Okay I installed the Pale Court mod in Hollow Knight and decided to take on Isma first and OH MY FUCKING GOD IS THIS BOSS HORRIBLY DESIGNED! There is waaay too much shit going on from her spawning Fool Eaters and Gulka which are the main reason the fight in complete shit to her spawning vine walls you need to attack that can put you in the worst position possible! There is a difference between a good chaotic fight like Lost Kin (the Infected Balloons aren't too bad too deal with, especially with the right charms) and then there's this garbage!

Fuck this shitty ass fight up its ass

I fear what the other bosses might bring in this mod.

I tried to find the ask but couldn't, but what was Ogrim and Isma's relationship? Was it just a friendship or more? If it was more then did Vyrm know?

That's okay I don't remember what I said back then either haha. But I like to picture it as a friendship with a hint of something more. Like, I think there would be some rumors that they have a thing going on, but I don't think that would actually be the case, at least officially. Maybe it was a one-sided thing, maybe they were waiting for a better chance, maybe it just hasn't clicked for them yet at the time.

And considering it took Vyrm a long time to even realize that he was in love with Grimm, I doubt he'd be very perceptive to others' relationships, at the very least he wouldn't notice it himself. I'm sure the rumors would reach him at some point, but I don't think he would care about those much. They're just rumors, and he had too much on his plate to investigate them. Besides, I don't think he would really feel the need to, I see him as someone who would respect their privacy and wouldn't intervene unless it was impacting their performance as Great Knights.

I planned to finish this but it seems I could never so...I'll just post it here.

In this comic's universe, Ogrim told Isma that she's kind by true means(not because she kills fast). Her mind start to change, but sadly the kingdom falls anyway. On her martyr, she wishes if she could cry for others, like Ogrim...And her tear protect Ghost now. (This is what I planned to draw)

I like the item name "Isma's Tear" so much. In my first playthrough I had no idea who Isma is, but it felt so warm. It protects Ghost. It is a tear coming from caring for others.
