rory decided today would be the day that she would work from somewhere that wasn't her apartment or her office so she settled on a coffeeshop in newcrest that had amazing reviews. she got herself settled with her laptop and her coffee when what she could only describe as a goddess walked in. building up her courage, rory went to buy herself a new coffee which was purely just an excuse to talk to the other woman. once they had both ordered, the lawyer awkwardly asked the beautiful girl if she'd like to sit with her but she found it endearing so she said yes. her name was quinn and the two hit it off immediately.

And it's finally here, the cozy series I've been talking about for ages! I was up till 3 am, sorting out my mods and updating everything that needed to be updated because my game decided that it would be a good idea to update automatically. Backstory: Elise, a once career-driven individual, shifted her focus entirely to creating a nurturing and loving environment for her daughter, Iris, after becoming pregnant. Her husband was a pillar of support throughout this transition, making things considerably easier for her. However, tragedy struck when her husband unexpectedly passed away in a car accident, leaving Elise to face immense hardships. With her world turned upside down, Elise found herself grappling with grief, single parenthood, and financial strains. She made the difficult decision to move to Willow Creek, seeking a fresh start and a supportive community to help her navigate this new chapter of life. The move was not just a physical relocation but also a symbolic step towards healing and rebuilding her life for herself and Iris. This series is mostly centered around them adjusting to their new environment, settling in, and overall their day to day. I hope you guys enjoy it! Welcome to Emberwood.

During the day, Ally's Salon is a great place to do a little shopping or get a spa treatment. The Salon is owned by one of the townies, bottle blonde, big haired local entrepreneur Ally Bouchard. At night the Quarter lights up at Ellington's Jazz Lounge, Willow Creek's longest standing hub of nightlife and music.
