apparently since Azriel said he doesn’t have a mate in the bonus chapter Gwynriel is “debunked.” I feel like SJM included that just to show that Az doesn’t know yet, but it’s so interesting how different biases cause people to interpret the books differently.

Why would Az need a book if he has already found out who his mate is, is already in a relationship with her and has found growth and healing 🤔 ?????

I would throw the world's biggest tantrum if I see his story happen off page 😅😅... So no thank you I will wait for his book.

The ACOTAR spin off's are based on individual couples getting together with an overarching plot . The Romance is central to the spin off books so it's never going to happen off page.

Just before someone says it's not true that SJM said that 😅😅😅

So, the obvious logic would be that an Azriel book would be about his journey, growth and healing with a Gwynriel romance and also have a connecting plot with plot lines ,if I were to guess it would illyrian and autumn and some connected to Nesta.

If anything the Az , Nesta and Bryces bonus establishes the following things:

1. The shadows aren't evil , they haven't disappeared. They are very much his companions as they always were and as they always will be ( SJMs words from Azriels bonus ACOSF) . They are wilder similar to that of Cormac from CC , they truly are Azriels companions.

2. They don't react to all music, as evidenced by the lack of a reaction when Bryce plays music on her phone. They only react to Azriel's voice, and dancing or singing is a playful positive thing and they dance to Gwyn( they danced with her breath as though they heard a silent music which in my opinion the mate bond, SJM described the bond as the song between mates souls) . There by proving they are indeed mates!!!!

3. Azriel's mother is alive , he doesn't still talk about her but he loves her and is fiercely protective of her. It would be an important part in his healing and journey. Thereby further solidifying that his book is NEXT.

There are a lot more plot points I shall pull up once everyone has access to the book about why it's definitely going to be Azriels book.

Also, the sleeping beauty non sense based on stone mother and glass coffin is the worst reach ever , I can write why it's wrong on so many levels but I would be adding spoilers that aren't from the bonus and I don't want to do that.

All I will say is that the sleeping beauty reach was worse than Bread and Roses , I don't know how they keep outdoing their own levels of idiocy so well .

I hope you don't mind but I'm about to tell you about my first impressions of The Cabinet of Dr Caligiri, since youre practically the ambassador for it at this point:

Came from the Bigtop Burger random and heard talk of Cesare being inspired by tcodc, so I browsed the tcodc tag for a bit and made some assumptions.

-I thought that Cesare WAS dr Caligiri since he's on the main poster + they're both italian names. So I thought he was Dr. Cesare Caligiri, from Italy.

-I also didn't know what a somnambulist was so I just assumed it was a doctor specialising in sleep. And I also guessed since everyone called him a sleepwalker, that he was doing a bunch of experiments on himself which made him sleepwalk, or got into the "somnambulism" profession to try and find a cure for his sleepwalking.

-These experiments made him kill? I just ran with it and hoped there was context in the original movie lol. I also assumed that nobody accused him since he was such a sweet heart and that's how he got away with it. +he had no memory of it lol.

-I saw some art from flypanegg where Cesare sleepwalks into Francis' room while an asylum caretaker escorted him out. Didn't realise they were in an asylum and thought they were just in a hotel.

- So I assumed that Dr Cesare Caligari was abroad somewhere (maybe at a scientist meet up since I thought Francis was from France or something?), that in the movie he accidently sleepwalked into Francis's room and had who I assumed was Cesares work assistant escort him back.

- So, my idea was Dr Cesare Caligari goes on a trip to a different country and stays in a hotel called Holstenwall?, where he tries out a couple new experiments on himself, which causes him to stir from his sleep and murder. Francis is still the protagonist and he tries to expose Dr CC as the murderer but literally no one believes him, meanwhile awake Cesare is constantly trying to befriend Francis who is terrified of him. Jane's there too I guess??Also it's a horror comedy now. I did not have enough info to guess what happened next so thats all that I could gleen from it.

