IN RAMADAN 2: LEARN SELF CONTROL A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I love you." Prophet ﷺ said, "Then wear affliction as your cloak: open yourself to carry affliction because you love me, and learn to live a hard life (of humbleness) as perhaps one day Allah's Favors may end and you will be prepared." . It means if someone hurts, curses, backbites, or spreads false rumors about you, don't react, don't argue, keep quiet. PREPARING FOR RAMADAN 2: TASBIH, PART 1 #Allah ﷻ loves us and wants us to be successful, so He ordered us: بسم الله الرحمن الرحي أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim. Ati`oollaaha wa ati`oo 'r-Rasoola wa ooli 'l-amri minkum. In the Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Most Beneficent. Obey Allah, obey the Prophet, and obey those in authority among you. PREPARING FOR RAMADAN 2: TASBIH, PART 2 #HolyQuran is the #Muslim constitution, so Allah ﷻ will reward you with all the secrets of "ati'oollah, obey Allah" and “ati`oo 'r-rasool, obey the Messenger.” So any #Hadith, strong or not, and whatever scholars memorized (Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal alone memorized 300,000) become as if you read and accepted them all! Even if your #nafs doesn't like #Hadiths, by reading this #ayah it is as if you obeyed them and you will be rewarded, as #Allah ﷻ said: وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُو Leave what Prophet forbade and take what he ordered. (Surat al-Hashr, 59:7) . PREPARING FOR RAMADAN 5: FORGIVENESS #Grandshaykh AbdAllah (q) said, "I am breaking the #adab to tell this [so we will learn from it]. In the Battle of #Uhud they hurt #ProphetMuhammad ﷺ a lot; not only was he hit by a stone that broke his four front teeth, but every part of his body was bruised! With all the pain he ﷺ felt, he raised his hands and said, ‘I am the one bruised, the pain is mine, and I forgive them O #Allah! They don't know my Reality, so don't destroy or punish them. If they had known what my #Sahaba knew, they would have become #Muslim." . [#Rasulullah ﷺ said] O Allah! Forgive my people for they don't know. (#Bukhari) . It means anyone who is hurt by others and asks Allah to forgive them, for sure the Prophet ﷺ will intercede for him and also whoever transgressed.
