@ the person in my inbox asking why i blocked your friend. i'm not going to answer your ask publicly so that your and your friend's urls remain private, but. i'm gonna be real! i don't really pay attention that much to people who i block. i see something i don't want to see, i block the account that put it in front of me. that being said, i did go through and block everyone in the likes/reblogs of a post that MAJORLY skeeved me out the other day, so maybe that was it.

also i appreciate you being polite about this, BUT - and this is the part that's the reason i'm saying this publicly - i have to say. asking people why they blocked someone who has like... never once spoken to them? kinda weird. i'm not some kinda public utility people are owed access to. i am just some guy running a blog for my own entertainment, and i block people easily because there are plenty of things that do not contribute to my ability to have fun in my little corner of the internet. it's as simple as that. so in the future, if i get questions about why i've blocked some random stranger, i will be just deleting them.

I love being an out of the closet bisexual in a conservative (with mostly Christian) students, because sometimes you'll have people who are rude and gross (which isn't fun) and then other times you'll have people who aren't out the closet know that they at least have someone else on their side, or people that don't even realize that they aren't straight or cis, and they'll start learning and figuring themselves out and you get to watch that journey and support them through it. Other times you'll have someone who comes from a homophobic family, and are so excited to be able to talk to someone that's LGBTQ+ so they can ask questions and learn about us, and I honestly think that's really sweet <3<3

I wish people who are so strict/irked about something, to the point of having a DNF/DNI about it in their bios/carrds, kept true to their own boundaries and avoided interacting with accounts corresponding to said DNF/DNI, especially when it's in plain sight in the first words of their bio. And not cross those boundaries only when it's convenient (to make use of their content).

cw suicide but literally what happened in s2ep45 okay I have to pick ur brain cos I'm still not sure what I think, What's up with Glenn being willing to help TJ kill himself basically??? It's weird right? (Don't get me started on the way this show struggles to understand when characters are self-harming or expressing suicidal ideation. Seriously. Everytime.)

I wrote some thoughts but deleted them because it’s. Tbh it’s complicated to me. Here’s kind of my list of thoughts.

-Glenn is kind of an idiot. Terry could likely very easily rile Glenn up enough to get him to fight.

-That said, Glenn is a 20th level character- Terry is not. It doesn’t make sense that they’d be evenly matched.

-Glenn also doesn’t really seem that invested in the fight. Or that angry, really.

-He stops the fight to let Terry talk to his family- if he planned on actually getting revenge for his kid, he wouldn’t have done that. Glenn was raised by an opportunist- he is one. Even if not to that same extent.

All of this formulates to me thinking Glenn.. didn’t plan on killing him. To me that’s pretty obvious. It was only swords, no spells- and then the question instead becomes “Why did Glenn agree to a fight he didn’t plan on winning?”

I also don’t know the answer! I have some guesses though.

-Simplest solution, he wanted to ‘win’ but not kill him. Make a point about it, maybe show Nick that he did this cool thing for him, whatever. This answer is boring.

-He wanted to bide his time until someone (like Nick, who lives here) could come and actually give a say on the situation- address it directly himself.

-He does not know how to talk feelings with someone so set on dying, or really anyone at all. He figured he could get him to wear himself out and then give up.

-Freddie fr didn’t know why they were fighting until this episode and had to last minute figure out how into the fight Glenn was to kill his friends child- therefore he fell into this weird halfassed state of combat adapting to the thing Anthony threw at him and we gotta fill in some gaps with our brain here to make that reasonable lmao

it's been soooo long since i was forced to endure some dude condescending to me about hip hop i don't care about in the passenger seat of his car omfgODDD

i accidentally called Lupe Fiasco "mainstream" before I immediately clarified and used the word "known" and this dude harped on it for so fuckin long jfCHRIST. that sort of "Not only do you not know what you're talking about, but now you're getting your ignorance on ME" kinda harping on it.

apparently Lupe Fiasco doesn't count as anything even approaching mainstream because he "doesn't sell" and when I looked at him, fucking incredulous, I asked idk how many times "Are you saying people don't know Lupe Fiasco? Hip-hop doesn't know Lupe Fiasco???" for him to finally STFU and at that point it wasn't even a conversation I wanted to be in anymore lmao

all this because he just had to talk about how Eminem is a more culturally appropriate rapper than Drake because he wrote the song White America (me summarizing but I don't really care for his opinion anymore lol), like it's some revelation that I would never have connected the dots on 😂 all this because he just needed to know I was paying attention to his music
