेलाइट है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, पीएसएलवी-सी 46 की लॉन्चिंग की 25 घंटों की उल्टी गिनती मंगलवार सुबह 4:30 बजे से ही शुरू हो गई थी। Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launches PSLVC46 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. PSLVC46 will launch the RISAT-2B radar earth observation satellite into a 555 km-altitude orbit. pic.twitter.com/iY2paDVjls — ANI (@ANI) May 22, 2019 यह उपग्रह खुफिया निगरानी, आपदा प्रबंधन कृषि और वन जैसे क्षेत्रों में मदद करेगा। रीसैट-2बी खराब मौसम में भी देश के अंदर, दुश्‍मन देशों और भारतीय सीमाओं की निगरानी कर सकेगा। रीसैट-2बी सैटेलाइट का इस्तेमाल किसी भी तरह के मौसम में टोही गतिविधियों, रणनीतिक निगरानियों और आपदा प्रबंधन में किया जा सकता है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, रीसैट-2बी सैटेलाइट के साथ सिंथेटिक अपर्चर रडार (सार) इमेजर भी भेजा गया है। इसके जरिए संचार सेवाएं हमेशा बनी रहेंगी। सूत्रों के मुताबिक यह सैटेलाइट प्राकृतिक आपदाओं में भी मदद करेगा। इसके अलावा इस सैटेलाइट के जरिए अंतरिक्ष से जमीन की 3 फीट ऊंचाई तक की शानदार तस्वीरें भी ली जा सकती हैं। 26/11 मुंबई हमलों के बाद इस सीरीज के सैटेलाइट को सीमाओं की निगरानी और आंतकियों की घुसपैठ को रोकने के लिए विकसित किया गया था। गौरतलब है कि, लॉन्चिंग से पहले मंगलवार को इसरो के चेयरमैन के.सिवन ने तिरुपति के तिरुमला मंदिर में जाकर पूजा-अर्चना की। बता दें यह इसरो की परंपरा रही है कि जब भी किसी सैटेलाइट की लॉन्चिंग की जाती है या कोई बड़ा काम किया जाता है तो सबसे पहले तिरुमला मंदिर जाकर भगवान वेंकटेश्वर की पूजा करते हैं। Read the full article
