Breakfast Flavor Texts

Whether you're an early riser or your first meal of the day is more of a "brunch," it's important to start out energized! Some people like a hearty breakfast while others like to keep it light. We came together and settled on a few of our favorite ways to start the day!

Sonic's Eat 'N' Run Oats:

First thing in the morning I want to get up and go, but I need energy to reach those crazy-fast speeds. I whip up this bowl of oatmeal real quick so I feel good and energized before I start running! Whassat? It's very blue? So am I! And we're both great!

Knuckles's Roll with the Punches:

Knuckles: Living out in the brush of Angel Island, I need to gather up most of my food from the wild. I'm not really known for my delicate touch, so smashing up what I find into a delicious paste is just right for me. Then I use that as the filling for these rolls. A simple start to the morning is just how I like it. Omochao: Peanut butter is one of the most common allergens in the world! Try using almond butter or any other kind of nut butter instead!

Silver's Future-Proof Egg Tarts:

We compared notes, and it turns out this recipe is the same here as it is in my time! I like to make these egg tarts because they're simple, filling, and easy to share. It's easier to take on the future with a full stomach!

Vector's Perfect Note Waffles:

Some days you need to get an early start to crack the case. Some days you realize you're hungry and have been putting off a trip to the grocery store. Either way, these waffles of mine are the solution to the recurring case of "What Am I Gonna Eat?"

Charmy's Surprise Twist Sweet Treat:

Yeah! You thought you were getting breakfast, but-surprise!-it's a sweet dessert! Vector and Espio keep telling me it's a breakfast food, but I figured it out! Is it sweet? Check! Is it delicious? Check! Do I want more? Triple-check! It's gotta be a dessert! Woo!

I know I basically never use my Tumblr anymore, but I made a Sonic OC and it got a surprising amount of attention on the Sonic subreddit so I thought 'what the heck' and posted it here too. :P

Like many, I sometimes think what a Silver-centric game might be like, and I decided to make him a proper villain because he doesn't really have any good canon options (since Iblis is more a force of nature than a character, Mephiles is associated more with Shadow at this point, and Eggman Nega is just a worse version of Eggman :V). So here's Alloy - some inspirations include Susie from Kirby: Planet Robobot, Lusamine and Pheromosa from Pokemon Sun and Moon, and MOM from Futurama.

Alloy comes from a version of Silver's future inspired by Judge Dredd, with most of the Earth reduced to blasted post-apocalyptic wastelands after a devastating war between G.U.N. and the Metal Empire (the Eggman Empire after Metal Overlord took over). The majority of the population live in cramped, high-tech arcologies. G.U.N. is technically still in charge but its influence has been weakening, and they were forced to turn to the SYMMETRIX Corporation to help maintain order.

After learning of Silver's strange ability to glimpse alternate timelines, she went to extreme lengths to recruit him to her PsychoNet Initiative - and when he refused, she had him framed for a crime he didn't commit (and tricked Silver into thinking G.U.N. was responsible), forcing him to go on the run. She sees this as only a learning experience for her 'shiny Silver medal' - one day, when he sees what's out there in the wastes, he'll come crawling back, grateful for the 'favour' she did him. Or so she thinks...

Golden Age King Arthur accidentally gets sent back in time to the beginning of his reign. While making his way to Camelot hoping to find Merlin and figure out how to get back to his own time he runs into Agravaine making his own way to Camelot for the first time. Knowing he was a traitor working for Morgana in his own timeline, Arthur kills him and decides to take his place. No one had seen Agravaine since Ygraine's death, there were no portraits of him in the castle, and Arthur's premature greying hair has to be good for something other than Merlin calling him a silver fox. He can pass as his own uncle and be the caring advisor that young him deserved damn it!

Sandwiches Flavor Texts

Now this is my kind of meal—simple, straightforward, and impossible to mess up. Don't get me wrong—it can be satisfying to put together something sophisticated. But some days you don't want to think too hard. You just want to eat.

The Perfect Chili Dog

Ahh … is there anything better than a warm chili dog on a cold day? Or a warm day? Or at night? Anytime, really. C'mon, its a chili dog! It's perfect whenever! And this recipe right here? Also perfect. Aw, man, I want one right now!

Tails's West Side Island Sandwich

I grew up on West Side Island, and it's where I met Sonic, so this sandwich is named in honor of it! Just like how there are lots of varied biomes right next to each other of the island, I've put a variety of goodies on the kebab. The mint sauce is my own personal touch!

The Knuckles Sandwich

I dunno why Sonic insisted I call it this. I mean... wouldn't any sandwich I make be a "Knuckles sandwich"? Anyway, this thing is loaded with good stuff to keep you fueled while on the go. If someone challenges you along the way, back 'em up with a "knuckles sandwich" of your own! Hey... wait a minute...

Silver's Rival Chili Dog

I love food in Sonic's time, but those from my time are as good! That even includes making chili dogs. (Trust me. It makes sense. To me.) Instead of gooey cheese. I'm using a nice, crisp slaw. Take that. Sonic!

Eggman's Villain Sub

What kind of self-respecting villain I be if I ate a 'hero" sandwich? No. I'm not going to avoid the issue by calling it a "hoagie," or a "grinder," or just a "sub." No, this is a "villain" submarine sandwich! its vast and overpowering—just like me!

Anything Sonic can do, I can make better. Case in point: Metal Sonic. See? Sonic, but better. Likewise, I've improved upon his beloved chili dog. Behold my culinary masterpiece, the Eggdog!
