*dated september 2023*
i am here to post more things individual to me! this time, it's my top 25 video games. i am honestly not remotely content with this list and will update it around september of this year, and make it a tradition going forward. i never realized how hard it actually is to put this out on a chart/list. i always knew what i held dearly to my heart, but god when it came down to it, i had to REALLY think. imagining how this list will look by the end of this year is currently challenging. this chart is in no order besides grouping series. certain games will ALWAYS be on this list, most definitely the red dead series, and grand theft auto series. those are masterpieces, or damn near. red dead redemption ii is 100% the best game i've ever touched. the first redemption game i still highly regard to be one to stand the test of time. i have a fondness for fallout, there are many things to love, and things to not love, and that's all i'll say there for now. grand theft auto iv has one of the best stories i've played, and it's so played out but the VIBE of that game, the darkness, grittiness, it's great. san andreas is one of my childhood games, i owned so many copies because i was a stupid child. moving onto guitar hero, i still remember my first experience with it at my sister's, i remember getting my first copy of the game from fred's of all places. i mainly play clone hero nowadays, and am mostly average. i play expert, still have never got past that ttfaf intro. i got into wwe pretty early on in my life like most of these games, being able to watch the show weekly and hop in the games after school was special. cozy survival crafting is definitely one of my favorite things ever, and it's funny to call terraria cozy but it is to me LOL. i will never EVER understand terraria hate, how can you hate something so good? i have fallen out of love with minecraft over the years to the (in my opinion) underwhelming updates and odd direction the game has taken. with that however, the new auto-crafter and trial chambers look so sick. i want to say i got into stardew valley in 2018 and have loved it ever since, still haven't gotten through the beginning of ginger island though, maybe someday. ever since extremely late 2017 or early 2018, my main game has been fortnite: battle royale. at one point, i wanted to go pro and make a living streaming, but sadly i am NOT built for that. i've always loved zombies, first experience was probably like season 2-3 twd, and been hooked ever since. project zomboid was such an insane experience in february of last year. such an eye-opener. easily the best zombie game ever made. 7 days to die is also a great game, the impending doom you feel every week is fun and refreshing from what i normally play while still have that survival crafting i love. i grew up on tony hawk games and wasn't sure which ones to put but these were the standouts, and i didn't want to load the list up with a ton from one series. i remember spending all my savings as a kid on saints row: the third and i still wonder if that was a good decision or not. i have played tons of call of duty in my day, although i stopped at ghosts, and have dabbled in and out ever since. black ops is easily my favorite, the campaign, and multiplayer, agh. zombies even. modern warfare 2 is a classic and one i cannot ignore. ghost looks cool. i have played HELLA sims 3 in my lifetime, yes i have played the sims 4 and i can confidently say the sims 3 clears with ease. i dumped crazy hours into the console ports and the pc as well. around this final stretch of the list is where i really struggled so i went for nostalgia with atv off-road fury 2. that series and mx vs atv were definitely a blast to 10 and below me, and might even be today. i'm not quite sure. if anyone actually finishes this, i am sorry, for i am the rambler.

Back at it again with this whole challenge stuff.
This Challenge is half “Survive this”, half Legacy, and based around the various stages the main group in the TV Show “The Walking Dead” went through. You don’t need to have watched it to play this challenge, but many requirements will feel arbitrary if you haven’t. Since these aren’t really, uh, generations, I will refer to the individual parts of this challenge as “Stages” Packs required: Outdoor Retreat, Seasons, Eco Lifestyle, Get Together, City Living, Discover University, Get to Work
The Setup:
- You will need either Triplis’ “Kids Quit School” mod ot MCCC to make quitting school possible. - Create your founder and any number of other survivors in CAS, Two of these additional survivors need to be children. - Use your own physical dice or find an online dice roller, you will need that!
General Rules:
- It’s the Apocalypse, so buy mode is heavily restricted. You can’t just go to Ikea and buy  new couch! You will need to use the fabrication and handiness skills to make furniture! Some Random Events and generational rules may allow you to get stuff otherwise
- You may only cook with ingredients you have! If you play this after the release of Cottage Living, use the Lot Challenge!
- You will always play off the grid!
- The monetary cost of crafting is considered “materials”. You can "barter” for materials by using the selling table from City Living, or sell furniture and stuff you scavenged, thus “dismantling” it and salvaging it.
- Any children you have aside from the two you create in CAS automatically suffer a -2 penalty to all rolls they perform, on account of being children.
