I was cleaning out my room and found some of my drawings from way back in October/November when my Peter Lorre obsession just started

I've been continuing my quest to draw 100 different characters, once a day every weekday and a couple weeks ago was like... "Girls and Mecha" week. And I tried each time to have like... a different take on the theme but would still have certain similar aesthetics. With the exception of the "school girl" the other machines were inspired more with industrial or construction machines.

So like... here's a power loader type mech. And a power armor type design. Then there was like... a mecha pilot but all she got was a roomba. Then there was the "pilot" and there was the girl that is actually the mech for a tiny robot. Was fun!

I had this whole lore where it was some corporation fighting some future union rebels on some space planet. Maybe I'll expand more on that someday.

EDIT: It occurs to me I should probably include the flavor text from when I tweeted these out. I'll put them in the same order as the images here:

"You know Kimmie, from the loading docks? Yeah she took to the Pile Bunker like a champ. You should see her tear open the corpo APCs."

Yeah all right, I've been working on some art. (For context, we're talking about this Evil Ford.)

Evil Ford is Evil as in "cheerfully works with Bill even after learning his full plot" and "is totally ready to conquer and/or destroy the world." But other than the shocking lack of basic ethics and the supervillain objective he's mostly the same guy—which means he still cares about his family. He's hoping to get them to join in on the world conquest plan.

Forty-odd years ago he went off to college promising someday he'd be a big shot scientist who changes the world and he'd make his family a fortune. If taking over reality doesn't qualify he doesn't know what does. The family can join him and his buddy Bill and rule the universe together. Pines Pines Pines Pines!

Unfortunately for him, the rest of the family still has normal moral compasses. And also they've met Bill.

Bill can't currently possess Ford due to Reasons; but even though he can't get in the driver's seat he still has permission to ride shotgun at any time. Ford talks to him pretty regularly. He HAS been caught doing this. Stan thinks he's just gone a little nutty from thirty years of isolation.

Naturally, since he was always on Bill's side, Ford's perception of events during Weirdmageddon is a bit different:

I finally made an official Evil Ford New Costume Character Design, check out his exciting totally different brand new look:

I decided that, since Ford is still basically the same person aside from his terrible life goals, he'd probably have the same fashion sense. And so... nothing changes except two tiny details lmao.

But he DOES have tattoos:

I traced a canon character model and took off its top to get a base to slap tattoos on, and then went dang... they gave him a big head and arms. He looks goofy. Anyway,

His forearms have less incriminating tattoos—just a birch tree and a sunrise. (The sunrise looks like the Journal 3 "The Muse Has Spoken" page.) The red text is the "triangulum entangulum" ritual; if anyone asks he'll go "it's uhh an ancient Sumerian poem about how great science is." It's not until he's topless that it's like "oh so he's a CULTIST cultist." The one exception is an unconcealed Eye of Providence on his right palm—but it's in an ink that's only visible in certain lighting. It's there so at any time he can point his hand at something and go "Bill are you seeing this BS?"

Of course, he still has the "hey now, you're an all star" neck tattoo. I didn't have room to draw it.

As you can see, he's made being Bill's right hand man a core part of his personality. Rather than spending 30 years scrabbling around the multiverse desperately searching for a way to destroy Bill, he spent 30 years chilling in the Quadrangle of Qonfusion as Bill's specialest favoritest Henchmaniac, and only scrabbling around the multiverse occasionally for fun & profit.

Here's a photo Bill & Ford took at a Nightmare Realm house party like fifteen years ago, three minutes before Bill started an argument and set the house on fire.

Most people have their wild party years in college, Ford has his in his 40s.

and i can finally post all of them together 😭❤️ someday i’ll add more characters…. maybe…. i really wanted to draw athena and juniper :’) but for now i think i will let this series rest! but i might draw more casual outfits in other fanart and comics because i love drawing my faves in silly outfits instead of their canon designs lmfao <3

+ all the improvement comparisons lol! 🩵 [ EDIT: I just realized i didnt put the comparison for maya and franziska 😭 i lost the comparison edits i did back in 2023 and i can’t add more photos here for some reason lol im sorryyyy ] the 2021 drawings were actually some of my first aa drawings, and the first posts that reached the fandom! so they were my introduction to the community and the beginning of the insanity (this is probably the franchise i’ve drawn the most fanart of for now 🥲). seeing the improvement makes me feel really happy and also a bit nostalgic ksckjdkdc i love these games and im very happy i got to play them and join this fandom <3

Another day, another collab with my beloved best friend @janus-cadet ! And what better subject to work on than the ineffable spouses, a few weeks in the wake of Good Omens season 2?

Don't worry, however, because if you haven't watched it already (do it), you can enjoy the drawing nonetheless ! It's a spoiler-free, self-indulgent collaboration fanart — both Janus and I wanted to get our kick out of drawing Aziraphale and Crowley as female presenting (because Janus saw a pic of Micheal Sheen slaying in a dress...). And frankly... they rock it! So! without further ado, here comes the drawing:

Btw, Janus is the one who did the background — I simply added my own touches here and there in it. So big shout out to them for this amazing aesthetic bar background! Really ties it all together.

