Was pondering how Mark’s rigid ass mask/lens is prob a Budget Thing (since squishy, bendy lens are pretty much a mandate for all hero animated series, like JL, BTAS, TNBA, Spider-Man, etc), and then I was slapped with a vision of Mark in a more JL/BTAS-ish style and I had to see it through. I am a genius btw.

Did a small sona redesign lol. Tried to highlight the theme of combining death and cuteness better. Most of the changes ended up being just clearer shape language and getting rid of the unnecessary polka dots on the shirt.

On one hand, the first version is pretty much nearly identical to how I& usually draw my& sona, so it feels more familiar and speaks to me& closer. On the other hand, making her pale as death conveys the theming much better and imo makes for a better character design.

What are the thoughts? Do I& keep her alive or make her undead lol

Asajj's first Outfit in Nightsisters (The Clone Wars season 3 Episode 12) was such a good adaptation of the concept art and just so much better than her main outfit. It's my personal favorite and I wish we could see more of it.

Anyways tentative redesign of the girly. I feel like her hair is too light brown rn but whatever I did this in like 45 minutes 😭. N has needed a redesign for ages, I'm just still not sure if this is The Vibe. (Her Skeleton Form will also be recieving similar treatment w/ a jewelry update and slight update to features if this one sticks lol.