- Randomized townies you encounter are generally considered zombies. (or WaLkErS of you don’t wanna use the evil Z word). If they engage you in conversation, consider it an attack and roll a d20, adding 1 for every two levels of fitness the Sim in question has. Below a 15, they get injured in the scuffle and are out of comission for the rest of the day. Below a 10, they get infected and die
- Pregnant and elderly Sims cannot perform any chores or other survival tasks and suffer the same -2 penalty as children!
- Every ingame week, roll on the random events table!
- Play with normal lifespan!
Stage 1: The Atlanta Survivors Camp You just survived the Apocalypse’s initial outbreak and you are settling with a small group outside a large city. However, calamity soon threatens your little sanctuary.
- Move your household anywhere with freerealestate, then take a vacation on the campground lot in Granite Falls.  - Set your money to 5k and start your grind. When you can no longer extend your vacation, your camp gets overrun and you are forced to flee. Roll Fitness checks for each member of your group and disable/kill accordingly. - If your founder dies in this, appoint a new one from the surviving sims
Stage 2: Hershel’s Farm After getting out of the overrun camp and having a little happening at the CDC, you are back on the road and lose one of your two kids in a run-in with a horde. Worse, even, your other kid gets shot and is badly injured! Thankfully, you are offered help by a small family on a nearby farm.
- Kill of one of your two CAS-created kids. Sorry, Sophia! - The other CAS-created kid is now injured for the rest of thi stage and can’t help you out or build skills. - Move your sims to one of the lots south of the Chalet in Windernburg (Or Henford on Bagley if Cottage Living is out!)  and build a little farmhouse big enough to accommodate four sims, with a small vegetable garden and 2 power generating and 3 water generating items. -Create four Sims that “own” the farm and help you out. One of them has to be an elder! - Two weeks into this stage, the farm will, unfortunately, get overrun and also set on fire. Do your fitness rolls for everyone and run for your life.
Stage 3: The Prison Again, you are on the run, but there’s a little shimmer of light at the end of the tunnel - an abandoned prison! Now, you just need to like... reclaim it.
- Build a Prison, or download one from the gallery! - Cheat one of your sim pregnant, if you don’t have a pregnancy yet. - Reclaim the prison! Make Fitness rolls for each level + the outside. - After your pregnant Sim gives birth, kill her. Sorry, Lori! - Create a rival 8-sim household and put your sims in a club, and their rivals in one too. Have  “fight (other club)” as one of the activities, then have them visit you and... start... a gathering... ;)
Stage 4 The Prison 2, Electric Boogaloo You defeated Woodbury! ... or did you? Well, you don’t really have time to deal with it right now, because there is a deadly strain of influenza wrecking your community.
- Start placing ads for roommates. Those are the former Woodbury people you took in! - Every Time someone gets one of the GTW illnesses, roll your d20. Below a 10, they die to the sickness. Kill them, and roll fitness for one of your household sims, since the dead turn into walkers! - Three weeks into this stage, your friend, the Governor of Woodbury, comes back with a fresh new group he roped into his nonsense. Roll Fitness checks and book it. (also kill the Governor. RIP in pieces)
Stage 5: Terminus From bad to worse, you’re on the run again, and split up this time. Divided we fall, huh? Good thing there’s this totally not ominous set of markers leading you to a place called Terminus. I’m sure nothing bad will happen there.
- Split your Household and surviving roommates and pop them all into different empty lots. Play a week with each of them (aging off here, this is meant to happen simultaneously!) and roll on the random events table until you have eight sims left in total. Hope you weren’t attached to any of them. - Put them back into the same household again, and create yet another rival club to beat up. That rival club is Terminus. Surprise, the group with the name meaning “Death” was bad! - Switch to your Terminus household and “invite” your sims over, then lock them in the basement, true sims style. Go downstairs and start a club gathering. Keep an eye on them, every time someone loses a fight, kill them. Do this until you have either 5 good guys left or all of Terminus is dead.
Stage 6: Alexandria and The other blokes You got away from the humanitarians and were invited into the community of Alexandria. Thing are finally looking up again!
- Move to a 50x50 lot and build a little “village” with gardens, energy production and everything you might need. - Create two more 8-sim-households on similar situations and create clubs for them, with the activity to be friendly with yours! These two households will be Hilltop and The Kingdom. - Make one of the Evergreen Harbor Community Spaces a marketplace and frequent it! - Stay in this stage for four weeks!
