See, this is why Sven is my favorite BT YouTuber. Never heard a bad thing about him. I also like The Many Voices, who does really in depth videos about the tabletop side of things.

Tex I have some mild issues with how he makes his content (not spelling out the in-character biases and inaccuracies)- and how his fans who are least engaged with the actual source material act (shades of Max0r and TTS fans there; directly enabled by the aforementioned issues with the presentation of the content), but Tex himself seems a decent person (his collab with Arch seems to have been done when he did not realize the sort of person Arch was - though Tex apparently not doing much research on the guy does knock a couple extra points off...). Furthermore, if his latest video is indicative of a trend, he may be shedding some of those in-character biases and inaccuracies - the Twycross video was much less... derogatorily opinionated on the Clans.

But yeah, overall the state of BT Youtube sucks. Even MechFrog, someone whom had seemed to me to be pretty chill, I recently found out has apparently said and expressed views and taken actions that I can't ignore. And prior to that, he's just said things that annoy me in some of his videos.

But BigRed and Mage Leader remain the worst, at least to me.

BigRed for being openly and virulently against certain factions: to the point of unpersoning and completely ignoring Clan Wolf, talking around them in his videos - like, dislike them all you want, but they're important to the setting. Pretending like they don't exist only shows that you're a petulant man child who gets way too mad over a fictional wargame. Not to mention, he is entirely against the idea of factions being removed from the game even when the creators wrote the story in a way that perfectly justifies it (I guess a legacy of him being a 40K fan originally - where no factions are allowed to die), and he's way too 3025-brained for my liking.

Mage Leader, well. If you know who I'm talking about there, then you'll know why I hate him.
