“Mmmm~! Tast-” No time to gloat was allowed to the smug speedster busy looking with hooded eyes at her spider-themed date - Silk was as usual quick to jump on an occasion to fluster her. Celerity’s teasing purr, holding the end of the chocolate-covered treat lightly between her teeth, was muted with a squeak as Silk chomped down and closed the distance between them to plant a kiss on her lips. Audio fins sprang straight up on the speedbot’s head before drooping down as she melted a bit into the kiss, face flushing a bright pink. Her traitorous core revved up with a low, rumbling purr as though to make manifest the sensation of butterflies taking their rightful place inside of her stomach.

When the kiss broke, Celerity found herself staring cross-eyed at the small piece of the choco treat she hadn’t even though to chew on still sticking out of her mouth. She let it fall into her mouth, chewing slowly with a soft, lovestruck hum.

“Hiiii~” Was all her brain could muster up.

MY TOP 3 LOWER BODY MOVES! These 3 moves have been the focus of my lower body training this year. For my physique, anatomy, and goals they have the biggest impact on making my lower half better. Of course, I do other moves like hip thrusts, lunges, stepups, back extensions, etc., but this trifecta hits the sweet spot for me. Exercise list in circuit format first and then session notes below for a perfect 40-minute workout... ---------------- - Perform each move for 2 minutes of work with a minute rest between moves: 1a. Seated Calf Raises 1b. Russian Leg Curls 1c. Bulgarian Split Squats- Left Leg 1d. Bulgarian Split Squats- Right Leg - That's 1 round. Do 3 rounds. ---------------- SESSION NOTES: ---------------- 1a. Shooting for 18-20 reps in 2 minutes with a good squeeze at top and stretch at bottom. Awesome for mobilizing the ankles and bringing up lower calf/soleus muscle. I've had historically bad ankle mobility and undeveloped lower calves so this has been a staple for me. ---------------- 1b. These are great for the high calves, lower hamstrings, and some core and glute work. I'm starting to get really good at these- doing them with more control and a straight body position. For each set, I did 10 slow eccentric reps and then did eccentric-only and cheat/push up the remaining time left in the 2-minute work period. I'm using the floor gluts-ham developer from #SpeedBot. ---------------- 1c/d. I did constant tension reps for the first minute, stopping just short of lockout. Then immediately went into normal full range of motion reps the second minute. Holy quads and glutes! And thusly, because doors are just not a thing people respect, Silk is accosted by a pink-faced, huffing and definitely STRIDING bright magenta speedbot'. And by that I mean Celerity just walks up to her, and plants her hands on her shoulders, expression grim. "Silk, darling. Honey. That Valentine's day dry spell is starting to become a global issue." Celerity spoke out quietly, but with something of a deathly emptyness to her voice, optics haunted by a rather brutal lack of getting any romance. "If this keeps up I'm going to end up proposing a dating pact with you and I do not need the embarrassment."

"...We need to gather all the singles we know and invite them on a night out. Like, stat. To distract everyone from the loneliness."

Silk just leaned her weight against Celerity with her own haunted gaze. It was true. Where was the love? Where was the Valentine's spirit? Where were all the cute couples?

And more importantly where were all the single bots!?

"Celerity, I am with you 100%. This lack of romance has hit epidemic levels. Something needs to be done! I can drag out a few of my siblings. The one's that aren't in a committed relationship with WORK. "

"But where do we find the dateless? Those wayward souls cast out into the sea of singlehood!?" she questioned her arms now embracing Celerity tightly while one hand made grand a sweeping motion in front of them."

"Oh! Mistletoe! Guess that means... Well, you're kind of cute, anyhoo! Chu~" There's a smooch on Sting's cheek, and a little giggle, and just like that, the bright pink speedbot' that is Celerity is gone in a cloud of dust.

Sting felt odd today. Usually, he wouldn’t lose important items easily, specially when if was something which couldn’t fit in one hand alone. It was his helmet! Black, fluffy hair covered his eyes, the way he liked it but this way it made him more disoriented.