Stage 7: The Saviour War Things just couldn’t stay okay, could they? You ticked off a horrible cult-of-personality-type organization called the Saviours, who now start their reign of terror against you.
- Create another household and club meant to be mean to you, Hilltop and the kingdom. Make their Leader a magnificent bastard and give that one plot armor. Narrative Immunity! - Host a little multi-club gathering and roll a d8 twice. Look at your own household portrait lineup and kill two of your sims whose portrait position corresponds to your rolls. - Take your strongest fighter, aka the highst fitness stat, aka Daryl Dixon and put them into their own household, to take them out of the equation for a while. They’re the Saviours’ prisoner now! - Congrats, you have been promoted to vassal state. The Saviours demand five of every crop you produce. Don’t hav enough to feed your people? Sucks to be you! - Stay in this stage for 4 weeks, then bring back your poor fighter, and kill off half of the Saviours, add the rest to your household and Kingdom & Hilltop. Their Leader must survive! Keep them in your basement from now on and visit them regularly to gloat.
Stage 8: The Whisperer War Finally, some stability. Oh, whats that? New enemy faction, and this one of even worse? Fantastic.
- Cease communication and trade with Hilltop & Kingdom for two weeks, Then hold a big party! - ...during said party,  kill 12 total sims from each faction. - Create a new rival faction called the Whisperers. Make their two leaders, Alpha & Beta, level 10 in fitness. - Hold weekly brawls with the whisperers. Kill every fight loser, but replenish the Whisperers losses. There’s no end to their forces! - Give Alpha a daughter and take her in after your first clash with them. - When you resume trade, roll a D20 every time you travel away from your lot. Below a 10, your travel party gets attacked by the Whisperers! Roll Fitness checks for every Siim traveling. - Remember the Saviour leader? Yeah, they’re doing better. Have them befried one of your household’s children, and gradually integrate them into your community. - After an additional 4 weeks of this, send your redeemed Saviour leader over to the Whisperers and befriend them. They’re a spy now! - Survive another week, then ply s the Whisperers and attack Hilltop! Move the survivors into your main household. - After this attack, your spy strikes and kills Alpha. Put them back into your household, then gear up for a big fight! - Cheat “Roughhousing ecouraged” in your NAPs, then gather all surviving characters along with the Whisperers and fight!
Did you survive this? Well, until season 11 comes out, that’s as far as we go. You can continue playing with the Random Events and general ruleset!
RANDOM EVENTS:
D20: 1.  There’s a drought. Sell all your stored water and reset your money back down 2. Zombie Attack! Roll Fitness and kill accoridngly! 3. Electric whoopsie-doopsie. Sell your stored electricty and set your money bck down 4. Roving bandits! The next time travel, all your traveling sims lose their inventory contents! If they had none, kill one of them! 5. Baby Boom! Get one fo your Sims pregnant 6. Other Survivors! Roll a d4 and add the resulting nuber of sims to your household! 7. Tragic accident! Kill a random sim 8. Extra Ammo! PROLOGUE: A STRAIGHT LINE
Rule 01: Never stay in one place longer than a season...
Now that they’ve finally arrived in Oasis this marks night one. Their supplies are...limited but truthfully Z has gotten by with much less. She also never sleeps the first night anywhere, sometimes even longer. More than that, she’s worried about the note her sister, Jes, left her wedged in-between the floorboard of their last bunker a week ago. ‘Don’t come find me,’ she wrote. Fuck that. If it weren’t for these two there would be no debate. Not that a missing person left much room for debating.
The plan barely made sense to Z when Jes was there to hype it up. Now she has to pretend it’s the answer to all of their problems? There are 12 Districts between here and Evergreen. Two kids with 12 Districts between them and the only person that’s ever raised them. 12 Districts, if they’re lucky. Being responsible for two tiny humans was already more tiring than any walker she’s ran into. Simply watching Jes’ children feels...inadequate.
The boy doesn’t like her, she’s sure of that. There’s a comfort in knowing. It’s the little one that’s a nightmare. She catches her staring at her out of the corner of her eyes. The silent, wide-eyed stare of a young child seeing a stranger for the first time. A stranger that wears her mother’s face. Reminding Z of the past and that she didn’t bother sticking around before because of her own foolish decisions. Maybe if she had...