A little something between you and me and everyone else who happens to look at this post. Im working on a lineup for the four scrybes :D

Roxys design is subject to change and you guys have already seen D1rk. Jane and Jake are in progress!!! (Also D1rk and Harley are the names for dirk and jake but weve been struggling to come up with appropriately fantasical/magical names for Jane and Roxy that align with magnificus and grimora😞 Harley feels old-manish enough that it fits in well… im sure well get there but if anybody has ideas feel free to comment ✌️)

But yes i can tell you more!!! ILL PUT IT ALL UNDER THE CUT THIS POST IS GOING TO BE LONG o7

Working with cyrus repliiku to flesh it out x3 he was the one who got me into the game and im CRAZY NOW!!!!

The four alpha scrybes methods of inscribing cards are that Harley uses his magic blunderbuss and the things he shoots become cards, Roxys cards are the fantasical characters she creates in her stories, Jane will be a detective of death, uncovering how cards die and writing up a casefile in her detective agency about them (might give her a magic magnifying glass. Well see), and D1rk were trying to figure out something with Sburbs captcha card + ghost captcha system like how Po3’s cards are printed from real robots

The students/the scrybes underlings are going to be other homestuck characters or splinters!

D1rks will be the robots (aradiabot, arquius (wanted him to me more unique than just brobot + hal so he gets to be a robot) and jadebot.

Harleys will be jake-ish splinters rather than new characters. Thered be the Adventurer (prospector), the Hunter (trapper/trader), the Sailor (angler), the Ectobiologist (mycologists), and the Actor (woodcarver) and his campaigns would be more Action packed like jakes action movies type stuff hehe

Janes will be the dead trolls, nepeta, equius and feferi. Not much to say besides them being dead lol 😭

And roxys were still figuring out but nerm. Viceroy/Casey, Rose (maybe goobert but they are actually nice and kind to her) and Eridan….(lonely wizard he was banished to the shadow realm for being annoying 😁👍)

Luke Carter is going to be Calliope and Satan in the greater scheme of the daniel mullins-verse will be Caliborn/Lord English because i think itd be very funny for him to just. Be making video games and thats his evil plot. LOL and Sado would be Gamzee. (Will not expand to pony island or the hex this is just clearing up the ending of inscryption)

Kaycee would probably be Aranea but like just some normal girl. Not all that sure abt the OLD_DATA tho ??? Maybe just all the wrong doings Lord English has committed and influenced culminated into the files or the code that brought him into the universe I DUNNO.

Retconning the drawing i did when i first scribbled this AU, i believe when harley turns the other scrybes into preexisting cards d1rk would become a seagull (kingfisher replacement) roxy would become a jaguar (wolf replacement) and jane would become a jackalope (pronghorn replacement) 😁

And the way harley would be defeated would be using his blunderbuss on him with a special bullet instead of film. Po3’s decapitation fulfilled the Dirk prophecy too LOL

I think that of the gameplay/card gimmicks themselves would work basically the same but i might try and come up with more creative homestucky twists on them

Im planning on finishing the designs and making sprites and more mockup screenshots :3

I might write up or draw a comprehensive ref sheet for this au someday but for now heres what weve jotted down 👍

I know we saw Mina's letters a few days ago, but we didn't know the full story of what happened until today. Is there a more devastating phrase in Dracula than the words unopened by her? That could be up for debate, but truly, reading them for the first time last year absolutely gutted me. Farewell, sweet Lucy, from everyone who loved you with all the moods and tenses of the verb.

The Lion and the Wolf

I've always wanted to commission my dear friend @nananarc with a larger, full color art, but never really found the right time. Until this autumn when I was taken over and swept in the Baldur's Gate 3 whirlwind. I really wanted to play casually this time! I swear! It was supposed to be a quick run, see what the fuss has been about these past two (three?) years and then back to regular business.

Didn’t plan a hyperfixation of this magnitude, and definitely didn’t plan (though feared and slightly expected it (つ ͡ꈍ ͜ʖ̫ ͡ꈍ )) a new pixel romance.

This is just part of regular, though perpetually surprising “this won’t turn into a hiperfixation, and other hilarious things you tell yourself”.

What Na did here is basically a full javelin to the heart. A Greataxe straight to the head!;)))

The contrast between their clothes, her fragile, flimsy shift and his rough elven armor, the way they seem to be in the middle of a whirlwind, in the eye of a storm, how her hair tangles around him and his cape around her, the bright, golden light behind them and of course the animals representing each, but their roles reversed. Her wolf golden and howling, and his lion downtrodden, beaten and pale in the background. I didn’t even tell you to do this, but you read their relationship so well because it is defined by this balance, this dance of who’s in control and they both are in different ways.

You’re awesome and lovely and such a hard worker. Also wonderful to commission, even though you were sometimes tired and I was feeling guilty for being a nag.

I hope someday to draw a fanart for you, of your Zburator.;) I will throw that to the ever growing pile of things to do.