He currently stood still and thought real hard of the last place he had seen it, perhaps Honey had took it for..–!

The bug bot had gone too deep to remember to check his surroundings, he didn’t hear Celerity speak but hell, did the smooch woke him right up, making him jump and press his palm against his cheek in confusion as a slight pink brush his cheeks-

Growls. “HEY WHO–!?” No one was around, nothing in sight. The color drained from his face.

“…..God?” Confused wasp noises.

Hey hey, may I request a human reader x TFA Blurr fluff? As in reader and Blurr are just going for a night drive and end up star gazing? Can't help buy love my Speedbot.

You couldn't get to sleep no matter what you tried. You counted sheep, drank a warm cup of camomile tea, sprayed a lavender mist on your pillows. Nothing! Nothing is working! You walk out of your room and into the living room to see Blurr zipping through a stack of paperwork.

"Blurr?"

He looks up from his work and smiles at you, "Shouldn't you be in bed? Humans need a lot of sleep to function properly and-"

"I can't sleep." You say, cutting him off before he can start his well informed ramble on the human body that he's learned about thanks to his studies on earth.

"Oh. Do you need anything?"

"Can we go for a drive?"

"Of course!" He beams up.

He always loves going for drives, and taking you with him is just icing on the cake. He hops up and rushes out the door. You slip your shoes on and go outside to find him waiting in vehicle mode, engine already running. He opens the passenger door and you get in.

You two start driving down the road and he switches the radio onto some relaxing music. You start singing along to the music and he happily hums along with it.

"Do you wanna ride around the city or to the outskirts?" He asks.

"Hmmm," you stop singing and take a moment to think about it, "The outskirts. We can see the stars better there."

"Alright! Hold on."

He speeds up and zooms out of the city limits. You never get scared no matter how fast Blurr goes because you trust him and know he'd make sure you never get hurt. You like looking out the window and seeing everything look blurry as you go past them. He reluctantly starts slowing down as you two get out of the city. He prefers to just speed through everything but he knows you want to see the scenery.

You start pointing out landmarks and stars excitedly "Oh! Let's find a nice spot to stargaze!" You say.

"Oh I know just the spot!" He speeds up again.

Things are looking a little too blurry out the window now. You know he won't let anything happen to you but you still get a little worried. Then he starts slowing down again. You don't recognize where you are. Blurr lets you out and transforms. You get out and look up in amazement! You have no idea where he's brought you but the sky is beautiful! There are stars shimmering everywhere against the dark sky. There's no moon and no lights around so you can see all the stars so clearly. You're pretty sure you can even see the milky way!

"Hold on I'll be right back."

He dashes off and comes back with a big soft blanket in a manner of seconds. He lays it on the ground and sits down on it. You sit beside him and lean your head on his arm.

"This is beautiful Blurr! Where are we?"

"Tonopah Nevada. I found this place while driving around looking for decepticon activity. It was one of the two times I've stopped in my tracks because of a beautiful view."

"What's the second?"

"When I saw you."

Your cheeks heat up and he laughs.

He mass displaces and lays down on the blanket. You join him and begin pointing out constellations that you know. He puts an arm around you and press against his side, laying your head on his chest and listening to the soft hum of his spark. He starts talking about all the constellations viewable on Cybertron and even tells you a little history about some of the stars there. You two talk for hours and hours before you begin drifting off as Blurr is explaining one of the mythos behind constellation Tronus-One.

He stops in the middle of his ramble when he looks over and sees you snuggled up to him fast asleep with your face in his neck. He smiles and gently slips his arm out from under you before going back to regular size. He scoops you up and wraps you in the blanket before he transforms. He lets you sleep spread across his back seats and keeps the radio off so it doesn't wake you. He knows he should get you back home as soon as possible but he thinks he'll drive a little slower than he normally does, just to have you this close to him for a little while longer.

