in classic rick riordan fashion, birthdays and holidays for percabeth probably consist of annabeth planning his gift six months in advance and nailing it every time, and percy waiting till the last minute and panicking every time (but still doing alright).

however, i personally like to think that gift-giving started off equally difficult for both of them in the early stages of their relationship. but then, the longer they’re together, the more fun they have shopping for each other—to the point where they get so excited about the other opening their gifts that they enjoy the giving aspect more than receiving. like, by the time they’re married, they’re both buying at least ten gifts for each other every holiday, and each one is perfect and either results in tearful emotion or hysterical laughter.

This is the biggest thing I am interested in at the moment. So sad that Interloper doesn't have a fandom in the conventional sense... We only have a Discord server for the investigations (a couple thousands of people who as confused at what's going on as I am) but there's... no FANDOM. You know what I mean?

There are many characters in this story who, as people (and not people?), are SO INTERESTING, yet there are barely any fanart or them. All with the biggest potential of telling the most heart-wrenching sad story that would compromise our understanding of "human-ness" as we know it... Come on, people?? Diomedes: 6% of the Achaean Army think they could fight in hand to paw combat with a brown bear. Considering they can keep up with horses, weigh 600lbs on average, and have razor sharp teeth and claws I think 6/100 people in the Achaean Army might be in trouble.

Odysseus: I could almost certainly win a sanctioned boxing match against any wild bear. Not to brag, but I would probably win the fight in less than a minute. As soon as the bell was rung, I would be immediately mauled. But biting is not allowed in boxing. The bear would be disqualified for committing an intentional foul that caused injury, and I would be awarded the win. Possibly posthumously.