For now, she’s on guard duty. Next, it will be the boy’s turn since he refuses to sleep. What a terrible thing to have in common with your only nephew. They will just have to take comfort in knowing that the shortest distance between the two districts is a straight line.

The sims 4 - The walking dead challenge
Create Lee as an adult/young adult
Create other characters as toddlers [for example it can be Clem, Kenny, Ben, Christa, and Omid]
Lee has to watch over everyone since that’s what he is going in the game
Lee can’t have work, he has to earn money for himself and kids in a different way
To beat the challenge all kids have to grow up (turn to young adults) (With normal lifespan)
Kids can’t go to school
If you want the challenge to be harder:
You can act like all strangers are walkers and you can’t talk to them. If you’re patient enough you can change everyone’s skin color to green/grey.
You can create another group of survivors, some can be good, some can be evil
If a kid talks to a stranger (walker/evil survivor) Lee has to fight them and if he loses kid is dead [you have to delete/move the kid to other family/change kid into a walker, what may be dangerous for other kids]
If the stranger (^) is a teen/kid you have to find a way to get a random answer if the child dies or lives. [for example, you can, idk, find a way to draw a random number and if it’s 1-5 the kid dies and 6-10 makes kid live]

The talented @ingahansenn tagged me to do this, so I’m going to do it.
1. what is the smell of your shampoo?
Moroccan Argan and Camellia Oils (I don’t use fancy shampoo, it’s the Whole Blends stuff. We buy it at Wal-Mart) I had to go into the bathroom to check to see which one it was)
2. what’s your aesthetic?
Idk man, mostly comfort. I stopped wearing jeans like over a year ago. My room has like fifty styles going on in it. But I like having a lot of house plants. I used to be Punk, but now I’m just kind of here...I was thinking about it last night, that I didn’t pic out a single thing of furniture in my room. It’s all extra stuff or stuff that my brother or sister left behind so I stole it for my own use. I like cool tones, blues, turquoise, that sort of thing.
3. what’s your favourite time of day?
Nighttime. I’m a major night owl. But I like sitting outside during the day if it’s nice out with my dog Abby, she loves chillin’ outside.
4. what do you like most about the beach?
I hate sand, but I like the sound of the waves? My sister dragged me to the beach and I got a blister bc it had been so long since I’d worn flip flops.
5. what do you worry about constantly?
Everything!! Not having a job, not seeing my friends, my dogs, writing, makeup videos, dying, moving out, reading (yes. reading), needing a new phone, the mice in my house bc they were in my room at one point so every time I hear a noise my anxiety spikes, the fact that my stepdad wants me to move into his dad’s old house so we can fix it up and sell it, but keeps restricting everything. “You’re not there to have fun or “live” there. You’re there to work. “You’re not allowed to cost me anymore money with heating” (it’s set at 55 degrees in the house rn like what the fuck).
6. what is a song you’ve cried to before?
Next to Me by Imagine Dragons. It was already a sad song for me but it was also the first song I listened to after Uncle Frank died. I was watching One Tree Hill and the Uncle died, and after, Next to Me came on and it made me think of Uncle Frank. Also Saturn by Sleeping At Last (there are really good Supernatural and TWD videos to it on YouTube that make me cry).
7. what are some relaxing tips for your followers?
I clean my room when I’m freaking out.  Also, doing like sudoku or crossword puzzles, puzzles in general. Going for a walk just keeps you in your own head, but if you can get your mind focused on something else, like problem solving, then it helps calm you down. Sometimes I just work on stuff for the collab or build a house on the sims.
8. what are some things that make you tear up?
Music. Music makes me cry if it hits me right. Movies/TV shows. I will cry over the simplest things from Supernatural, mostly happy things. My life makes me cry. Also, Abby. Abby has something about her that hits me at certain moments. She’s a good puppy (sometimes lol).
9. what is your favourite thing from each of the five senses?
Sight - movies/tv/reading. I love stories and characters and getting to live with them for a little while.
Smell - strawberry/raspberry, I like sweet smells like vanilla, cupcakes...I have a lot of candles. Also, the butterfly bush we have it really good in the summer.
Taste - popcorn. I like salty foods. a good brownie is the best thing ever.
Touch - Abby. Abby is so soft, she’ll be ten this year, but she’s so freaking soft. Also JimJam’s muffin top. For a short-haired dog, he’s very soft.
Sound - Niall’s voice (I find his voice very calming). Also a sucker for a crackling fire. I hate silence. I’m usually playing music.
