This comforting soup made in a slow cooker doesn't take much work. It only takes 5 easy ingredients and is great for busy weeknights.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, diced. 4 cups beef broth. 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained.

Instructions: In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onions until beef is no longer pink; drain. Transfer beef and onions to slow cooker. Add beef broth, frozen mixed vegetables, and diced tomatoes to slow cooker. Stir ingredients together. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Uncomplicate your life! Specifically, there were three types of BBQ sauce, some brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, fresh garlic, dry sriracha, Jameson whiskey, and a few other seasonings. Like every recipe on the planet, this can be easily altered to fit your taste palate. You don't always have to slave over a hot stove. It's okay to SOMETIMES do things halfway.
