shauna is like the actual main character of milesverse xy or like the pov character. idk the story is told through her perspective basically. she's a disaster wlw that gets a crush on the new girl and then the girl fucking died and then came back as a """"emotionless"""" zygarde zombie so now she's having an existential crisis about death and is hyper aware that She Will One Day Die and she can die at any moment. so yeah she's doing great. she catches yveltal at one point which is like symbolic of her acceptance of death by living her life to the fullest everyday and stuff. calem is like her narrative foil where he's like "living sucks" and has to learn that living is really cool actually