It was only when i found your blog that i actually found out what the plot/characters were. I think you posted a link to the actual movie and that's where I first saw it lol, and that was a few weeks after I knew what was going on. Lmao even.

on another note it’s really funny to me how only two characters in the entire film have both first and last names? jane’s last name is olsen, and the other murderer guy who tries to kill an old lady is named “jakob straat” in the original screenplay. why are a side character and a minor character the only ones with full names? I have no idea

I was rereading tripping, falling, with no safety net and smiling at it.. I loved how I captured the awkwardness and overthinking going on in Anetra's head! Not wanting to sit too far away but also would sitting too close to Sasha be weird? when they met not so long ago? Portraying the crush and admiration they have for one another, Sasha providing comfort when he's doubting his place in the competition. It was sweet and I've been thinking about cc sashnetra a lot recently since I've been rewatching season 15. I know what happens, I have their whole love story mapped out tbh. I just suck at sitting down and writing

What’s your favorite Sims death?

I think death by wohoo has to be my favorite, although as I only use the game for storytelling and even with that mostly screenshots, I don’t really see much to any death in the game.

Alpha CC or MaxisMatch?

I play with a mix, although my hair is always Alpha as I just am not a fan of having hair that looks like its made of clay. Other than that, my taste in cc is very very simple, if I like it, it doesn’t really matter what type of cc it is. I do lean towards alpha more than MM most of the time, but there is a lot of nice mm cc out there too.

Do you cheat your sims weight?

I never play with my sims, they just get to take screenshots these days, so yes, if they somhow added 100 pounds of weight somehow or suddenly go super skinny, I would. If I played with them, and it was not story, then they would have to handle it themselves if their weight randomly changed

Do you move objects?

All the time

Favorite Mod?

MCCC, Playable pets(its a lifesaver when you pose pets) and Wicked Whims and thats about it. I have very few mods.

The Sims: Livin' Large as the first sime game i had was the original. And that was the first pack that came out. You really see the difference of what Sims is now, compared to back then, when you look at the amount of packs.

I say Live mode as in aLive, the other way around is just wierd to me.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight? when im doing gameplay then no, but if im taking screenshots for my stories then their weights dont really change bc i dont play w them anyways so they dont change much. so i guess the answer is still no

(1, 2, 3, or 4) honestly probably 4 because even if the gameplay is lackluster, w all my mods its pretty fun and i always gravitate to it. i think ts3 was the first game i ever played from the series and its great too. i played ts2 about a year ago and it is also fun but its too ugly for me so i never wanna play it lol. and i never played ts1!

i’m somewhere in the middle, i have a game thats more heavy on the semi realistic content and another that’s more maxis match-y.

i wouldn’t say i cheat, but i do have them work out a lot to change back

of course but i usually wait until the end of the decorating stage to do that.

5. Favorite mod?

i don’t use a lot of mods but i guess whatever one adds custom sliders or at least the bodyshop sliders to regular CAS

Well my simming career started back in the sims 1 release days and I got double deluxe base game followed quickly by unleashed shortly after it’s original release.

while i have embraced and started leaning a little more maxis match since coming to simblr wayyyyy long ago, i would say it hasn’t changed too much, it’s still a mix of everything that i like and falls victim to my current mood and whims, but it’s maybe a little more cohesive now. i’d like to think someone could recognize twofee style decor or sim.

i don’t need it for sims as my install is off the discs but i think it’s twoffee

my archive says January of 2013 is when i finally gave up lurking!

wow it’s been so long since i’ve done it, but i’ll crop, run a super old action i got from another popular simblr, then resize and be done. if i feel fancy i might add a little boarder shadow thing. but really not much.

25. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next?

i just want more content of any variety. new hairs and clothes, new decor items, floors and walls, conversions from other games, new recolors of everything. maxis match and semi realistic. or even bringing back some long lost content. I have an entire folder of 2000s content on an old external HD that I would love to just plug into a fresh game folder and see whats in there. it was all stuff i downloaded to save while i was in college and not able to play but didn’t want to lose or forget.

( @25dejulho ) it depends on the save, but usually i start in another simmers save (my faves are ratboysims and simlicys), either build a house or find a shell off the gallery and decorate it myself, make a fam, then make some townies, give them all skills, careers, etc. just so theyre not like- newborns THEN start playing dkfjk its hella overkill and takes hours but thats how i do it 😭😭😭 tbh u dont even gotta do all that, u can just start in the aforementioned saves by other simmers and start ur own sims from scratch dkfjfgkj