A robot with wings and a lightbulb under it flies up to whoever is avaliable, approching slowly and keeping a decent distance. Seems like it wants to say something.

"...What."

Diggy and Celerity were unfortunately interrupted in the midst of... whatever they were doing by the indiscreet hovering bulb-shaped firefly. It took the small 'bot a minute to connect the dots between the robot's odd shape and what it could possibly be doing there - a lot of robot masters did send their minions out for errands, after all.

"Ohhhh, it's that guy's minion, innit'?"

"Which one?" Celerity inquired with furrowed brows.

"The angry drunk, depressed light bulb." Diggy replied back dryly, to which Celerity gave an offended huff. "Hey, that's not nice to say! Sorry, little guy- did you have a message for us?" The speedbot added, turning towards the flying bot with a reassuring smile.

the MILF fleet have acquired several extraordinarily powerful relics said to have empowered the 13 Primes, ancient gods and guardian figures of ancient Cybertron and much of the known multiverse; by studying these relics, they have created powers that emulate their effects and can permanently bestow them on certain beings. Of note are the Transformation Cog of Amalgamous Prime, which can bestow the power to transform into any form, and the Enigma of Combination, which allows anyone who ‘solves’ it to merge with others into combined forms. Thus far, the crew has only successfully made a power from the latter: Fusion, which allows anyone using it to freely combine with others with that power into a larger form with combined powers, and also forms the basis of universal fusion and combination compatibility for everyone in the crew.

In theory, the Artifacts of the Primes have immense power supposedly drawn from Primus, the creator-deity of the Transformers and, if legend serves, all living things, if perhaps in either the sense of laying the roots for them or adopting them in an informal fashion. While those artifacts are known to give great power to the Transformers specifically, organics can benefit from the same abilities, and this has helped the fleet develop now powers from studying them.

The Cog, however, despite its promise of infinite potential for body modding and shapeshifting powers, remains stubbornly hard to figure out. The fleet, despite having had posession of it for a long time, have only a single solid mod to show for it, which is often called the Elastic Adaptation Refit, and is nearly universal among all save the most magically inept and determined monoformers; (Transformers who refuse to transform into other modes or adopt new ones).

With Transformers themselves, this is a mixture of an extensive and fairly invasive - but painless - refitting that, over the course of a year, slowly causes the organ responsible for the transformation process, the Transformation Cog or T-Cog (of which it is believed Amalgamous’ perfect cog is a perfected version malicious forces have downgraded them from) to distribute throughout the body. As normal t-cogs are geared towards specific forms based on design and location, this permanently sets the Transformers’ body into a super adaptable state, allowing them to adopt any form, as their body is able to generate the necessary body modifications to imitate or emulate that form - kibble, as they call it - by simply moving around existing mass.

It also gives their body a library, of sorts, of forms they can ‘stock’ and scan new forms to use as a baseline for one they create themselves, or imitate it in its entirety. Most ‘bots top out around seven or so for even the oldest and biggest ‘bots, and most maintain only three or so, including their robot mode. Take note that Transformers with this refit still can only assume forms that naturally fit their mass and natural inclinations; a big bruiser of a bot can take on the body of a robot whale or dragon, a tank, a truck, a cargo plane and so on… but not a motorcycle, a muscle car or a hoverboat. NAturally inclined to expressions of strength, they have a very hard time taking on lighter and speedy forms, or bodies so large as to be outside their weight class. Something similar would apply in reverse; a ‘bot built for speed is going to suffer trying to turn into a tank; one might become a fast robot, a race car, a cheetah and a speedbot, but not a truck.

This has resulted in a kind of extreme body dysphora specific to Transformers; assuming a form drastically outside their preferred varieties is physically draining and absolutely exhausting to maintain, and will invariably be psychologically damaging, and most often will result in a panic or berserker frenzy as they literally eject the kibble and assume a form that just feels right to them, and may take decades to recover from the horrors of it. Even having the option to assume those forms is a psychological wound; knowing the potential is there is like having a festering illness eating away at them.

