Nach 10.000m auf der #Rudermaschine und insgesamt 2 Stunden #Training war noch Luft für ein paar Meter mit dem #Schlitten drin. This exercise is a great way to increase your speed and provide explosiveness to the lower body while maintaining proper running form. This stimulates your body in overdrive.
