Corrie, begrudgingly, comes out with it and Pendergast, with zero hesitation and taking zero excuses, brings Corrie to Kraus's place in the evening and just tells the woman Corrie is staying in the spare room and he'll pay for her board. And whenever the two have downtime Kraus tries to be sneaky but is obviously always within earshot or the next room making sure nothing happens. At some point Pendergast even makes a dry comment to Corrie about how often he's being accused of being of poor moral character.

Wishing everyone the very happiest of Christmases and the merriest of New Years! I never managed to have any of my casts applied by doctors be on my leg over the holidays. They've always been after the holidays! So, can't quite say Merry Castmas. But this SLWC from after surgery a couple years ago was definitely one of my favorite casts of the ones I've worn. And it's one of the few pics with flip flop on my good foot, I usually don't wear flip flops unless it is boiling hot outside, which it was when the pic was taken.