Finally, Transformers are, barring the use of additional modded powers that allow them to grow larger or shrink, limited by body mass. It’s a fandom joke that scale in Transformers is screwed, but in this case, a Transformer must either transform into a shape of the same overall mass as their robot mode - even if its structured differently - or compress it in someway, though the latter is a complicated skill, as seen with two-wheeler bots that turn into human-sized motorcycles despite being over 14 feet tall. Thus, they cannot transform into something a LOT larger than them without being physically frail in the new size, or shrink without being under a lot of stress and inevitably popping out of it.

But waht, you might ask, does this mod do for non-Transformers? Good question!

Basically it gives those who don’t have a pre-existing ability to shapeshift the power to adjust their bodies between several modes of their own; in most cases, among the fleet for example, this means they can choose various hyper body types they can switch between depending on circumstance or mood. For instance, while most of the crew are gigantic milfs or amazons of varying descriptions, an individual with this ability could instantly shift from being an ultra-thicc MILF to diverting that body essence into raw muscle mass, growing vastly more beefy and even shaping their muscles into super-cut definition.

Or, she could go from having boobs bigger than her and shift it downwards, right into her hips and butt so her pants explode and the wall behind her has two gigantic butt-shaped imprints in them.

And of course, it is possible to compress that mass into a more restrained form, making the user way more physically dense and, consequently, far more resilient and strong, and her blows almost certainly fatal for enemies.

Most treated individuals will develop several modes in this fashion (like Amazon, Hourglass, Mega Pear, Boob Mountains, and so forth), switching between them to get through doors or other mundane concerns, or even weaponizing them, but this isn’t particularly common. Some even use this to digest meals instantly, turning the body fat into the places they like.

Finally, note that almost all magic users have a mild variation of this power and can alter their bodies as a benefit from their own abilities, but not usually to this extent. Much like how this power enhances Transformer mode possibiltiies, this enhances magical body image realization.

It also increases Gem powers of shapeshifting, though rather than giving the Gems a library of different forms, it make it significantly easier for Gems to alter their projections and giving much higher returns on turning magical energy and light into mass for their new forms. More to the point, though, it completely expands a Gem’s ability to reshape their ‘default’ projections. Most Gems are limited by the facets they were force grown into, which also determines their function in Gem society, but with this transformation they can effectively choose whatever default form they please - with some restrictions based on their Gem type; a slender Pearl will have a very hard time maintaining a Quartz’s thiccness - and can shapeshift fairly freely even if they normally cannot.

This also means that Gem fusions can be very monstrous looking, since they are no longer confined to their default appearances or different Gem varieties. Most Gems still tend to default to forms somewhat similar to their original ones, as it is psychologically difficult to seperate their self-image and most Gems associate largely with their function. There are exceptions, as with Gems who identify most with a specific caste other than the ones they are expected to be by Homeworld standards.

And there goes Celerity, swooping in casually to tap on Silk's shoulder. However, the instant she turns around to look, the speedbot follows the motion, spinning with her and keeping behind her, light on her feet as a feather. And the instant Silk is sufficiently bamboozled... her date swoops in for a peck to the cheek.

"Hello there, spooder bites~!"

"Whoa hey now!" she giggled whole holding all four hands out to keep her balance.

The smooch on the cheek dusted them a light pink with how warm her core started to run. Goodness she was so fast and used it to work so well to her advantage.

Well two could play at this game.

One hand came and gripped Celerity's arm while her two lower hands held her still by her hips.

"Oh now that you can't run youre in trouble." she warned with a mischievous smirk.

"With my adorable prey captured I can just ~" she started smirking wide enough to show her fangs while she leaned in ever so close. Close enough that Celerity  would feel the warmth of her synthetic breath from her humming core against her cheek before smooching her cheek right back.