10. what is one alternative reality you’d want to be in?
One where I’m happy and productive. (is that too depressing?) umm, yeah I can’t think of anything.
11. what are some troubles you face on a day to day basis?
Well, with the depression and anxiety, and generally being a disappointment because of the depression, anxiety, lack of job, initiative, and will to live, um yeah...it’s all just sunshine and candy canes (my therapist told me to stop doing that and saying how I really feel, but I like the sarcasm).
12. what is one scene of a book that makes you really sad?
Six of Crows when a character’s father basically says that his son is a useless idiot because he can’t read and he doesn’t care if his son dies. I think about it a lot. Also, from my own writing, in Vale of Plenty when Harry says to Niall that no one deserves to be hit. That one gets me and I wrote it.
13. say something to your followers:
I know I’m a small blog and I always seem to be having some sort of mental breakdown, but I am always here for any of you, no matter what. I’m one of those people that’s afraid to ask the waiter for ketchup, but if my friend needs ketchup, watch me flag down that waiter and ask for it for them (if that makes any sense).  If you ever just want to talk or vent or if you need help on a project you’re working on, just let me know. I appreciate every single one of you for following me!
“I’m far from good it’s true, but still I find you there next to me.” <3
I feel like most ppl have done this one already, but if you have any awesome answers to these questions then feel free to do this little challenge! and tag me because I like reading these things and learning interesting things about ppl.
Btw Next to Me came on just now, as I was finishing this.

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS BOY?
Hugo Villareal, like his sister Luna, has managed to stay alive during The Outbreak, so far. Unfortunately, he has also forgotten that there is more to life than just surviving, even in this apocalyptic world. Last seen in Oasis Springs searching for his little brother, Max. Current whereabouts: Unknown.
pov: you’re going for telltale games twd art style. You hit it. Then somehow you continue to adjust your reshade/editing and hit last of us art style by accident 😭 I love both and I’m so torn.

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS GIRL?
Luna Villareal, one out of only a handful of the original townies left, has been recently spotted alive and physically unaffected by The Outbreak. Not completely unchanged, however. Last seen in Windenburg. Current whereabouts: Unknown.
Luna is just the first completely made over sim ready for my Telltale TWD inspired Zombie Apocalypse gameplay. I’ll be follow rules from several different challenges including many rules of my own. I know certain things aren’t for everyone so I’ll be sure to tag everything appropriately.
I just wish her Scout’s hat and uniform were separate. I imagine her hat being her signature look but I’m not so sure about the rest of it.

EPISODE ONE, PART ONE: KEEP A KNOCKIN’
Rule 02: Never lose sight of what’s most important...
(transcript below)
PROLOGUE ||
It seems that Z is caught in a lose-lose situation. Where every choice she makes feels like the wrong one. How can two siblings be so different yet so alike at the same time? Any attempt to connect is met with resistance. One goes off on his own and disappears the first chance he gets, the other refuses to let her out of her pint-sized sight just as long as Z keeps her distance. *Charlie doesn’t appreciate that*
The ghost and the shadow. Exactly like Z and Jesminder. Speaking of her sister--Jes would kill her if she knew Charlie was out on a run with them. Jay told her as much. It’s less risky since Drop Day and the Hazmats have already come and gone for the week. Plus, young children aren’t effected by the toxin. There’s still so many other reasons why it’s a bad idea. Walker-shaped reasons. The only reasoning that made sense in her mind was the one telling her whole being not to leave them alone. Though Jay thinks he could’ve taken care of himself and his little sister. Swearing up and down he once protected his Maa from seven raiders alone.
It’s been too long since she’s allowed anyone to rely on her...almost as long as the last time she’s relied on another person. That person was Jes. No matter how much they argue or disagree. Z remembers a time when she was much younger and the burns covering her body were much fresher, Jes was there. The only thing keeping her alive. Even if that wasn’t the case. It’s about time she does right by her sister. By her family.
For their sake, Z hopes her intuition treats them better than it’s treated her in the past...

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS CHILD?
For Nanami ‘The Hands’ Ito, there was never a time when The Outbreak wasn’t a daily reality. She is what survival would look like if it were a person. With her fast feet and faster hands, she’s what some would literally kill for during an apocalypse: extremely lucky and dangerously skilled. Last seen fleeing the Wakaba Sanctuary in Mt. Komorebi with her mother, Megumi. Current whereabouts: Unknown. Which is, no doubt, for the best…
