So... apartment. I was inspired by the Cozy Kitsch Kit by @myshunosun and built an orange maximalist/groovy apartment and saved it as the apartment name (1310 21 Chic Street) in San Myshuno. My gallery id is samthedoodler

Tranquil Crescent Rectory

Located behind the Peteran Parish, it is currently unoccupied until the new Prior finds a solution to the rash of break-ins plaguing the area and can stop living out of his office. The place has fallen into a bit of a space of disrepair with the absence of any permanent residents and while the historic society had been assisting in maintaining the property, with resources increasingly being stretched thin, the next residents will certainly have their work cut out for them.

I based this off a the home of some Franciscan sisters I once visited. Depending on the area, rectories can be just regular homes that are converted. A room is turned into a small chapel where daily prayer can take place. Holy water fonts are installed by the door for self-anointing and a tabernacle will be installed for their daily private Masses. Sisters can't distribute the Eucharist and so at least in the case of the sisters I knew, one of the priests living in the house next door would visit to distribute. Otherwise it is pretty similar to any other house.
