no wonder Nora never took her jacket off; RNJR would have never gotten anything done.

i like to think this happens in v4 because Ruby makes an offhand comment about Nora and Jaune not having guns as part of their kits. and Nora whips off her jacket and cries "guns? oh i've got guns! 😏" cue Jaune and Ren having a crisis. Ren is, to quote a friend, "experiencing emotions previously unknown, possibly shrimp ones".

decided to play the whole game again w nawen bc now I got her a fleshed out backstory + character development + most importantly. mods for pretty clothes

#I mean I had them by the end of the game but now I have them at the start #looking pretty at the start just hits different #bg3 #oc.nawen #sleep.txt #also this is ciri's outfit in different colors but it just really fits her story-wise and I'm feeling my feelings #I'm getting immersed I'm roleplaying I'm in the zone #bc like. just prior to this she had a rlly important position in the shadow thieves #and she was in baldur's gate on a mission to take control over the city's criminal operations for them and especially #to take the place of nine fingers keene #but behind the guild's back ofc. bc how else would they do this #she didn't exactly want to do it for a variety of reasons but what she wanted never mattered anyway #so she tried and made her move but. she failed #she got caught and attacked and barely escaped #she ended up crawling into a cave near the city to tend to her wounds #and it's right after that that she gets kidnapped by the mindflayer ship #so the messy clothes with barely any armor and the bandages just really complete The Look #if I could I'd just take away the belt on her waist but oh well. ig that would be too much to ask #but either way I am v happy w this heehee

anyone else a little weirded out by one of the first things sonia and rauru did was putting zelda in a little white maiden uwu dress even though the clothes she arrived in didnt seem damaged or dirty at all and fit her much better

It's the woman everyone's dying to know about!

I have no idea what to do with her in my fanworks or headcanons most of the time, but I like to picture her as a nimble dancer on the battlefield, causing greenery to sprout wherever she steps. We don't know how tough she is, only that she's kind, and so I'm going with the common stereotype of kind lady being the party's healer/mage. But of course, being a Great Knight, Isma is perfectly capable of kicking butt. I just imagine the majority of her skills lie in tripping up the enemy and creating a difficult terrain to entrap them, and to help her fellow knights. Very utility based and an invaluable member of the team!

I also like the idea that she's at least part Moss Knight if not a full Mosskin wearing a mask to align more with PK's Hallownest. But how that links with the acid blight, I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with the difficult terrain thing?

the problem with playing D&D is you have ships 'n' blorbos that only 4 other people know about

#still thinkin' about that motherfucker Cormac from the Thieves Guild #and how he lives rent free in Ariadne's brain #and therefore my brain #and how i have to deal with the fact that she wouldn't think about #that as much as she's plagued with conflicting feelings about this motherfucker #i honestly don't think that there's much reason that she would've made as much of an impact on him as he has on her #and it's driving me insane #like he got under her skin instantly because the first time they met she had just used her inspiration point only to roll two nat 1s #trying to get a crowd to disperse before things got rough #and this motherfucker sweeps in and does what she couldn't while also kind of shitting on the temple #which she couldn't even really argue because he wasn't really wrong but also this is the thing that makes up her identity #and she was fuckin' pissed #i mean we did also get sent to make a deal with him to keep the city chill while rise of the zombies was dealt with in the high district #so she #the temple's Brand Newest Paladin in full fuckin' armor gets sent into the den of the Thieves Guild #to talk with the guy who's been pretty openly (and frankly fairly) dunking on said temple #and we come out of it having to do a favor for him to get his help #and as much as she'd love to cover it with 'well we're really doing it because the prince wants us to and it's for the good of the city'#the fact that at the end of the day they were doing something on this motherfucker's orders was such a bur under her saddle #i think he got the party drinks while we were talking with him but ariadne didn't touch hers #because A) she's pretty sure someone would've spit in it and B) fuck u cormac fuck ur hospitality and fuck u #ANYWAY #all this happened over a year ago irl (not sure how long in-game) and YET #there's also the problem that our sessions have been shorter and more sporadic #which gives me more time between sessions to obsess over stupid shit #like a NPC who we haven't seen in a fuckin' year

Picked up suitor armour after not reading it for like... Two years and??? Omg my heart, my soul, my everything.

I used to hate norrix and now I want to burrito wrap him and kiss him on the forehead

I just want happiness for Lucia (who omg is serving so much???? She's just being so badass and cool and also gorgeous??? my sapphic eyes are LOOKING (respectfully))

And everything seemed to be going so well, hope was everywhere, the conflict seemed to be turning for her side and I thought the story was about to progress more into an emotional side with the whole ordeal of Lucia very much needing to heal as well as how down bad Norrix is for her while also being in conflict with her being a fairy............

BUT NO EVERYTHING IS CRUMBLING TO DUST AND DESPAIR
