Lookie here, I feel you. I know there seem to be traps in this life trying to get you to cheat on your “diet” but I say kill the noise for right now. ✨✨ . . . The noise = your mind telling you to diet. The noise = your mind telling you that you should stop eating everything at 5pm. Who tells people these things? Oh the media, trainers, coaches? I feel you. ✨✨ . . . But I need you to understand yourself before starting and committing to anything that prohibits you from eating anything. Why do you love what you love? What foods do you crave? Why do you crave what you crave? ✨✨ . . . Without these questions even being asked, your setting yourself up for failure!!! Don’t think I’m giving you license to go HAM in your fridge tonight. That’s NOT what this is. But it is a wake up call to all of you trying to do this health and fitness thing blind - googling meal plans - YouTubing the best snacks and then starting what you hope to be the best version of your life. ✨✨ . . . This life is HARD. And it’s not for the faint at heart. It’s not for people who don’t want to commit. It’s not for people who can’t set up form boundaries. And it’s not for people who have no desire to put in the work. You have to know yourself well. You have to be an expert in all things YOU. You need to be willing to dig deep and pull up some messy CRAP that don’t smell nice. ✨✨ . . . Until you are ready to do that please continue roaming your refrigerator. Because baby you ain’t ready. And I’m not going to pretend you are so that you will want to work with me. But what I will say is this: when your mindset gets right your way eating habits will follow. I’m here to help the mind, soul and mouth align.
