Like they wouldn't even be able to recognize him if he was out of costume on the streets. He's a guy. He's a gal. He can rock high heels. He can make you swoon in a suit. Transphobes hate him. They especially hate his other persona, "Mother Spore." (Which unfortunately has not made an appearance for a while despite popular demand.) His wiki page is locked down because people keep changing the info. He's an icon. As he should be. His closet is the bane of Pearl's existence because there's everything from ballgowns to futuristic techwear. It would be funny

he, just for funsies, has said he’s a triplet but also has said he’s an only child… and literally just compulsively lies about his childhood and family tree just because he finds it a little bit quirky of himself. nobody knows the actual truth of whether or not ariana griande and his one halloween costume of a mushroom are actually him, his doppelgängers or his triplets <3<3 he likes the chaos of nobody ever knowing <3<3

scar had to get a second closet built in their house for all of their little outfits, it’s almost like going into a party city, they even installed disco lighting in there <3 pearl breaks into their house (not actually, they gave her a key) while they’re out being famous to organise it, pro-bono for the most part except she can eat all of their food and steal their toiletries <3

grian and scar’s wikipedia pages are both locked from the time they got into an argument and vandalised each other’s pages. they started communicating through the hyperlinks and eventually, after a good run both of them got banned from editing any wikipedia articles.

Ariana Griande is a superstar of an idol, the kind it's next to impossible not to have heard of... So someone explain to her why the clerk at her local bank has no clue who she is. At first Grian assumes maybe he just doesn't recognise him out of costume? Ariana requires a lot of makeup after all. But Mr mumbo jumbo genuinely has no idea who Ariana Griande even is. Sure it's on the radio in the bank as they speak, but he's not paying attention to that, he's focusing on helping this shockingly wealthy young man with his finances.

Naturally this sets Grian off, and Mumbo starts getting free tickets to Ariana's shows, and even free merch shipped to his door. Mumbo still hasn't connected the dots between Ariana and Grian, but he figures he may as well show up. And... He's not that into pop music, but he's pretty sure the woman on stage is an angel of some form.

So he's happy to keep his merch, although he still doesn't realise that the pretty young man at the bank is the same as the jawdroppingly gorgeous woman on stage. And now Grian gets a healthy taste of how his stans feel, when he's desperate for this random losers attention, but unable to actually say it to his face.

It's, arguably, a much needed snap back to reality. He's grown so unused to people not being infatuated with him, not having to work to get their approval. Usually he just needs to let the fame do the talking.

Maybe this is a sign. To fall in love with someone, to not simply be loved for his fame. For somebody to love Grian and not just Griande.

If only he could remember how ordinary people love works!

i looked up kasane teto and went to town. i wanted to incoporate something luxemborg since yknow, he's luxenborg not german. the most intriguing one i found was Wäffelcher, which are waffle cones. reason why is cause theres a peranakan snack called kuih kapit (love letter biscuits) that are kinda similar, in terms of shape. like a crunchy crepe waffle cone, mmmm

i wanted to blend anime girly with some battle wear and tear so he has some bandagess, torn skirt, a scabbard (no sword because the federation stole his weapons). she still got that pretty girl aesthetic, she gotta be fabulous. it kinda gives me ariana griande/cuteguy vibes im be so honest, i was designing this and also thought of strawberry crepe cookie by accident so the cones on the head is uh too much.

also vivi chocolate bear mousse thing, she's carried everywhere like the princess she is.

4. Jimmy and Scott are well-adjusted and happy now - until some mysterious force starts amplifying the powers of everyone in the city, causing serious problems - in both Scott's control and his relationships. ~40k words (i don't really remember how long it is tbh). T

5. This fic is my pride and joy, and i'm so sad i've barely written anything in it. College au where Scar falls madly in love with a beautiful woman at the bar - who doesn't let him know that she is, in fact, Grian from his study group. No word count and no working title because i am only like two chapters in. T

I think the vote would be fun but i may not listen to it in the end and choose what i want, but it very well could influence my decision!!

I've been thinking about how would Grian and Xelqua react to meeting Griande and finding out that she's Mumbo's gf?

Griande and Mumbo were only dating during s6, and Grian knew abt them already then, he teased Mumbo over it when he found out. ('you're dating a girl that looks exactly like me ? ok mumbo. taking note of this.')

I imagined before that Xelqua finds a few of Ariana's CDs while digging through Grian's stuff, he shows it to Grian and asks to hear it. Grian's surprised to see that name again, its been so long !

That was the inspiration behind this drawing from awhile ago, Grian plays it and they dance around a little, silly silly.

I think if Xelqua was told that Mumbo dated Ariana, he'd just be confused, he'd think its funny, but he doesn't know who Ariana is rly, so its just a silly thing to him.

A villain irrelevant and unnamed sdfvsfdg managed to clone Cuteguy, but she rebelled and wants to live her own life. Grian accepted her as a sort of sister or twin, though it is kind of weird to have a girl version of yourself walking around (Jimmy and Pearl know but they told Jimmy that Grian was caught in a rogue power beam that duplicated him and Ariana is sticking around)

Her wings didnt develop properly during the speedy cloning process so she cant fly with them, much like Jimmy's but bigger, there just for show

She's actually not about right now in the plot; shes in Styx's lair

Im mildly a Cub x Griande shipper, and in trying to rescue Cub early on in his sculk, he trapped her down there. I mean, its less trapped, she knows shes capable enough to escape, but she's worried about Cub and isn't going to leave him down there alone to resist the skulk

Cub wont let Styx hurt her, shes the one thing he can successfully protect
