I built this cute little playground to go in the mini lot in the Courtyard Lane neighborhood in Willow Creek. It has plenty of activities for both toddlers and children, a place for the parents to sit and chat, and a fully built and upgraded treehouse.

Modern Park (CC Lite)

Finally completed this project! This has been play tested and works! Since this is a park, I wanted very limited cc used (46 MB used) so many can download and enjoy!

This park comes with an amphitheater, playground, dog park, and picnic area. It has TONS of seating and a lot of walkway if you want your sims to go on a nice scenic walk or job, similar to a typical city park. Some of the playground equipment is deco, but there are other Sims 4 creators who have made functional playground items!

The Celebration Center offers a little something for everyone. Outside amenities include child & toddler playgrounds, mini soccer & football fields, a full basketball court, a skating rink, a treehouse, a yoga garden, and a picnic area. Inside features a lobby, gym, lockers, showers, game room, art/craft room, toddler/infant room, video game room, library/study room, and a music room. No CC, turn on bb.moveobjects.

Note: I liked the look of this building, but there was a lot of unused space surrounding it. Rather than starting from scratch, I expanded and used what was there.
