Dehidritated fruit: I and 1/2 parts

Cinnamon: I part

Hibiscus: 1/2 part

Rose: I part

Mint: 1/2 part

For this one, I used a little tea I got as souvenir from a recent trip, which has the mint, hibiscus and fruit. Truth be told, I bought that tea only for the cool can, but when I was about to make this blend I thought it would be really neat to use. As always, mind anything that can cause allergies!

The decision wheel has graced me with a session with one of this year’s spring greens.

I always feel awkward drinking this year’s over last year’s, since greens are better fresher… but, GREENS ARE BETTER FRESH. So it’s quite a treat to have.
