I am going nuts.

How do people with cropro or emetophobia manage to play Sims 4 with the copious amounts of excrement and awful-looking vomit there is in the game? Why do the Sims 4 devs love literal shit? Why do sims keep their dogs’ poop in their inventories?

Sims 4 has no cars or burglars or zombies but adding gameplay mechanics surrounding dog poop and sharting was more of a priority to the devs, I guess.

Also dear god WHY are the horses so… detailed when they shit???? Ughhhhhh

Seriously, it feels like one of the dev’s thinly veiled fetish and I hate that so much. I also have a huge aversion towards unsanitary stuff even in games.

And then I learn that one of the pieces of Sims 4 CC considered “essential” for the game sometimes makes your sims fart a ton and have shitting sounds and the only way to not have that is to remove an entire gameplay mechanic added by the mod.

I think i’m just gonna beg my lil sis to pick another game to play together. I can’t stand how much poopoopeepee is in Sims 4.

I have dogs and I foster too, I already have to deal with literal shit everyday irl. I don’t want to have to do it in a videogame too 🫠

I’ve finally got all the mods downloaded now I just gotta finish organizing them in my mod folder

The absolute necessary/essential Sims 4 mods to download/TS4 mods I can't play without:

- UI cheats extension (makes cheats ridiculously easy)

- MC command centre (duh)

- 4 columns in CAS (quicker/easier to navigate)

- 5 traits (more fun, sucks it doesn't include CAS Stories though)

- simulation unclogger

- loading screen/CAS background (purely aesthetic but it brings much joy)

- height slider (I hate all my Sims being the same height I hate it it haaaate it)

Babymoon Mod - Adventure Moments (Public - 4/2)

Hey there, Simmers! 🌟 My latest creation: the Babymoon Mod for The Sims 4! This mod offers a fresh and exciting twist, allowing your Sim to embark on a 3-day adventure filled with thrilling moments and special buffs. 🚀

This mod gives your sims adventure moments during a rabbit hole experience. While the Island Living pack offers vacation options, I wanted to do something different with the Babymoon Mod and challenge myself on a new modding method I've never used before. 🏝️

With the Babymoon Mod, your Sim can venture off-location alone or with a chosen companion for a relaxing journey. During these 3 days, your Sim can engage in a variety of unique interactions that pop up along the way. They'll receive special buffs indicating their progress, and your Sim's needs nor those of their partner will decrease during this time. 🎉

After the Babymoon, your Sim will achieve a special milestone, marking this memorable experience in their life. 🌟

This mod is specifically designed to enhance the experience for pregnant Sims, so it's essential to control the pregnant Sim to fully enjoy and not miss out on any of the unforgettable moments that await them. 🤰

4t2 Party Essentials Kit

Conversion of everything from the Sims 4 Party Essentials kit.

Key features:

28 objects

Quarter tile placeable, smoothed out meshes, no shine on basic meshes, shine on some for special effects

Streamers are curtains, they have diagonal version (thank you @platinumaspiration)

Bar is functional (thank you @lordcrumps)

Disco ball is functional and animated (cloned from a disco ball by Franky and heavily edited)

Punch station is functional (cloned from an object by @crispsandkerosene), has full and empty state

Fog machine is functional (cloned from an effect by Sophie-David, further edited by @gummilutt to make it turn on and off on command)

TV and both music players (speaker and turntable) are functional too

Fiber Optic Garland comes in normal and neon version, you can keep both at the same time

Most items are categorized under "general-party", feel free to recategorize if it bothers you

Lord Crumps' shadow file is required for the shadows to work (not included this time)

Holistic Health Consultant Career (Semi-Active)

Hey everyone! I (finally) have a brand new career for you to play with! This has definitely given me a few headaches fixing annoyances and making it just how I envisioned, but I'm very happy with the result- I really hope you like it!

It's a full-time, semi-active career, with 10 levels, countless assignments/tasks etc. There's a different Daily Task for every single level, and I've created Chance Cards, Adventure Moments, plenty of buffs and new, immersive interactions.

For those of you (like me) who don’t fancy trekking to Granite Falls every time you need ingredients, I’ve added a custom rabbithole shop: The Green Apothecary! It stocks all the essentials for leveling up your Herbalism Skill and crafting remedies, making things much more convenient. 🌿

If you have Discover University and a Biology degree, you’ll jumpstart your career at Level 4! I’ve set this up as a start level modifier to avoid conflicts with other creators’ career tuning files, but if you prefer the standard approach, let me know.
