Expandio.

Expandio is a superhero in the Sparkverse with elasticity and shapeshifting as his main superpower. His real name is Lorenzo Brambilla from the island of Sardinia, Italy and he was born with his powers. It was unknown how his body's DNA managed to develop his elastic powers but he discovered them when climbing the mountains on hiking trips (a hobby of his).

Apart from stretching, he can shapeshift his body into all sorts through the power of the brain. Like for instance, if he thinks of turning his hands into hammers......They happen!!

Expandio has a cheerful and comedic personality as he likes to jump around and feel free round the Italian countryside. As a superhero, he felt serious in a way battling crime and supervillains but sometimes he acts silly when making random remarks on his enemies as well as getting himself tied in knots.

The name Expandio is a mixture of the word "expand" (in English) and with a big of the Italian word, "expandir".

in the event that - good fortune forbid!!! - ao3 goes down in any kind of permanent capacity, i am happy to invite you to any google docs you desire! but in any case, i'm honored to hear that my writing is this important to you. i've read this message like three or four times since you sent it, and it keeps giving me the happy tingles all up and down my arms.

i remember it was mere days before ao3 user whatapill deleted their account that i'd saved a few of their fics for safe keeping. and since then, i'm much more diligent and purposeful about downloading the fics that make an impact on me. you never know when you'll need them!

Here, have some world building for the Transformer verse I'm making. This one deals with why alien robots would have gendered pronouns on Earth. Feel free to comment and suggest changes. I've been worried about this part of the planning, as there is so much to mess up.

Genders vs Spark Types

Even though on Earth Cybertronians go by gendered pronouns they don’t actually have sex/gender, but are instead separated by spark types. There are two standard spark types, but a few other uncommon types and many sub-types. The two types are determined by temperature, hot (which humans associated with the male gender) and cold (which humans associated with the female gender). Cybertronians refer to each other by neutral pronouns, but refer to themselves by pronouns depending on spark type. This was due to the Spark War in which it was necessary to quickly identify one’s spark type to others.  

  Some sparks that don’t fit into either category are Shifting Sparks which can change temperature often, Neutral Sparks which are in the middle range of temperature so are neither hot nor cold and Far Sparks which have no temperature at all. These types are very rare and not often seen. None have ever been to Earth so have not yet gained an Earth pronoun, though far and neutrals would be them/they and shifting sparks would depend on what they are at present moment.

Possible scientific terms that could be use in universe (I basically just used google translate to change them to latin):
