Oooh this is actually kind of a toughie, as I’m generally pretty chill with all things food and veg.

That and I swear by the idiom of try anything once, and I don’t tend to have any texture of flavour squicks.

I know kid me had a serious thing against capsicum, but that was also kid tastebuds happening at the time (seriously, if there was anything you disliked as a kid, I beg you to try again; kid tastebuds are weird). Nowadays I love cooking with it and adore the taste of chargrilled capsicum.

Man I’m really scratching my head on this one, but maybe tarragon or aniseed? They both have a kinda of taste funk to them that I really don’t vibe with, and even now I can’t really stand the taste of licorice.
