Hoy por fin tuve él tiempo para realizar las actividades del día 6 y 7 del #spiritualchallenge. La actividad del día 6 consistía en realizar una meditación de 5 minutos en la posición de Loto💮...A decir verdad la mía es muy torpe (🙈) pero para ser la primera vez en practicarla no fue tan traumante. Sentí un poco de incomodidad al finalizar ya que mis piernas tienden a dormirse muy fácilmente. En general me gustó la posición pero no es mi favorita. La actividad del día 7 consistía en escribir en un papel todas las cosas buenas que tengo tanto física como internamente. Es muy fácil sobrevalorarnos y ver las cosas malas que nos definen, y cuando nos ponemos a hacer el ejercicio de ver las cosas buenas nos cuesta tanto!!  @mukhascollection, @shambhalabarcelona,@aomm.tv y @spiritualwoman

Mi identidad: En alguna época de mi vida me consideré una persona desgraciada (sin gracia), con muy mal carácter, era muy sensible a las circunstancias de los demás y me era muy difícil decir NO.
