I love this old distillery in Savannah, Georgia converted to condos. But, why are they so pricey? This one's 3bd 3.5ba and is listed for $1.695M.

This is a nice, roomy duplex. There's even enough room for a nice office space along this wall.

There's space for a dining area.

This is a lovely idea- a loveseat set up with table & chairs in front of the kitchen counter seating.

The kitchen is smallish, but pretty and adequately has all the appliances. I like the 2-tone cabinetry. It also has doors to the deck.

Cute deck. That looks like a storage unit, too. Very nice.

The main bd. has a wood feature wall.

It appears that the en-suite is open. Why did they put that opening in the wall?

This bd. is lovely.

One of the other baths. This is nice with floor-to-ceiling tile.

It's beautiful, but I didn't mention that the HOA fee is a whopping $500mo. Total deal breaker.
